Shrap, Have you ever met Scott? On what date did he stumble into the reptile room? What was this timeline? So to you if a person tells the same story over and over it must be true?

I think it would be easier to believe an "unknown" entity over you Dave due to your track record. You have never shown any reason to be trusted, quite the opposite actually.

I have never met Scott, but can only say that what he is reiterating here is what he said happened back then as the actual events were unfolding. If he is lying, then he has a hell of a memory to repeat it pretty much exactly as he did in a chat room over a few month period a year or more ago.

And there is no denying when one is a new to reptiles. And Scott was completely clueless when he came into chat back then. And Yes it was small lizards he had. Red headed agamas, I am almost positive. He took lots of pics at the time of them because he didnt even know what they were.

I cant say 100 percent who is lying and who aint, but I can say one story adds up and another doesnt.

I will leave it at this. I ahve no reason to Lie here I said I owed Dennis the money for the building. So what is there to lie about? Believe me or not it up to you. Scott and I know what he told me and he has admitted to most of what I have said, he has just decided to omit some of the facts so as to not look like a total liar but I do think that many of you guys can see that his story is not the total truth. I will also venture to say that he and Neil Gubitz are in the same fold because they were dumb enough to always post with in a few minutes of eachother until Neil ran like a little girl. Go read Scotts old post he talks about Phyons he bought prior to me moving out of the building. So I think that either Scott played you Shrap or you are covering for him, funny that you can off the top of your head remember to detail a post on a message board and the date, come on You said scott talked for months about thisafter I moved and then got a Python but yet Scott post the he bought a Ghost ball in September on 05 at the Tampa show the same time I moved no months later. Who is lying? I will let you guys figure that out.

Dont put words in my mouth. Not once did I give an exact date to anything, nor did I say we talked for months about just you. Just that the sequence of events about you and other things in his posts are how they were back when he talked about them when they were actually unfolding. And yes I do remember it pretty well for the amount of time that has passed. You dont have to try hard to remember things when it is the truth you are telling.

Cover for Scott? Nah, I wouldnt cover for my own mom if she was in the wrong about something. I am just sharing what the guy said back then and saying that it completely coincides with what he is saying now.

That is completely false Dave. I was there the first night Scott came stumbling into The Reptile Rooms Chat having never owned or cared for a herp in his life. He came in because you had left animals behind when you bailed out on your lease and he wanted to learn how to care for them instead of let them die, like you were going to do by abandoning them. I do believe Agamas was one of the species he was asking about.

Since then Scott has been a semi regular in the chat and I can verify that the time line and series of events that Scott has said here are exactly as he told them in chat over the last year plus.
Scott didnt own any Balls at all at the time. Or any other herp for that matter. His first was a Ghost he traded to John Berry for scuba equipment if memory calls. And that was well after you abandoned the animals in the property you were leasing. Scott didnt know anything about Balls prior to that or let alone own one. I personally answered question after question after question about Ball care for him and helped him get started.

Again, I can say that the series of events are exactly as Scott has said here in this thread. For he was telling us in chat about it back when it was actually happening. It is how I got to know Scott. He was a complete noob who was as lost as one can be trying to save a bunch of critters you left behind.

Scott said that he had Ball pythons prior to me moving into building.

He got some tank and lids from me in 9/05 for the Balls he didn't own.

I moved out on 9/1/05 and he posted in another thread that he bought a Ghost ball at the Tampa show in "05" in the same month as I moved not months not quite some time but a few weeks at most.

I am not saying that you are outright lying but maybe you can't remember and "Scott reminded you" or flat out lied to you.

That fact is that Scott and your stories have holes.

You claim Scott told you he had Balls before you ever moved into the building. I am telling you that the ghost he got was the first Ball python he ever had. So there is one discrepancy. To the best of my knowledge what I am saying is the truth.

I know I sure spent many hours going over care of Ball Pythons and helping him get his enclosure set up, temps right, humidity, etc etc etc. Seems to me that if he had already owned Ball Pythons he would have already known all the basic stuff he needed help with.

So I guess Scott just lied to me about being new to herps back then, and needing that help with his new Ball in case a year or more later a BOI thread would pop and he would need a witness. NOW THAT is planning for the future folks.

Again Dave, I am just sharing what the guy said back then and saying that it coincides with what he is saying now. Oh, and to blow your collaboration theory out of the water, I have not talked to Scott in any way in at least a month or two. Not in an email, a PM, a chat room, a phone call, a letter, instant messenger, carrier pigeon......

I am not saying that you are lying but that you came here to help a friend and now you see that you were lied to by Scott or lets say "mis lead" just like he "mis lead" the people here in this thread with his post. Scott like to omit details...alot of details.............. Since I never had agamas I could not have left any behind.. But I would venture a guess that he thought that he would hurt me in some way by saying I left some animals behind.

Am I the only person that thinks it is funny that they waitted almost 2 years to file a suit against me but did so 48 hours after I told Scott to pound salt?

Now unless the guy was thinking wow better cover myself and say so and so in chat !! never know this might come up in a BOI thread a year or so from now better be prepared... Get real. Let me clearify, I did not mean that shrap was lying(I should have worded it better) I think that he was also mislead by Scott. Mnay people have animals and have no clue as to the care needed and they go looking for the info. I can only tell you what Scott told me, Maybe he lied to me in hopes that I would sell to him...I do not know..but he did buy tanks and lids for what he told me was for his pythons.

Scott came here and posted that I owed him Money which is a lie. I simply pointed out that he was in no way involved with the rental of the property. I told how he said Golli and him would pay the back rent for several ball morphs.

Why is this a problem for people? Scott lied and That is fine with some people here. I can remember this being a place for proof, proof and more proof but now many people have turned it into a joke.

Now certain people can just say I think it was like this but maybe like that. and on that alone you are ready to hang a person and then later that same person can backslide and that is fine to but if other people do the same thing well hell no show proof and if they show some proof it will never be good enough or explained as a simple mistake.

If Joe blow can't do it then the same should not be able to do it. But it would appear that the rules onlt apply to certain people.

This is exactly what Scott is doing. Since Scott has nothing to do with the money I owe Dennis it makes every post he has about me a third party quotation.
