    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Then Neil, this is my last comment on this topic. Let him be an adult and prove himself. Be his friend if you choose but let him defend his own actions, past, present and future. You are doing yourself damage by continually coming to his defense. He's a big boy now...he should be able to stand or fall on his own two feet.

I can tell you one thing...he's a dead beat buyer. Called me all excited about some visions I sold awhile back. Said he'd take them and be over to pick them up the next day. No show, no phone call and I couldn't get ahold of him. That is my only experience with Sal.
 
People of Port St. Lucie beware....not only is he still selling reptiles, but now back into the "handyman" business....I don't care how much he said he would change...he never will. God help that new baby and his girlfriend....well if she needs help filling out those information supoenas when he rips people off again, I can help!

And I've also come to learn that the one person that tried helping him and sticking up for him Sal has screwed over. I know Neil wouldn't post this, but hey, Sal hates me anyway......Sal lied to Neil, stole from him. and owes HIM money....

Luckily Neil moved out of that house, because that's not a place you want to be when the shit storm hits. Good move Neil....apparently no one can live with him. And I guess his excuse now for ripping people off and not paying them back will come from Karma saying "We can't afford it with the baby on the way"......

It seems that even being bankrolled by someone else can't suppress a truly despicable bent for screwing people over. I guess his friends are not exempt either now.
 
I complained to Kingsnake about sal posting under boca morphs and boca reptiles. he had six ads in a row, which to my understanding would be against tos. I also asked why they let someone post that screwed people over every chance they got. I got a reply saying that he had two legal companies and had two seperate accounts...one for each company...and that wasn't against their tos.

That's the exact same reply I got when I complained about it.
 
You can probably complain to people who'd love to hear about it....I know of a few. I know for a fact he may have Boca Reptiles and Boca Morphs, but they both share an account.....money isn't tracked PER business, so how can he be allowed to have 2 different business names to post on Kingsnake, when it's all the same money?

And good luck to all of you down there in Florida. Once again he's running a shabby business....using an old piece of shit truck that doesn't even run as his next getaway vehicle for his "handyman" business. Seems like he runs all of his businesses like this...so so sad. Well he'll need to rip off alot more people to help support 4 kids now. Wait...he doesn't support the first 3. Well here's my contribution....take the money you OWE ME and buy your newest kid some manners so he doesn't have to learn from how you treat people.
 
Why don't some of the more "important" names in the business opt for an immediate account cancellation unless every banner, every ad, and every post that bears his name be removed from the site, entirely.
 
I wish that would do it....seriously. I can't tell you how many times lawyers and D.A.'s have called or sent me papers to get back all the money he has stolen and put him out of business. My guess....he is so far behind that he had his girlfriend remortgage the house, so they owe like $50,000 more, (maybe used some of that money to pay the THOUSANDS of dollars he owes in back child support), then he can't pay it and no one will buy the house he has destroyed for more than it's worth, then it goes to forclosure....wow, de ja vu! Karma...good luck trying to clear up your credit once he screws it up...I'm still working on mine!!

I can only guess what that house looks like. He never takes care of the snakes, so they stink and sit in their own shit and regurge which as we know stinks to all high hell....and the rats, yea, that's a lovely smell. I can't believe they're going to try and raise a kid in that environment.....the bacteria I'm sure is enough to kill someone. Good job Neil on moving out before you caught something..... I can't believe with the illegal way he does things that no one can get any justice.
 
Well if his place truly is that Bad, hopefully FWC will pay him an inspection visit (as they do from time to time) and will be able to shut him down that way. Also maybe someone should call the Code Enforcement for the area in which he lives and see if they might have an ordinance against running a buisness out of a residential house.(alot of citys have these types of ordinance).
 
It's sad to see that even when he gets a break and has the opportunity to turn things around....he doesn't.

Sadly enough, no matter how many chances he gets, or how many friends stick up for him and put their name on the line to help him start over, he'll always be a scam artist. That's the only thing he knows how to do.....
 
Considering Upstate Exotics track record of sick reptiles it leaves one to understand that the propensity of an individual's lack of business ethics and no concern for the reptiles well being will continue. It does not matter what direction or name changes their businesses take, this pattern of will exist.
