To be perfectly honest our dealings with Tosha have been quite pleasant, of course we were ripped a new one over a misunderstanding regarding unread\unreceived correspondence but we went ahead with even another transaction and all was well. From a sellers standpoint Tosha was a pleasure to do business with. I cannot speak regarding her experience, so I wont. I also think its in bad taste to insult someone who may not have as much experience as you, how else are they to learn?! Regardless, lets try to keep this 'on topic' can we?

I couldn't agree more, Chris. It's the "I have 25 years experience" claim and then asking obvious neophyte questions that got her in trouble, not her lack of experience itself.

Chris, even you have noted Tosha's propensity to lying. Remember this? (Formatting added by me for emphasis and readablility.)

Over the past three months I have emailed Chris at least a dozen times, inquiring about snakes. He has returned about 4 of my emails (so yes they are getting thru) and his return time runs between 4 and 7 days. IMO bad customer service right there and yes I am allowed to have an opinion and this is the place to post. I was not being hostile just stating the facts. A majority of these were placed during January and February when he was not shipping do to weather and I had received read receipts but no response. There is no "reasonable excuse".

Well I hate to say it, but thats a lie considering ALL of our email clients are set NOT to send such receipts. Even if your emails WERE received you would not have received any such receipt. This is simple fact and cannot be disputed. We receive hundreds of emails daily and can only get to so many in any given time, especially recently with all the attention that has been placed on shipping pending orders. I felt that such receipts without an immediate reply in most cases could possibly cause conflict. When a customer receives such a receipt they usually expect a reply within minutes. You can see where this would cause problems.... And this is why no one who mails ANY address associated with TSE receives read receipts. Sorry.

Well I hate to add fuel to an off-topic fire but yes, our clients are configured to ignore read receipt requests so our quoted statement does indeed stand.

That if you dont bull**** then there is no reason to fear the BOI, and if you don't lie there is no reason to worry about it either.
I mean come on...there are too many people here for everyone to get along, if we can understand that and accept it then everything will be much better.

I know that I am considered "small time" in the grand scheme of things. I also realize that if I am in the company of people that I know are more knowledgeable in a subject than me then I keep quiet, listen and absorb what I can.

Seems to me that if some of these people would have taken this to heart and acted that way when they came here the first few times then things would have gone a lot smoother.

I have been a member here since 2003. And I was on here before that. I didn't take part in hardly any threads till just recently. Because I didn't feel comfortable doing it.

I also didn't want to post something that wasn't right and that would be picked apart. All this took on my part is a little forethought...something that seems lacking here sometimes.

Anyways...in the words of the immortal pcp'd out Rodney King, "can't we all just get along???"
