Dave Lawson Finally Where He Should Be

Julie Moore, I understand how tramatic it can be to have someone stalk you, especialy a guy like that, i hope his arrest can put some closeure to your whole situation.

Provided he stays in jail for a while I'm sure it will. There is no doubt in my mind what so ever that if he was out for the Tampa show he would have somehow tried to start trouble for me, so it is defiantely a relief to know I won't have to worry about that now.

To Aprylla - thanks girl. Seeing as Biloxi is by no means a huge city I'm sure we couldn't possibly live that far away from each other. We'll have to meet up some time - herpers are far and few in between here....LOL. Always glad to meet a fellow reptile enthusiast!

is an old contact of ours down your way. Last we knew he was working for the Audobon Zoo over in NO. If you ever need help with any Chelonians, let us know and we'll put you in touch with Walter. At one time he was handed a pancake tort egg to try hatching out at home as the zoo was going to destory it because they just couldn't verify 100% that the parents were unrelated. Go figure. He also hatches out countless RES, maps and other related each year.

Lawson is in Jail for mail fraud right now. Tampering with mail is a federal offense thats why the feds are involved. Dave was dumb enough to change his ex-girlfriends mailing address and have it sent to his own business, that's why it is very easy to prove that Lawson did this. He is now sitting in jail on a no-bond status waiting for a trial that could take months. I have to say he is where he belongs.

Yes, now people should know that Lawson is a thief and a liar; however, I have never bought any reptiles from Dave nor will I ever. I know all about Lawson because I know Nikki his ex-girlfriend. As far as the burglaries in Tampa goes, Neil is right here, Lawson did admit to the burglaries however, he only admitted to them because he was given a case-clear first. No, I can't prove this because he has not charged with the crimes. Lawson has an extensive background and he continues to add on to it. I hope people now relies Lawson is not as innocent as he portrays.

I've also been TRYING to tell ALL the people on the BOI for THREE YEARS that they were "being played" by this thief, but nobody ever wanted to listen to me because Lawson is such a smooth talker and I can't seem to control my written temper.... This all started three years ago with my burglary thread when Lawson accused ME of everything under the sun.... how the worm does turn!!...

And Lawson.... if you EVER get the chance to read this thread (or your new "butt buddy" reads it to you).... I would suggest you NEVER call Dwight again, or you'll know FOR SURE how he REALLY feels about you now!!... Enjoy your commissary....

That may have had something to do with people not believing everything you say. In fact, the fact that you lie so often is still something of a problem with many people, neil "The Liar" gubitz. If you don't realize that yet then you probably never will.

Any chance of that proof you've promised so many times? You know the letter, or letters it should be, giving you permission to run other companies credit card transactions through your terminal? How about the location of the liar and thief sal from upchuck exotics and enclosures by deception? Still hiding the slimeball?

You know, I keep getting warning points for name calling and derogatory statements. If they happen to be truthful as was the post above, should they really get me points?

When I called Darin honest and said that I would believe anything he said hands down I didn't get any points for that.

Are there varying degrees of honesty that I am missing?

It's true, no one has said otherwise, not even "The Liar" himself. Why are points given for calling a known lair a liar? I simply don't understand. My statements were not derogatory either. Plain and simple honesty, that's all they are. Nothing made up at all, everything is factually based and most of the facts came from "The Liar" himself.

The last time I was down there, they were "renovating" and had nothing for sale, other than a snapping turtle and some ugly iguanas. I understand that it is now closed, but did it ever officially open or offer anything? I am guessing no, but I'm just curious. By the way, is Josie's still open, or did she close up shop as well? And whatever happened to Amazon? I've been out of the loop for a while now, now that I've relocated to the big apple. What's new in trampa other than justice and muggings???

Wes, read the topic line of this thread. Does it say "Neil Gubitz within it anywhere? Anywhere at all? Look real close.

Your feud with Neil is getting to be along the same lines as Dave Lawson's half of the feud he had with Neil. This site had continual problems with everytime one of them would have their name pop up in ANY thread, then the other would go on the attack against them. If I had initiated the "suspension and fine" idea way back at the beginning, quite likely I would be a wealthy man by now.

YOU, are doing the same exact thing. So you can make a choice here. You can either stop it voluntarily, or I will have to stop it for you. I want people to cut the crap with the name calling, the sniping, the general derogatory statements, and everything else that takes away from what I had hoped the BOI would become.

YOU are not helping me one bit.

So you can either help me out here, or I will help you out of here.

If you and Neil have problems with each other, then take it to email. I am just plain tired of seeing it on my site.

While I can see your point and I'm sure you see mine, I don't see not callng a spade a spade, so to speak, a good thing. If one behaves in such a manner as to be known by a particular word or phrase the describes them accurately, then should he not have what he deserves and be addressed as such?

Why do you give this person who has so much trouble telling the truth and obeying the law so much leeway here? Why can he come an paint a rosey picture of himself and not have it called to the mat?

In summation, if neil's name isn't in the thread I'll do my best to keep our little fued out of it. However, if he starts laying it on thick and no one else says anything about it, then I may have to, warning points or no.

Seems to imply that, simply because Dave has been arrested and charged with an unrelated matter, that Neil is suddenly innocent of any and all misdoings. The arrest charge has nothing to do with the tampa area breakins... It also doesn't change Neil's history of "playing" the board or it's users. While Wes' approach certainly wasn't polite... It also wasn't brought up out of the blue or entirely unrelated to the direction the thread had been heading.

Incidentally... I know you likely didn't read the entire thread, but if Wes is getting warning points for his posts because they were rude or disrespectful (Well... he doesn't respect Neil. He ain't alone in that), then shouldn't Neil get a few for his off topic posts concerning Dave? If Wes can't call a liar a liar... why can Neil call a fat guy a fat guy or make comments about prison rape? I've never known you to be anything but even handed with your application of the rules... I'm guessing you just missed the earlier wisecracks and insults. Partially my own fault for not reporting them I suppose.

if Neil starts to climb too high up on "his" pedestal, there are several people "lurking" in the background who will try to pull him back down where he belongs. But I do understand your frustration Wes. I have been on this site several years, and I remember when Dave and Neil were best buddies...........Did Dave all of a sudden become a crook when he turned 40??? Oh well.

Josie is still open and doing OK.... Amazon closed down for lack of business, and "Zion" was a joke....

After Lawson didn't pay his rent for five months on the location he bought from me (which I got my $5000 judgement for), the landlord kicked him out of the building.... he then went about 50 yards down the road to the Strip joint that had an empty building right next to it.... he signed a lease (and paid money) with the guy that was renting the place and moved in.... he was in the process of opening it as the NEW Zodiac Reptiles, when the person that actually OWNED the building kicked him out.... it turns out that Lawson signed a lease with the guy that was only RENTING the building from the owner and HE hadn't paid rent there in over a year!!.... the owner was planning on selling THAT building and had the cops kick Lawson out of it, because the OWNER never gave Lawson permission to move in in the first place.... which means that Lawson signed a lease and gave money to the guy that owed a year's rent to the REAL owner!!.... talk about Kharma.... it was one of the funniest things I ever heard.... lol

There was this kid that grew up with us in the small town where I'm from. He wasn't a bad kid really. I mean, he was ok to hang out with and he could be funny from time to time. But he was just totally obnoxious, and what's more, he knew he was.

This kid was such a mentally deprived (or was that depraved?) child that he just wanted attention. Good or bad attention, it didn't matter to him. So long as he was the center of everyone's universe, he was happy. Everything we did, related to him in some way. No matter what we decided to do, it was really his idea all along. Get the picture?

At first, once the newness of his antics wore off, we just pummeled him every time he came around. He was an idiot, and we were sick of messing with him. However, we finally realized, that even the whippings he took from us were still a form of very intense attention! He was beat up constantly, but he just kept coming back for more.

My dad, wise old man that he is, told us all to just ignore him, and he would get tired of it and leave. It was hard, at first, but it eventually worked. That kid grew up to be a pretty decent guy now, and I think it was, in part, due to the fact that he FINALLY had to realize for himself that he was not the "end all, be all" that he thought himself to be, and he came to that conclusion, in part, because of what we did to/for him. I don't know if it works all the time, but it works more often than giving negative attention to those who are starved for any attention whatsoever.

Sorry for the old hillbilly ramblings, folks. Just seemed the appropriate place to put this for some strange reason.

sounds like you and your friends where a bunch of A holes. ever try being someones friend, or even trying to explain to them what there problem is? that might have been 20 or 30 years ago, but now a days kids like that who only want to have friends and get attention , when they get pummeled as you put it every day they come to school with shot guns and such and get there attention that way. I know how it feels to not get any attenton at home when your a little kid, it makes you grow up feeling like crap , you are always had low self esteem and realy didnt care about anything. people like that are not born this way , they are created by people who know but dont care.
