See, hollow legal threats might intimidate someone with absolutely no knowledge of that particular area of the law, but they actually quite laughable.
To begin with, the site, as per Federal statute, is not liable for the information posted by third parties. Secondly, there is nothing codified by Federal statute nor the statutes of the various states that mandates your permission for someone to post or, in more technical terms- publish, a photograph of you. This is especially true if the photographs were taken in a public venue. This is a matter that has consistent case law behind it, with one of the more notable cases being Streisand v. Adelman et al.
The type of threat you're making is nothing new, and is referred to as a Strategic Lawsuit Against Public Participation, commonly given the acronym SLAPP. Many states- to include your home state of MA, which is where I'm assuming you would file your arbitrary little suit, have anti-SLAPP statutes. These states allow for immediate dismissal of the SLAPP and provide for a SLAPPback- damages paid to the intended victim(s) of your abuse of process. Juries historically haven't taken kindly to those who file SLAPPs, often awarding substantial damages to the intended victim(s).
Finally, let's assume that you want to go down a different road and claim that you are the copyright holder of the photographs in question and that you did not grant permission for them to be published. As per 17 USC 107, the copyright holder's permission is not necessarily required under what's colloquially referred to as the Fair Use Doctrine.
In summation, your threats= FAIL.
