Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them.     Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Ed Clark,don't buy frogs from him!

Excuse my ignorance, but what will the Fedex bill prove?

If she sent a money order to cover shipping, you would still use your Fedex account to confirm/pay etc, you would just have the money in your pocket to cover the outgoings on the account.

When did the original DOA frog arrive if her money order is for the original shipping?

I know, its really nit picking at this point.

She paid for the shipping on the frog she cooked and I paid for the shipping on the replacement frog.

Yes, this is not uncommon...But it does throw another wrench into the whole thing since Ed thinks that the first deceased frog was the result of her leaving a package unattended on the front porch.

Tracking #792066177935 (for the original frog) says the frog was delivered on June 4th, which is consistent with the money order situation. This tracking number also says "Left at front door. Package delivered to recipient address - release authorized". :shrug01:

Sooooo...Do where's the information (besides her word) on her actually being there and receiving both shipments?

Our Fedex man always puts that message in the system, even when I have took the package out of his hands. It's rather frustrating but doesn't necessarily mean it was left on the porch.
Has Kelly confirmed/denied that the first package was left?


Other than the pending tests to see whether Ed needs to inform other buyers about a possible fungal/ health issue. It seems so far that he has honoured his TOS (pending test results)

I noticed that also, In the other threads about Ed Clark he didn't reply to the all the accusations about his business practices. :iagree:

Then show some pictures. I have asked you multiple times before and was blatantly told NO! and other times ignored. You take thousands of pics of frogs, so it shouldnt take more then a minute to take a few pics of your breeding facility where this huge breeding programs take place.

I have not had any dealings with Ed myself at this time, but he is not on my "No Deal" list either. It appears to me that he has handled this transaction as good, or better then what should have been expected of a "good guy." Many others here who do not like Ed, and have him on their "No Sale/Purchase List" have said the same thing.
The first frog was not signed for, and was left on your doorstep. That usually voids the live arrival guarantee on any animal. Ed still sent you a free Whites Tree Frog as a replacement animal for free, and paid the shipping fee's. So basically he went above and beyond his TOS, and honored his live arrival guarantee even though the animal was left on your doorstep.
I am sorry for the direction of my previous post's. I was thinking the pics of the live and dead frog looked like different animals. I also thought that the fact that you said that you changed the soaking wet paper towels, but they were still wet in the pic of the dead frog looked like a lie. When others were posting the same things that had caught my attention, I thought maybe you were pulling a fast one, or two on Ed. Maybe I was wrong?
It appears that you are upset about taking a financial loss, and trying to clear your conscious by blaming Ed for the death of these two frogs. At this point I think it is time to take a break from this thread and at least wait until you get the vet reports. Ed really does not owe you anything more here, and that includes pictures of his breeding facility.
You should have asked to see pics of it before your transaction. Then if he refused, and it was that important to you you could have passed on the deal. Now it just appears that you have an axe to grind with Ed even though he has handled this transaction well. It probably doesn't matter to you, but I already would probably not deal with you.
I am not telling you not to post anymore. You can do what ever you want just like everybody else. I am just saying you may want to wait until you get the report back or some Zoo comes on here saying Ed wiped out their collection. (Sorry Ed, I am sure that won't happen, I was just saying...)

Then its pretty obvious you don't breed these frogs but are a middle man that receives quantities to sell them. So don't go lying to people saying you breed thousands of frogs at a time!

This is exactly why I asked what I had. Not too sure why Kelly kept insisting that she paid shipping for the White's when she didn't.

I have never and would not put any animal, whether I paid for it or not, in harms way ever.
I didn't know about the second shipping charge since I was never told that by Ed prior to the purchase. I was not aware of it until after she died and even then as I wouted him before, the shipping was on me with pleasure.
Why would he honor the guarantee if he thought that I intentionally killed the first frog?
