    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy Don't buy from LLL.reptile

I too have purchased supplies from Triple L, I do it fairly regularly, I'd say 3-4 times a year and I have nothing but good things to say about them, their products and their customer service. Will continue to buy from them.

I have to stand by LLL reptiles i have been purchasing from them for a long time. I never purchased a animal but many times supply's that were shipped and recieved on time and in great condition. one time a bulb didnt work they sent a new one out no extra cost to me and told me to toss the old one and they apologized. Good people with a great customer service. I truly am sorry that the snake died on you and it has left a bad taste in your mouth. I breed and sell various frogs and geckos and I have learned some people just dont know how to care for certain animals properly and after I replace a animal once with a animal i know is 100% healthy and they one also passes on it must be the keeper... Cant please everyone.

I wouldn't keep bumping up there don't buy from threads then.Maybe bump there good guys threads if thats how you feel about them. Yea sure they can't please everyone, I can vouch for that. Yes they are decent people they have sent me free supplement samples of calciums ect. with orders and have cheap product with usually extra shipping added charge after original shipping prices been quoted.Which is odd I think they can't just have it calculate and charged all at once. I have ordered from them a lot and they Have even replaced broken bulbs without asking twice. So overall yea the majority of the time they are good. Not when your the one getting the short end from them though on an animal purchase and get stuck with what you didn't pay for. I have had good and bad buys from them the bad will always stick out to me much more.Especially when there are 10 other companies just like them that can ship faster cheaper and actually make me a happy customer unlike LLL has with one purchase. I don't doubt they are excellent with most but unfortunately they lost me and all my recommendations to them as I use to recommend them all the time on the forums. That's there loss.

WHY WOULD SPEND $300 ON A NORMAL BABY BALL PYTHON THAT IS WORTH MAYBE $25 RIGHT NOW SOUNDS A LITTLE HARSH BUT THATS JUST STUPID ,IF I WAS THE VET I WOULD FEEL BAD ABOUT TAKING YOUR MONEY.

So what just because it's a "normal" ball python it has no value?But if it was an expensive morph then the costs could be justified?Some people in this hobby don't look at their animals with a monetary value as obviously some do.No offense but your post tells me what your in the hobby for!

Bumping a bad guy thread with a positive experience actually shows new hobbyist that these people are not all bad and people have had GREAT deallings with them. its obvious that the buyer should have notified the seller right away of the animals sick condition and wait for further instructions from the seller if your over all intention is to go after the seller for compensation. If you do not intend to go after the seller nor bash them then yes seek medical help for the animal. I know many animal breeders often have their own personal vet they deal with and get great rates from and often times they will ask for the animal back and replace it with a new one and in the mean time get the ill animal medical treatment from someone they know and trust. IF the buyer happens to be emotional attached to that particular animal then he or she may wait until the animal is deemed fit for sale by the vet and or seller.

I am not very close with the people at LLL and i doubt they have any clue who i even am but i have been ordering from them for a very long time and have directed friends and customers of mine to and no one has ever had a problem as of yet. It sucks these things happen but what can we do except try to please everyone the best we can and make a attempt to meet half way on a agreement.

Haven't read the entire thread but I have ordered from Vista several times and not had any problems with sick animals or customer service.

Again, thanks to everyone. Even the few negatives were actually polite! Nice to see. And I can't agree more with whoever said - if you have nice comments (about anyone on the BOI) - don't reply to an old negative thread. Most every larger breeder or company has negative threads on this site..... Start a new one or find a positive one and show your love there!

If anyone ever has any questions on anything from us, call us 7 days a week at 888-54-Reptile. Happy herpin!

I was just going by what scott @ LLL said he preferred not bumping negative threads to start a new one or find a positive one and show love there. But I guess I read to much into things. :shrug01:
