    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Kelly I'm sorry to here about your loss, but after 44 pages and over 215 posts I don't think that this is going to be resolved here. I saw some ads for other snakes that Ed has placed on Fauna and KingSnake that I would have been interested in. I then investigated Mr. Clarks history here on the BOI, and I can say from some previous threads that it instantly cured me of even trying to inquire about the snakes.

You might just have to chalk this one up to a lesson learned and move on.

Ms. or Mrs. Broadus-Muskauski Here are the pictures of the MO. It includes a receipt of next day mailing to Ed. It was my choice to next day the MO to him he did not ask that of me.
Please explain further what you mean by pictures of the two together. I'm not certain what your question is. 2 blue phase perhaps? There were some very kind gentlemen who posted on page 3 the time and date of the photographs and it appears to have been cleared up that there was not 2 frogs.
I had stated that there never was more than one. If I could have gotten one in my area I never would have purchased one from him.
If that was not your question please let me know and I will be happy to answer. I have not deceived anyone here and have no intentions of doing so. I have done my best to keep up and respond to each question asked of me.

It was an Ornate horned frog that roasted on her door steps in the heat.

I replaced that 1 with the whites as she requested and I paid for the shipping.

Thank you most sincerely for your condolences Mr. Smith I appreciate it very much.
I have learned my lesson and the purpose of this thread is to warn other people that the animal they are promised may not be the one recieved.

Do you recall the foul language that you used towards FedEx in reference to them killing the frog?
I took that day off of work to be here for the arrival and was here when it arrived. It was boiled to death in a deli cup.
Now I know that cool packs should be used to ship reptiles, perhaps someone who has sold so many would have been aware of that.
I apologize for my sarcasm to the forum but not to Ed.
Your intentional goading of me will not have me stoop to your level and call you names as you have done to me on fatfrogs Ed. I won't do it here either.

I have not lied or ignored any questions posed to me on this thread.
Ed, you have much to say and have yet to answer mine.
This started between you and I and should end that way as well.
The least you could do is answer my questions as truthfully as I have answered everyone else's questions on this thread and on fatfrogs.

And the Money Order receipt that was just posted (I don't see a date on it?), is that for the Ornate Horned Frog?
 
Ed, that has no total on it at all. It does not prove that you paid the shipping of there is no dollar amount on it, to me anyway.

The only thing that I don't keep are the sent messages. If I had I would post the one about laying on the floor looking at the frog in the deli cup praying it would come back to life.
You honored your live arrival guarantee on that order.
Do you typically ask people to pay shipping the second time around for an animal that dies in transit?
If so you should make that a disclaimer.

Kelly Ed was saying that he replaced the first frog that you claimed was DOA with the White Tree Frog at no cost to you. He sent you the Whites free of charge and paid the shipping on it, thus honoring his TOS(live arrival guarantee.)

I am getting this reading thing down :thumbsup:.

060208 is the date on the MO. It is in the middle , kind of, in blue print near the dollar amount.
The date is also on the post office receipt for next day for the MO.

I have the original shipping slip from the ornate as well.

Sir , that is the only money that I ever sent to him. I never sent any additional funds for the whites, the whites was a replacement.
 
Using tracking #790559687067 for the White's shipment, there is no signature confirmation that she was there and in fact signed for the frog.

"Left at front door. Package delivered to recipient address - release authorized"

Yes, this is not uncommon...But it does throw another wrench into the whole thing since Ed thinks that the first deceased frog was the result of her leaving a package unattended on the front porch.

This is exactly why I asked what I had. Not too sure why Kelly kept insisting that she paid shipping for the White's when she didn't.

I understand that Kelly. I am just saying that is why you and Ed were having the misunderstanding and calling each other liars, and saying "No, I paid the shipping."

I knew Ed thought you were saying that you paid the shipping on the replacement animal, because that is what it sounded like. I also knew that you were thinking he was saying that he paid shipping on the first frog.

Yes Mr. Kelly, there obviously was a miscommunication there.
I did not know that his live arrival guarantee only covers the cost of the animal and not the shipping. I was never told that by Ed.
As I stated before this was my only experience purchasing an animal online.
 
I am charging the battery on my camera but will take pictures of the packing slip if anyone requests it for proof that the number I have on the slip.
