As for serpentboy screenname I have had the same screen name for years and it has never been serpentboy....I have also never lived in any state but Michigan!

Of course you would not be "serpentboy78", Sara ... that username belonged to a Mike Clark, just as the "wigwag" user here belongs to Mike Clark. Perhaps you, Sara, have never lived in another state, but I think that question was being asked of Mike, not you.

Friggin sad and pathetic. If the state police are handling this now, i have done nothing wrong! Refund my hard earned money for a dead snake, this is what i ask, and let the police investigate, they will find no wrong doing on my part!

Let them know the report is with my Animal Services as is the body of the snake. As well as pictures they took. I did right by the animal. You did not want the body sent back... you knew i did nothing wrong this is why! But if you said it was not your snake, you would want the body back right? For proof!

This is a game for you all. And a sick way to make money.

Wigwag, wash your hands of this until you hear back from your police dept.. Pam has provided nothing but excuses for blurry pictures, saying first it was her shock to blame and now its because of a crappy camera. And she doesn't have of the good ones she took because animal control took them from her? Its total nonsense. Animal control would take their own photos at the scene and never rely on photographic evidence provided by anyone else. She is conning you.

She has also made a veiled threat. Stating "she knows the animal control officers well and all should be careful when calling them as it could get a person in hot water".

That alone right there would be the end of me dealing with her. Right or wrong, owe you or not, you threaten me with nonsense like that and we are done.

UPS in Virginia just called me (757-591-6001) They wanted to know what has happened. I told them, and that i paid Fedex!
They are sorry for the loss but don't ship pythons. They are going to contact Lansing UPS drop off and find out more info.

The only modification done to that package was weight. Sara had 16lbs, it actually weighed 14lbs.

Ok, UPS does care because they do not ship pythons, Fedex does! UPS can not be sued because they did nothing wrong! Sara put a python in a box clearly hiding the fact that it was a large snake by not marking it, and using her own business name, Pure Romance. UPS says the box was fine. UPS did nothing wrong.

Police? For almost $200 worth they are going to investigate what? This is domestic. I have yet to hear from the police. C'mon. If i do hear from the police it will be because i turned in a suffocated snake sent to me that i paid for. But state police?

Seems to me (as always in these scams) that you have to sue the person who sold a dead animal. Now that makes sense.
Or go to your cc company and dispute this, as i still am.

I just contacted my police Dept. They have no record of any contact about a dead snake from you.

I was told this is civil. I need to go to the clerk of court (which i will) and take it from there. After i see what my cc company is going to do.

Police are not involved. This is what i wrote prior to this message. Sara (the seller) says the police are involved. I called the police i don't want to wait for my money.

Alot of things that don't make sense.... like a 7' Retic. in a small box in a plastic bag dead that i bought. Sure that makes no sense.

I got animal control involved in my state. A filed complaint which i clearly called animal abuse.

Also did anyone else catch Pammy's big lie? She claims that PayPal told her to contact her credit card to dispute the transaction. That is an outright lie. No one at PayPal would ever recommend that course of action. PayPal's terms of service specifically state this. They do not recommend disputing transactions through credit card companies. In fact, they will punish you for doing so by suspending your account or by limiting it in terms of how you may accept and send payment and by what volume.

If you doubt what I say, just read PayPal's terms of service. Its very clear that they highly frown upon credit card disputes, and it is met with consequences for those who wish to break the terms of service that they agreed upon when signing up for a PayPal account. It is abuse of their terms of service and they don't take it lightly.

But anyway....as it goes....Pammy did lie about PayPal. PayPal no doubt told Pammy that there was nothing they could accept recommend working this out professionally with her transaction partner. And of course Pammy is a just good old fashioned whackadoo who doesn't understand the first thing about professionalism and dispute resolution.

Pammy will say that isn't the way it went down but we all know now that its simply the way it all went down.

If your credit card refunds you...who cares? And if you don't get a refund...who cares? The loser in this isn't going to be wigwag or someone else you find a problem with down the road...its always going to be you. The problem is you and how you handle things.

You belly ached your ass out of people hearts and minds a long time ago. You ran this similar game to the ground and now no one really cares what your problem is.

However i will respond to this.

Paypal had said they are very sorry for the loss, and i can file a complaint with them, i did. They also said since i DID NOT buy off eBay they can't take the money out of the account. You know what they did say... Try Home Owners Insurance, AND my Credit Card company.

Learn more about disputing the death of an animal and money lost and you may find that there are good people out there who will point you in the right direction.

And you know what fantastic point you made there? I got what was paid for with my belly aching! The seller of that Boa and i reached an agreement and i actualy found the original seller of those babay Boas!

Yea it's Pays (no pun intended) to state your case, and call on those who care about this business. Because of the scum that passes through the reptile business, many suffer ALOT! They need to be stopped, because in the future more laws will be made, and one may be stopping all sales of reptiles online. You do nothing to help this business. You know nothing about what has happened, you are here for entertainment. I know that about you.
Some advice would be to stop while you only seem to be a minor pain in ther rear. Nothing more.
