So does it surprise me that you guys are all going to support him, no. he gave you your home away from home once the other one dried up. Well we ALL have our own loyalties one way or another.
We hate to admit it but it is true.
If anything happens between Kingsnake and Fauna now....I will try (keyword is TRY) to stay out of it because the whole mess was really ugly and I was really ugly.

But ask me back then what I would have done if someone who is loyal to kingsnake was going to use some names and was making fun of fauna....ask me what I would have done.

I would have bought the name for myself and given it to the owner of fauna. Is it wrong? No. Is it right? No. Is it ilegal? NO.
Is it tasteless? maybe. But hey. Business is business. You snooze you loose.

So we are all after Jason because he bought a domain name and gave it to the "enemy".

Lately the BOI or the people thereof are getting a wee bit too much. We tell people when and where they can sell their animals. We tell people what domain names they can and can not buy. Some people make whole new threads like this one because they want to take the heat off of themselves in another thread.

Business is Business is the phrase I have learned lately.

The arguement between Rich and Jason is the past. In THAT case he is right. The past IS the PAST. (It was Adam who decided to bring the past to life)
on the other hand.
The history of Gilbert is not necessarily the PAST.....unless he has changed.
So yes Gilbert there is a difference.

As for the arguement between Adam and Jason.
It is interesting to note that Adam brought the "topic" into this thread. Then after a call to Jason and after realizing Jason did have proof that he owes people money......All of a sudden Adam Grew up (AGAIN) and decided to leave the thread.

I'm not going to waste my time running all your credit reports but I'm sure if I did it would be very interesting and none of you would come out clean. If you disagree let me know and I'll drop the $8 to pull them if you'll give me permission to post the findings.

There is nothing in my life I wouldn't tell people about. There are just things that don't seem to be other peoples business.

Jason, nobody is going to fall for your smoke screen so if Chad and Grainger were the only cards you felt you had things aren't looking too good for you. You got a wife and kid right? Time to grow up and act like an adult! You're looking about as stupid as I did a year ago.

PS My insurance to State Farm was due the 7th so I owe them $451 and I got a ticket in AZ for driving with expired tags last year. That's about all I can think of but if you have more feel free to post away.

I have given the whole loyalty to ones friends thing some thought and even did so a little before I made my mind up about jason.

It's one thing for one business to go after another, to send out spies and make deals under the table. But, that does not make the guys who do it any more wholesome.

It's not so much what jason did, though that was a large factor, it's also largely the way he did it. And also the way he excused himself for doing so. It wasn't a joke to Christian, at least I don't think it was and he himself has said so. I don't think it was to jason either, though he may well have laughed quite a bit about it.

A joke Ritchie, at least to me, is more along the lines of the way I busted your chops about corral boas a while ago. No harm, no foul, a couple of guys laughing. Had you done the same to me I would have reacted in much the same manner that you did. It was funny.

This wasn't. It had serious repercussions on Christian and his ability to run his site as he wanted to and it also affected his trust of others. Yes, he was somewhat niaeve(sp) in trusting to an open forum such information but he did think he was speaking with friends. He had asked for advice from those friends to better enable him to help not only himself but them, those he considered his friends already, and ultimately us, the general herping population at large.

This had malicious intentions from the get go and that's the part that bothered me. Then jason had the nerve to say he merely beat Christian to the joke and turned it back on him. I disagree. Who here who knows jeff and ks has not made jokes about him and his site? Very few would be my guess. Who here would actually do something to damage him? Again my guess would be very few.

That's the difference between what I think you think of it Ritchie and what I think of it. From your point of view, if I have the right take he was just being loyal to the guy who holds his leash, er, his friend. I see it otherwise.

Had it been me in jason's shoes, and I have given that consideration, I just don't know what I would have done. I really dislike stealing. But I am tremendously loyal to my friends. It was his attitude about what he did as much as what he did that bothered me. I have no tolerance for people who lie about themselves too and I think he lied about his actions in regards to this.

Yes you owe Chad $500, I dont know how much you owe Grainger but considering they are calling people that you have posted in the links section of your site I think its safe to assume its a fair amount and an old debt youve been hiding from. Chads debt is over a year old as well. Yes I have ever right to post all this within this thread as it shows your credibilty. You have a $500 debt with Chad and flat out lied about it, end of story.

7) Are you buying say pinky mice for say $.12 from a wholesaler then selling the same mice to your customers for over a 100% markup?

I'm just asking because you seem like somebody that wouldn't feel bad about making that sort of markup and in speaking with people I haven't heard of you having a mouse room or building like I did.

If you are nothing more then a mouse jobber do you:

A) Feel bad charging people that sort of markup instead of just sending them to the source.

B) Have any issue at all with doing trades based on those values when in fact you're really just buying the animals for 1/2 in some cases of what the person wanted?

C) Do you ship mice or just jobber them for a HUGE profit at the local shows?

Just more question for you to avoid while we all know you WOULD NEVER stand for somebody doing that with one of your questions.

Now Adam are you really that lame??? Last year when you took forever to ship my 50 or so water bottle nozels how many did I tell you I would be in need of in the near future???? 450 or 500 or so and that was when you said you were glad you screwed our deal up because you couldnt handle an order that size nor did you want to. Aside from one mouse rack I have switched everything to auto systems. I needed several hundred water nozels last year, a year ago, I have expanded since then, think about how many rodents thats it. on my own I produce several thousand rats and mice a month and still buy $500 or so from chad a week because I cant keep up with demand with my own stock and limited room. Next year Ill be expanding 5-10 times what I have now and going from one part time employee to several full time.

Now as far as the rest, no I am not going to answer them quit dicking around and post what ever you claim to have. This should be entertaining!!
