    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Allison...I wasn't trying to say that we didn't get everything that was on the invoice....I was saying that we didn't get everything that was on the original list sent to us from Sal. Sorry for that misunderstanding.

We did not send them back because most of those were the dead ones and I called and told Sal about them....he told me that we would be creditted. The ones that we did keep...we treated for mites and hoped we could nurse back to health. We didn't get this shipment until June 26th. We did not sell any of the sick animals.

You were sending out animals THE DAY AFTER YOU RECEIVED THEM, which is VERY stressful on the animals. Not to mention if you do not package them correctly when you ship them to your customers. So they were obviously, healthy enough to sell and ship to a customer...but now they were all sick.

So you were getting paid for animals, stressing them out even more by unboxing and then reshipping, and still NOT SENDING US MONEY.

The only DOA's you had were the handful of lizards you emailed us about, which I did not ask for you to show proof of, AND as I already stated, that in good faith to get this resolved, I would credit you for. So what about the rest of them. I can already account for the 10 burms you sold to a customer.

i remember seeing ads on KS for the cone head lizards,, and some fo the others on that list.. at about that time,,
so you are saying you never listed those animals from Sal for sale anywhere.. not even on your website,, i checked your website the first time i noticed you were in Miss,, and i remember seeing some of the animals on your site,,,
so you opened a KS account on 5-25 and got a shipment on 5-26 and did not list any of the "sick "animals for sale...?
 
Not taking sides here, but he said he got them on 6/26... if he listed animals on 5/26 surely they were different animals?

Or is someone mixing up dates?

i am just wondering if he listed "sick animals for sale" and did he sell 10 "sick mite infested burms" to someone..?
i am just trying to get clarification about when the animals he did get from Upstate did go on sale..?

because if they were as bad as he stated, and he was gonna"nurse them back to health" as he stated,, where are they now..?
did he sell them,,, or are they still being "nursed back to health"

If either of you want to do something for the good of the herp community, you would both look for a different line of work. I don't think anyone would respect either of you after reading the posts on both of you. You both deserve each other.
 
As I said on the Corey thread, I do not particularly like being on the side of upstate, but this, like Coreys thread does not make much sense.
Joe is right, when you opened the box and saw all that you said you saw why in the world did you not send the whole thing back and refuse to deal with upstate or their animals?
When were some of these animals placed for sale? After all weren't the well ones in the same box with the sick ones?
You say it is not about money and so does Corey, but it is looking like that is exactly what it is about. The mighty dollar.
I do not know much about WC but I would think that if they can be bought that cheap that you get what you pay for and have to weed out the good from the bad. That just makes sense.
Alison, I hope you are learning your lesson on credit, AND I hope you will take some time out to realize how, perhaps, Tony feels.

Since Steve said he did not sell any of the animals he got from Upstate Exotics,, ( because they were in such bad shape)I posed a question...
did you not sell any because they were not for sale,, or because no one bought any..?

So i looked around a few minutes,, and he may of never sold any,, but it was not for lack of trying,,,, ( and yes they are on the list that he posted as what he bought.)
The very Same animals that were in such Bad shape were for sale 3 days after he get them on this very site!
he said he got the shipment in 6/26
on 6/29 he listed these 2 ads here on Fauna Classifieds for sale...:

Steve is saying that he registered a new domain name for whatever reason....but here's how I see it.

August 5th he registered a new domain name, 10 days prior to sending us an email about how we're not getting our money. He's claiming he got the new domain b/c he did not "own" www.southernstatesexotics.com

These threads are becoming really pointless,
Upstate Exotics,
kingsbury exotics,
twinstate exotics,
southern state exotics
Have all had threads posted her about us. We ALL havent been honest in every aspect of these deals. Now have these threads become an issue of entertainment for others? Upstate exotics claims they have a lawyer involved, how about letting the legal system take its course and things will all come out in the wash. Everyone has posted as much info on these threads as possible so the general public is completley aware of the details and I dont believe this thread is going to resolve any issues. I know that I have heard all the crap I need concerning these threads and will not be responding to them in the future. I think its completley pointless for the people involved to keep beating these issues to death, Noone agrees on anything and everyones credability is shot. I mean really now, Do you think anyone reading these threads believes a word any of us says???? So buck up and take the next step if you think you have been screwed.
One thing for sure, I am sure anyone reading these threads will be sure to avoid ANYONE involved in this and I dont blame them a bit. I may not personally agree with peoples opinions but anyone with half a brain would see how unproffesional all these deals were and will be sure to avoid in the future. This is my opinion and your free to retaliate but I wont personally be wasting more space here attempting to defend myself.

I don't agree with any of it and the whole affair leaves a "bad taste" in everyone's mouth so to speak. However, at least cut Corey a little slack for stepping up and at least going in the right direction. He included himself in his list! I'm not saying he's right.....Not sticking up for him in that regard. Maybe all involved need to step back, come up with an agreement and pay each other or the customers. Just a thought.

This can be taken to court, and you will be responsible for all lawyer fees plus not to mention all the time court cases take.

We expect payment for the animals we sent to you.
 
You guys at upchuck are a real piece of work. How about paying Tony and the "guy" who is a woman named Robin that you did not only not send what she paid for but lied about what you did send her? How about you guys at upchuck paying them and then coming after these other losers that owe you?
