    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

There's a good question. I guess he would have to provide the name and contact info of the person from whom he obtained it and you could check it out, assuming it is someone "known". For instance, if it came from a known Boa breeder who was willing to vouch for the fact that he did indeed sell it to Bill and that the deal went well.

If this was directed at me, I would figure after 1100 posts someone would of come forward ya think :raspberry

No, if I were directing it towards you I would have addressed you specifically. It was just a blanketing statement/reason about why I wouldn't deal with any known scammer.

What do I say? Why don’t YOU avoid suggesting the people in the BOI how they should handle this situation? Why don’t YOU try to figure out instead what are the right steps YOU should follow. If you are serious about them you should’ve figured them by now. But no, instead you want all to take a step back. It’s YOU that needs to take the first step forward, quietly, humbly, and without even been noticed. We will learn about your good deeds in time, and maybe, just maybe we will trust you again. Looking forward to that moment...until then...

Unless you were smart enough to not hit someone who frequents the BOI. Or people who have no clue what the BOI is. Which I think you are that smart. Even James was not a frequent visitor here until this. Of course you aint gonna try this on a Fauna regular or someone with knowledge of Fauna and its ultimate purpose..... duh.

For me, this is more about character than the crime itself. What Bill has shown me through all of this is his character. Everything exposed in this thread, stealing, lying, shill bidding, etc..... these are character flaws, not bad deals. I believe they are a part of who Bill is.... a relatively smart guy who has no problem lying to people and screwing them over when it suits his purpose. Like I said, a character issue, not a business one.
 
So, I am browsing the boa ads as I often do, and come across an ad posted by Bill.

I figured I would click, just in case I saw something I might like, and could put my money where my mouth is, and maybe buy something, and report how the transaction went here.
Well, It is a good thing nothing jumped out, because I am broke, but I did go ahead and click the link in the ad to see all of the boas for sale on his page. Now, I may be wrong, but you guys played the ID game so well last time, I thought I would enlist the help of others here. The DH ghost male on his page...Is that the same snake as in the begining of this thread? The same snake that was auctioned off, lost in shipping, stolen in shipping, and finally traded away one weekend? If my pain meds are lieing to me, I apologize now, but I would swear its the same snake.
If you go to his ad, there is a link to his page. Check it out. If the ad, or the page is deleted before anyone gets to see it, I did back it all up and can post it, screen shots and all. I don't think Bill is the type that would delete it though.
 
Yes, as far as I can tell that is the same snake (again). However, I do not see where there is any problem, as Bill has paid for it in full and it is now his to do with as he pleases. Am I missing something here? If so, it would not be the first time.
 
I think I know what you were getting at. Yes Bill lied. Bill lied over and over again about that snake. That is a given. Even his friends realize that. Anyway, Yes, it is the same snake that he Lied about through out this entire thread. Hopefully he can just sell it and the others, be done with this, and get on with his life.
 
You are absolutely right, having been paid for in full, Bill has every right to do what he wants to with the snake. I just wonder why (after the snake was paid in full) Bill said that the snake was trade, and he didnt have any info on the guy who came and picked it up. If he still had it, he could have just said"I paid it off, its my snake now, let it go".
I am a nit-picky person, I guess I just would like to have seen everything with the snake cleared up before it went up for sale, especially if Bill is trying to redeem himself. Bill never admitted that the snake was in his position, and stood by his inability to get pics to the end.The snake was gone so he didn't have to answer any more questions about it. Now he has an ad up with a different pic of the same snake.
I don't know why I added my recent post, but couldn't help but post it.
 
All good points Dave, but you will have to forgive me if I do not seem too shocked. It is still nice to have the proof right there in front of you, and there it is. Thanks for pointing that out.
 
Davey, First off let me say "Thank You" for bringing this back to the top, now when people call to inquire about my boas, I can just send them to first page of the BOI and saves them the time to search it out.And it save me the time of telling them about it. and even though some people don't read the BOI or care to. I am up front about all of this. I don't try to hide the fact of this thread at all. Or B.S anyone about how this all happened (those members who posted here, who called me know what happened)

Never. All I can do is get on with my life.And only post when my name comes into play or when somebody drags me back in. On another note I do realize that there are alot of unanswered questions, And IMHO they will go on that way. I refuse to get into another typing war or get upset about what I have done. And even though it was, Like I said above, it just saves people who call the time of searching it out, As far as I'm concerned to me this is just a dead issue and will not respond to this thread no longer and let the other posters think what they want on this subject I just want to fade away for some time and get my life back on track Thank You for taking the time to read this

Would one of the members who had this supposed conversation with Bill please post a nice succinct version of the "facts" Bill keeps alluding to? I am sure I am not the only member here who is pretty much tired of the cloak and dagger crap he keeps posting about this mythical backstory that will explain all.

After all of this and when the dust settles, we will all be here. If you do return with snakes for sale, please be honest. I have seen a couple of different sides of you, though I remained pretty impartial to you and silent as I have never done business with you and everyone else was already asking the questions I had. If I get the opportunity to one day meet you, than I may settle on a perspective I deem worthy for you.

You were considered a good guy for a long time before all this happened. If you have a snake for sale I want, I may end up asking you a whole lot of extra questions. After this whole ordeal I would think the extra info would be mandatory. I have not read anything about the quality of your animals being bad, just this one transaction.

You have the right to sell your snake, you own it. I hope this incident has straightened you out to not step back on the road that started all of this. If you do continue to pull this garbage you will definitely drive you head into the ground. I have seen people change in this world, maybe that is why I can be so forgiving.

Just my two cents.
