    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Nothing still! I don't think it's going to happen, she's already spent my $$$ on something she "can't take care of" so ehh...feel bad for anyone who sells anything to her. Can't wait to take the beardies to the Vet, my hubs needs to hurry up and get home!

Sorry to hear about the refund not coming.. Let us know now the vet appointment goes. Hope the remaining three will check out ok
 
I'm thinking they will, I went and grabbed some butternut squash and dragon bites yesterday, just had a shipment of 500 itty bitty dubias come in, so they should be getting fat and happy in no time! they are already looking bigger in the middles and i think they may go into shed in a few days or so, not sure. but fingers crossed! i know what you mean we did a trade and we got 2 babies that were three weeks old and gray when in the pic they were full of yellow but with a closer look you could tell they were cold and we traded a hypo pastel leather back!We also got a female almost missing a foot and didnt even know until we recieved her we also are wondering if its the same bearded because of the color.did some one tell a mode?

You did a trade with DragonTails? How long ago was this? Did the dragon survive?

If you captured pictures of the ad and have current pictures, we may be able to help you identify whether or not the Dragon is the same.
 
the dragons are fine luckely i think she just cooled it down.to get the color up. I just dont want any one else to get stumped by her. plus the female is gravid!
 
Congrats American on the gravid female! As for the three small ones they are all doing much much better! Fire has started to get some nice color, the other two are still pretty bland, hoping they color up, but if they do or don't no matter, we still love them as family. They are all growing and getting bigger, thankfully. They should be able to start eating Dubias here shortly. YAY!
 
She's probably waiting to sell her adults. She's listing them on Hoobly now. She was also looking to buy a breeding pair of Prarie Dogs on their a few weeks ago,lol.

I'd say its obvious she could easily afford the refund she is simply choosing not to pay it.

@ Dragons and Tails:

The fact the you can post on Fauna looking to buy reptiles while you have an unresolved issue shows a huge amount of disrespect for your customer and for every reputable breeder/seller that has posted on this thread their belief that you need to make this right. If you do not value the opinions of successful people in your field(so to speak) then what do you base your business practices on? How do you expect to be successful yourself? Or do you believe since you claim to be getting out of reptiles that you can now disregard others in the field without repercussion? I assure you that is not the case, this thread is going to be seen by more and more people everyday and will quite possibly be here for YEARS to come. Think about the effect that will have on your name.

P.S. If your expecting this to drop out of view I wouldn't count on it. Only takes 1 little comment to bump it right back up to the top.:yesnod:

Brenda said something, when lining up excuses for her business shortcomings, about having a baby on the way. Either that is true, or not true.

If it is a lie, she is simply sleazy, and this thread, being permanent, should give future buyers/sellers an idea of what to expect when dealing with her.

But how much sadder if true. She has not yet given a refund that she said in writing was forthcoming, to a customer obviously deserving of one.


Instead she, obviously having money (not yet having given a refund which she said she was going to do), goes shopping. And not for baby things, oh no, she is shopping for critters for herself.

Some day, her child may see this thread. Sad.

BTW true true on the not buying baby things and her kids seeing that mommy only looks out for mommy Lucille.. your heat and head always seem to be in the right place :thumbsup:

IT IS sad that after admitting HER SCREW UP of shipping too young and causing the death of that little beardie that she has the nerve to be out shopping.. I'm DISCUSTED.. Take care of your un happy customer before you buy more animals that. "you don't have time to care for"......GRR!
 
It's hard to tell, but just maybe, this thread has made a difference. I hope so.

I think the vast majority of buyers and sellers are good and honest people, but there are those who are not.

In my mind's eye right now, I see a rocky, lifeless desert of those without ethics, and sometimes, a Fauna thread which acts like a small green sprout, harboring good things and good changes.

This thread seems to have made no difference to Brenda, on the contrary, after making the promise of a refund and so far, not following through, she has gone shopping for critters for herself. The epitome of lousy customer service, and as far as I'm concerned, she has worked hard to deserve the following award: :toiletcla

But despite an aggressive shopping spree where she has made numerous trade offers over many days as evidenced in our very own classifieds, no one seems to be dealing with her. Could it be that the community has taken notice of this thread, and is choosing not to do business with her?

That would be a beautiful sprout.
 
Brenda (Dragonsandtails) is running a new ad cutting prices on her dragons to induce people to do business with her.
