• Responding to email notices you receive.

In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Dealings with Tosha Mclintock

Jim

what fraud did i knowingly participate in? Like I've said 100 times before at the time I purchased from Katie no one knew she was scamming, everyone figured she had been the one that was scammed by raymond - I thought I was purchasing nomal feeding females, thats not what I received and she did not make good on her guarantee. As a matter of fact prior to purchasing them I receved two recommendations for Katie - one from someone who had purchased a het albino from her that proved out and another from Steve who at the time thought he'd gotten what he paid for. Since she was will ing to concede to the fact that she mayhave gotten scammed and since she was sellingg them as normals, it appeared she was above board, I along with everyone else had no idea what Katie was about. Yes the credit card company knows all of this and has all the necessary documentation including the information found on this site, kingsnake and private emails that were sent between myself, and katie and others that she scammed, all was freely provided in the hopes that they track her down and prosecute her to the fullest. If there was anything that was not kosher on my part I certainly would not have gotten my money back. Again this little vendetta of yours is fruitless - you obviously don't know what you are talking about - the witch hunt is over. Get over it.

That's true, you do. However, I think you should consistently address which people you're speaking to. More than 20 people have posted in this thread. Which ones are the bullies of which you speak?

Ryan can't answer he has been shown the door yet again.

But it sure is funny it is always just four or five people on each of his threads but the participants keep changing.

Well...as I suspected would happen earlier, Ryan has been suspended...again.

Perhaps Tosha wants to PayPal her friend the $40 to get him back to speak in her behalf again. Somehow I am not surprised that they have done business together. :toiletcla

Tosha, with all due respect, I think Jim is right about the credit card fraud claim. Credit card companies don't like their protection clauses being used to knowingly purchase questionable goods. The proof is out there [here] and they could go back and deny a charge back. Of course... they would most likely have to file suit to do so. Lesson learned, and if I were you, I wouldn't use that tactic in the future... but of course, I'm not you, and you can do whatever the heck you want.

Lol

Ryan posted on his own volition - I have told everyone else that wanted to post on my behalf not to bother, it's not worth it. Ryan is cool, we've talked a bit on the other sites but sadly we haven't had the pleasure of doing business yet. So whatever bogus theories you are trying to put together now - you can stop wasting your time. I am confident that time will prove you cynics very wrong!

Ryan - thanks again - I guess I'll be seeing you on the other board.

Damn right it's the real me. Can't you read? I'm sick of you people getting away with all the $hit you talk and nobody does anything about it. SHUT UP. One of you peons has something you post all the time about "Here's you sign". Or some stupid little redneck gimmick like that. Well, here's mine.......SHUT UP BITCH! Look for it. It will be showing up when one of you start bullying someone, which is quite often. By the way, what is it you people want, just the 5 of you left so you only have each other to do business with? I wish that's the way it was. Go away!

Might as well get started. Here's one for you Denny. SHUT UP BITCH!
Maybe you want to trade your sick Ball Python for a rescue animal he once had for sale. Or maybe you could involve yourself in one of his pyramid schemes. Now that would be cool.

Paul -

True - but I did not "knowingly purchase questionable goods". I also have a written guarantee from Katie stating that if they were not NORMAL FEEDING FEMALE BALL PTHONS that she would refund my money - she did not. It would be no different than if I purchased a defective stereo and the store would not take it back because I'd opened the package. Every transaction made over the internet is questionable, irregardless of who the seller is. That is why the insurance is there anyone that does business over the internet as much as I do, would be a fool not to have it. The fact remains with complete disclosure the cc company as well as the IFCC does not find that I have done anything wrong - just a bunch of people on an internet forum. Why could that be you think??? Um because they don't know what they are talking about.

Dont you have something to cook or clean?

If what Tosha used was the standard chargeback feature on her credit card, the cc company will have charged the amount back to the seller. The seller then has the option of providing proof to the cc company that the purchaser's claim is invalid.

If Tosha paid for the animals with a specific description being noted, and did not receive those described animals, she had a valid claim.
