    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy Dealing with Mick/WichitaFallsReptileRescue (Fireside3) and business charm.

Might explain why his website asks you to make payments to an older ladies account named Arlene Duhon? His mom maybe? Why wouldn't he have a PayPal in his own or companies name? This gets more interesting by the minute!
 
Certainly not surprising that when he finally did post a full name (under duress) that it wasn't his....and I can't say that I'm surprised that he's still acting the same way. That guy was a piece of work.
 
Searching Facebook using "Wichita falls rescue" also brought up an Eric Comella. This gets shadier by the minute.

He appears to have quite a distaste for our website, and it's owner. Can't imagine why he'd piss his pants at the prospect of having open discourse on a venue in which he doesn't have editorial privileges. :rolleyes:

Someone should start a Ballbids-like "Say NO" type of page. Maybe a few of his cult would rethink their position if they were clued-in about his glaring lack of credibility. I mean, really, how seriously can you take someone who's lied about his own name?

Gotta wonder just how much revenue he's generated with new donations. Poor, over-burdened reptile rescue, so destitute that he's forced to resort to dumpster diving, just happens to have his video camera along as he stumbles into a publicity gold mine. Sounds extremely flimsy, convenient, and quite possibly contrived.

interesting to note in the article that the same petco gave him a young iguana 'a few weeks' ago as a rescue that he claims died right away, then he 'finds' a young iguana in their dumpster which Petco claims did not come from them as their stock matched recorded inventory. I'm just saying that it along with other things, sounds quite suspicious.

There's a picture on his FB profile of a dead-looking young iguana. I suppose that's his preemptive strike against anyone that'd make the connection between the two iguanas. TinEye didn't turn up any other instances of the pic being used online.

Not yet, it was just a few hours ago I sent my email. If she replies, fine, but I think that the other (Petco) thread and this one have people clearly expressing how they feel, I don't know if I could add to that.
