Thanks for the plug. I do not think that there is an entity in Fauna that I would not sell to, although a few might have to wait up to two weeks for instruments of payment to clear before I would ship. There are a few Fauna members from whom I would not buy though , unless sent on approval.

I paid for 7 gram geckos, to be shipped DHL WITH COOL PACKS. I didn't bring this thread here. Wendy did not either. The new hotmail account has not held all the 1000's of emails that come in daily as harassment. It holds 10 pages and then seems to trash them. Wendy does not feel that his emails are accurate, but with the lack of sleep we have gotten due to the harassing phone calls, she said it very well might have been over the phone they discussed it.

We make our own gutload. It is NOT purchased and resold.

No photos have been "stolen". All items posted are things that are here in this facility and have been photographed. The one in question -part- of a label that showed ingredients only- was removed as requested at that very moment.

FREE gecko food is no longer given out with every order from that manufacturer. A new manufactures product is being promoted and distributed with each sale.

A healthy well started animal if packed correctly can sustain amazing things. Those hatchlings should have never been sent.

1) You need to get your own account to post here

2) Your claims regarding DHL are worthless as you have no proof. It comes down to your word against his, and your credibility is non-existent.

3) I see where Wendy gets her business "sense" and people skills, that apple barely cleared the base of the tree when it fell.

4) You don't have to provide this board with any proof, makes it easier for folks to see through all the BS that Wendy posts and hopefully see what kind of people they are dealing with, or not dealing with if they are smart.

1) If there is a problem, this entity will fix it.

2) Your expectations in buying from this entity are more likely to be exceeded than just met, and the likelihood of a problem is minimal.

Erik in Littleton, I do not rate you as a bad person by any means. You may excel at my second criteria, although this deal would be a blemish there. But I have yet to see you take a single action regarding this situation that meets my first criteria. All your actions here speak that you have much room to improve there. Whether or not the current situation was inevitable, we'll never know. A lot of "how not to's" in this deal.

Again, you are taking no responsibility for this at all even though you people admit the UPS man came and you were not available to accept the animals on first delivery. What would you like me to do? You want me to refund her money because she admits that she wasn't able to sign for the package but can hear the truck leaving?? (Why couldn't she hear the truck coming>?) I normally would make good but not in this situation... With all the lies that she is giving to try to protect herself I cant see my self doing that here..

Jim, I have to ask, who gives a about your criteria?

Seems to me you have the blinders on yet again. How do your pals Jeanne and Wendy measure up to your criteria? Still trying to push the blame off on Erik? You just can't let the girls lie in the bed they made? Why do I get the feeling that you have been coaching the pair via e-mail, phone, PM, carrier pigeon, etc... since this threads inception?
