    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

they were bruised, i think they were dropped but one of the small ones were crispified due to the heat. do you have any advide on what to do? i have contacted fedex and google checkout and will call my lawyer tomorrow. thanks for any advice you can give.
 
I would not like this to be removed, I want this to remain here. I did nothing wrong and have no problem providing anything that anyone thinks that I should, to show that I have kept this legitimate. I never received any kind of refund from fedex at all. I am going to dig up some emails, what do you want me to post? where I said I would send the replacemtns, where I said that I was sending the refund because we cannot agree on terms, the reply to that email where she said she was going to call a lawyer if I didnt send the dragons, the email where she tells me that she is going to do this to me if I dont send them?


I do not know why the dragons died. I will send you the emails from her when she received the package as to why she thought the animals died. I could only go off her judgements as I did not receive the package, and only know what codition I sent it in, which was perfect condition. On every side of the box is said "Live Harmless Animals".


The buyer wanted me to send her 3 animals now, and she would pay to have a second set of animals shipped later. I told her, to compensate her, if she paid to ship this batch of dragons together, I would send her 7 animals instead of the 6 like she was asking, but she had to pay shipping. This is when these animals are ready to ship due to size, and weather permitting. Then she went off about she was not suppose to pay for shipping again after she just told me she would pay to ship the second order. I told her that was fine I figured that if she was going to pay for a second round of shipping, to just ship them all out in the same package, and I will send an extra to help compensate any shipping charges I thought she just offered to pay.. Since I cannot come to terms with this person about the details, I am choosing to send a full refund. The buyer is expecting too much from me. I paid 75 dollars for saturday delivery, lost 6 bearded dragons, I cannot afford to do this. That would be at least 125 dollars for shipping, and 13 bearded dragons for 220 dollars? I am sorry about the loss of the dragons because of what the buyer called carrier negligence, but I am the one that is taking the loss here, not Savanna White. I cannot do anything but send the refund for the dragons AND shipping. I am sorry if this is unacceptable.

At this point I thought the shipping company was sending her a check for the shipping charges on the claim that she filed through fedex

they won't refund the shipping cost. you wasn't supposed to ship using fedex so they are not going to refund it. just send me 6 dragons of random bloodline and i will be happy

I talked to you on the phone and you said you would replace my order and didn't say anything about not having them. I just want my dragons. I paid you 220 dollars and hae NOTHING to show for it except for 4 dead beardies in my freezer and one buried in my back yard. I am not asking much. I just want what you owe me. I will settle for 6 random sexed dragons even though i paid for more. I offered to give you 30 dollars more for shipping. WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM ME???? You already have my money? I just want what i deserve. I am very upset that you keep THREATING to send SOME of my money back. I don't know what you want me to do.

All of these emails are right in a row, I am not omitting any emails from my side or hers. When I stop these emails, or if I would change times or anything, I will specify that.

I am telling you that I am refunding your payment for the dragons and that is all. That is my option to either replace them or refund your money. I talked to the shipping company and they said they would issue a refund for the shipping. You filed a claim with them and they denied it. You are not allowed to do this with the process. Since you took responsibility for the claim, you can take resposibility for the outcome? No, so I am sending you a refund. Then the transaction is over. Thats my choice. Thanks

Here I am a little upset now because of what is going on. Lets keep in mind that I already dealt with her drunk boyfriends late night harrassing and threatening calls. I cannot follow the buyers requests, or what she wants, and I cannot agree to what she is asking me. I also get to chalk up the shipping charges because they "would" have sent the buyer a refund for shipping, but wont now because of whatever the buyer filed on the claim.

My lawyer is getting involved. I am contacting him tomorrow and finding out what I can do. More than likely we will be going to court. I will email you when I talk to him and let you know what he says. I will also be giving your number to him.

I have been more than patient about this. You have treated me like crap and I don't apprechiate it. I will be recieving all of my money back.

I am sorry to have to do this but you left me no other choice.

Fedex will not insure the live delivery of reptiles.

Contacting a lawyer over $200.00 is a big mistake in my opinion. the lawyers bill will make all you good folk cry.

If he said he will ship some more dragons, just wait till we warm up a bit and take those dragons.

OK, so in the big picture....it looks like Edwin made a very unfortunate mistake in packing, causing the babies death. I'm thinking that he learned a hard lesson there, and will NOT make that mistake again. Agreed, he owes fair value to you to replace them.

It looks to me, however, that he's been doing his best to make this right...and you've been making some pretty big demands of him, and not making it easy to make things right. At one point you offered to pay shipping on a second shipment, then you say he demanded you to pay shipping....you said the claim was denied, then you say he was refunded $100 from Fedex...you're not making much sense at some points here. I can see why Edwin is having a hard time getting things sorted out.

And again, while it doesn't appear that he is Fedex certified to ship reptiles (please correct me if I am wrong, Edwin)...the shipping method is the same, what "url" you use makes no difference.
 
i told him i would pay 30 and he claims shipping is 70. they tried to refund the money. fed ex told us it was refunded then went to the file and the denied it. he won't ship me the 7 i paid for. he is changing his story. i wish i could upload all the emails but there are to many

When we got home today the 5th dragon had passed away. It had some bruises from the shipping but I was hoping he was going to be ok. I am out 220 dollars with 5 DEAD DRAGONS and we have not been able to get ahold of you. I have sent the pics and was told you was going to call fed ex. I need this taken care of. I am VERY upset about the whole deal. I am just glad I wasn't the one who opened the box, Ryan was. I don't know how i would have responded. I expected 5 healthy bearded dragons and instead i got 4 dead and 1 that was barely moving, and he passed away also. I know that isn't your fault but I expected fed ex to be contacted and for this to be taken care of by now.

Ryan found them dead with in 5 minutes of them being delivered at 11:34 A..M.

The outside of the package has a hole in it where it was dropped. The corners were
smached in, the interior styrofoam was broke. The interior deli cups were damaged.

The 2 large 9 inch females were in 1 deli cup and the 3 babies were in another deli
cup.

One of the large females stomcah was ripped open due to rough handling. the other
had severe brusing and was still swollen from when she passed.

the 2 babies in the other deli cup were bruised and one of them was ripped open.
there was 1 still alive. he was underneath the 2 dead ones.

the smaller of the dead babies was stiff and dried out. He had to be killed jan 16th
after he put them in the mail.

the other baby that died had it's stomach ripped open and their cup was dented at
the top

I first saw them at 11:43. Ryan and AJ had already moved them from the package and
put them back.

The one that was alive (had bruises on his body) was placed in a aquarium with a
heat light, water, and food. He later passed away.

Ryan called Fedex first at 11:45 and was on the phone for 5 minutes and 23 seconds.

I made a claim on the internet later that day. I don't remember the time.

I called fedex at 11 :10 pm last night and made the complaint over the phone. I was
on the phone for 7 minutes and 15 seconds.

I was told that fed ex does not ship live animals and it shouldn't have been
accepted.

He told me that the systems were down until 8 am and I would have to call back then
to get any more info.

From there I contaced edwin.
 
To me it seems to be extortion to demand 7 dragons to replace 5. Were it me I would do a total refund and wash my hands of this one.
Total Refund = Pirce of the animals + the shipping cost.
 
Dead lizards will discolor, especially if heat is involved. I doubt it's bruising. If he's offering a refund in full, I'd take it.
If FedEx denied your claim(which YOU should not have made), then it's up to him about whether to refund the shipping or not IMHO.

Shipping overnight by Fedex will NOT happen for $30. $70 is very likely what it would cost.
 
edwin. what does it matter what i told you about them? you need to send me 220 or 7 baby dragons or i will contact my lawyer tomorow. you have 220 dollars and i have NOTHING.
 
theres so many things that arent right here. I am sorry if no one likes it, but she is getting a full refund, with her shipping charges included. I thought the shipping company was going to refund her, but after fedex told me they werent, then I am responsible to. So she is getting a full refund.

I have only had one other problem with the dozens of dragons that I have sold, and I will take care of any issues. My intent was never to deceive or rip anyone off, or why would I have shipped anything out in the first place? she confirms that there was at least one live one. I would never do something like this intentionally, I personally find the outcome of what happened here disgusting, and its horrible about what happened to the little guys.

THIS IS WHY I CANNOT SHIP OUT DRAGONS RIGHT NOW FOR THEIR SAFETY AS I TOLD YOU SAVANNA. I DO NOT OFFER INDIVIDUAL PICTURES OF THE "RANDOM UNSEXED" BABY BEARDIES THAT IS WHY THEY ARE CALLED THAT. OTHERWISE, SAVANNA SEEN WHAT THE OTHER TWO OTHER DRAGONS LOOKED LIKE BEFORE SHE BOUGHT THEM BECAUSE THEY WERE NOT RANDOM UNSEXED DRAGONS.
 
2 of the dragons were 9 inches and i paid 60 for. the babys were cheaper. he didn't have any more bigger ones which is why we decided on the 7
