    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

No one liked their business idea or sales tactics so they bullied them out of selling pythons, that is why their site is down and will not be showing back up.

Do you know something that the owners of ballbids does not? Because they list a different reason which is described as "technical issues" and state they will return. Since we are speculating, I think they are either A) in trouble with the law (which if you read this thread you will notice they were breaking many) and are trying to get their crap straight or B) they are waiting until the dust settles.

You can thank Kim, Shaun, and myself for keeping the heat on these guys. It's not over yet we still need to keep the heat on them. Stay tuned we will have more info in the next few days we will find out what codes they are in violation of. I will keep you posted :)
 
Just a heads' up.

These guys have showed up as a "representative" of the company but with no name posted, on another website threatening all who said anything mean with a cease and desist and lawsuit action. :rofl: They're also asking for a thread and posts to be removed, so Webslave, you'll probably be hearing from them too.

Must be gearing up to try it again.
 
How does a guy who's banned on pretty much every forum expect to have any support from the reptile community? There's something seriously wrong with his head. I almost feel sorry for the guy.....he's dillusional.
 
Wonder what their response to BHB will be after Brian told them he'd pursue legal action this morning. Looks like someone got a bit too big for his britches.
 
It is called greed. Greed will make people do a lot of things they normally wouldn't do. Did he even make money off of this scam, like anything worth bragging to friends about?
 
Unfortunately there are people dumb enough to bid on there penny auctions. He was talking bad about BHB and make up lies about them. So brian commented on one of his pictures saying he is going to pursue legal action if they do not respond.
 
Just another sad bunch of young punks that would rather scam and lie their way through life instead of working hard for the things they want. It is sad and pathetic that so many of us have to work hard for the things we want and have and then we have to worry about people trying to scam us for evey dime we have. Oh well, just another reason to stick with the people that have already have great names out there in this hobby and don't take chances on new names.
 
They are dancing around the tough questions. In the above email, it shows that Kentucky told them to close down and refund money. Their new company is registered as an LLC in Florida. So, I guess now they can claim that they aren't violating any Kentucky laws.
