    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

The last name thing may be a result of seperated parents... I'm not certain about that but I believe I remember his discussing that at times prior to his turning eighteen. One parent or the other having his last name changed to reflect something other than what he was used to calling himself... or it may have been just after he turned eighteen, having it changed to reflect one or the other.

... or I might be remembering someone else completely and just attributing it to him because of the two he's used here. I sometimes have a tough time keeping track of the people I have run into on internet forums and through chats that I haven't frequented in years. In 1998 it all seemed a lot less important to screenshot everything and memorize details.

We'll have to see what he says about his name. There is no hard rule against having multiple accounts except when they are made to by-pass a suspension or ban. Remember, Rich granted a blanket amnesty a few months back and that is why his first account is no longer suspended.

Jeez after 55 posts in this thread alone and having to decipher exactly what Chad is trying to accomplish. I have yet to see one shread of evidence to support his ramblings. I don't know Justin from anyone else but he said he isn't breaking any laws. Chad you have to show some proof. Your buddy has provided only hearsay evidence in your Quest to expose Justin as a wildlife outlaw. Where is the link to this supposed pending legislation. I would love to see this. So yeah, I did tell a lie when I claimed to have contacted the authorities. Big friggin deal, at least I didn't actually do it. I wouldn't do that to someone without knowing for a fact that they deserve it. I used it as a scare tactic on a public forum that is used for public debates on the subjective opinions that some may have about others. It seems to have worked since Justin has apparently quit collecting these animals. I've found out that there's 100% no doubt that Justin can do nothing to me legally, so I don't regret any of it. I am a concerned individual who used a public means to address a problem that I had with a public user... I've offered Justin ample opportunity to defend his actions with words and logic, but instead he threatens me with legal action to silence me. Well done, I think you deserve everyone's respect for that. :thumbsup:

As I've said before, there has been a vocal minority that has risen to defend Justin, and I don't deny that many of my actions validated this...But any objective reader who cares about conservation will see my logic and I'm sure that they will support me.

I think I'm the only objective reader you had Chad... and I was waiting for you to produce something that strongly evidenced a history of collection beyond what is reasonable and sustainable.

But you've completely failed to produce anything remotely viable and all it'd take to get people giving you an unbiased ear is an... email or chat with Justin claiming to have collected a certain number in a certain timeframe... or the name of a person who witnessed destructive collection or... avaliability lists spaced a short time apart showing a massive influx of field collected animals. Something.

If you actually have something, then throw it out there and it'll be looked at in an even handed manner. If you don't- and the longer you wait before producing something concrete, the less likely it seems that any substance is under this one- then please quit implying that you do.

The way I would have predicted this going down if you'd followed what I'd call your usual method of debate would be accusation of overcollection, followed by a contention of sustainable collection followed by a knock down fight about what constitutes a sustainable population of collareds. You've gotta have *something* though, otherwise you're just pissing into the wind.

I don't know if he did what you accuse him of our not. The point is you have to prove he did. So far you cannot. As for scare tactics. Lets be real here for a moment shall we. No goverment or law enforcement agencey would act on hearsay. Hell most won't act on animal related issues anyways until there is a public outcry. So far there is none. What you fail to realize is that nobody gives a care without proof. Post some or shut up.. You are only talking to see your words posted. Nobody cares what your opinion is. Here its about truth. This is a waste of the BOI. And as far as scaring Justin with your calling the authorities. You are the one who is scared. Thats why you checked to see if he could do anything to you.
