My birthday is in August. And you were calling who a troll? You read all the way back to my April posts and the worse thing you find out is im a stoner? I have only purchased one animal since this whole thing started. The Pastel male BP was my only purchase and only because it was a Great Deal and I sold my Uromastyx to pay for it! The Bearded Dragons were gifts or trades. Sorry you are trying to defamate my character but I told you I would pay when I could. I work at a small private owned zoo... I only work 2 weekends a month and I get paid once every month. I am a stay at home mom with 2 boys during the week.

1. I dont have to defamate your character, your facebook does enough. But you seem to be getting alot of gifts from third parties. I wish I had your friends.

2. Like I said, im not here to defame you. I simply came her to post about a transaction I was unhappy about and felt needed to come her alot earlier than it did, but I felt bad for how life was getting rough on you, and sincerely believed that you had crappy times, but then it just got stretched too far and I call shenanighens. I mean seriously you must have one crappy husband if hes gonna roll in all his money and watch your kids starve while you scrape your last penny from the bottom of your cup holder in your car juat to pay me back. Quit trying to play as a reptile saint, and quit throwing your kids in here as a way to try and make people feel bad. Its getting annoying, not working, and has nothing to do with our transaction.

was to add some discredit somehow to the OP. No other reason. Her and her "group" were sitting around gossiping that he mentioned a 420 birthday. Watching his posts and thought she would add it to the conversation here.
Why? To disparage him.

Now, personally I could care less what either of them or anybody else does if they aren't hurting anyone else. She posted that here to hurt his credibility and character.

So, I think it is a legitimate rebuttal to the attempt to assassinate the character of one of the parties in this thread. It was extreme hypocrisy on her part and deserved a rebuttal.

Now her "group" can go gossip about all the lovey pictures of her pot plants and animals in her gallery on that site.


Since it was such a big deal that they were all talking about his statement.

Anyway, the OP should be allowed to defend himself. At least show the hypocrisy of those gossiping about it. Doesn't mean the whole thread should go off in that direction but at least a limited response.

He will get his last payment when I said he would. No getting pushed off the stove... I guess it would have been different if I had lied about the animals and said I traded straight out which is pretty much what I did... the money from the Uromastyx went towards the Pastel and nowhere else which was the intent in the first place. I made sure the animal was safe and sound at it's new home... then paid for the Pastel with the same money pretty much as if I had traded the Uro for the Pastel.

Which I still dispute the amount that is being refunded. Again, I will be more than happy to send them back to you, on your dime for a proper full refund. Which is what I wanted in the first place.

On that note, I'm frankly flabbergasted with this whole thread. I don't really even have the right words to explain how shocked I am at Catharine and her cronies' behavior and attitudes.

On the issue of "Oh, he waited too long soooo....screw him", frankly this blew my mind. If an animal is represented as one sex and turns out to be another REGARDLESS of time frame, it's misrepresentation of the animal. It's not like a female ball can just sprout hemipenes whenever she pleases. As a seller, you should always stand by your animals and if it means taking them back when you messed up and didn't sex them AT ALL, it means doing just that. Also, the "I can't take them back because there isn't enough room at my place" is also flat out bull. You get new animals in all the time according to you! Three BPs really don't take up that much space. You just didn’t want to pay return shipping and a refund to him because I’m sure you had your eye on other animals or a camera or WHATEVER. And according to you, male normal ball pythons are soooo easy to sell for $50 on Craigslist, so why not take them back in and do just that? Why force Robert to fix your mistake by sitting on these animals until someone buys them? Bottom line, you misrepresented animals, you should have taken care of it when it occurred but you didn't and whether you like to believe it or not, you definitely put Robert on the back burner which is beyond disrespectful.

And don't even get me started on the "Ohhh well, that pastel breeder male was just SUCH a good deal I couldn't pass it up even though I could have easily paid you off with the money I got from selling my Uro for it"......Are....are you kidding me? Do you know how utterly selfish and dumb that sounds? 'Appalled' wouldn't even begin to describe how that little number made me feel, I can only imagine how Rob must have felt when he read that. That Uro money should have gone directly to Robert, no questions asked, no matter how good of a "deal" that pastel male was. Would you do the same with an overdue credit card? Or a court order? Or with anything else that had actual consequences to you? “Sorry Mr. Judge, I couldn't pay this month because there was just such a GOOD DEAL on this snake I've had my eye on! I’ll get ya next time!”

The fact that you could get away with not paying him without any consequences means and you decided to do so speaks volumes about the kind of person you are. Oh, but wait…there ARE consequences, just not as apparent and in your face as a late fee or a warrant for your arrest akin to what you might get if this was a debt to a court system or a credit card company. You got yourself a ruined reputation! I’m sure I’m not the only one that has put you on the “Do not do business with” list. How’s that new camera working out for you by the way?

Also, you should probably keep your cronies out of your business screw ups next time too. All they did was make fools of themselves and you. Kindly telling them to shut up in the very beginning of this thread would have been a pretty wise decision.

Honestly, I think you should keep this as a hobby and even then, take a break from selling any animals because your business ethics are TERRIBLE. If you can’t see that everything I've just posted is truth and take some serious steps to improve your priorities and morals than I don’t suggest getting any further into this business because you will be severely disappointed by what people expect of you as a business owner.
