    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Just to give an idea about the proceedings

Friday July 22nd - I posted my boss would be loaning me the money
Saturday July 23rd - The money was sent to paypal, figure give it 3-4 business days to reach its destination. We'll say Wednesday July 27th.

7-10 Business days from Wednesday July 27th, is Friday August 5th OR Wednesday August 10th. Then a few days after that for it to be divied up. As was said in my earlier post regarding me speaking to paypal. So figure anywhere's from August 9-August 12 or 15.

It's only August 2nd???
 
First off, That ad was posted from a list i have of someone that has these animals but does not post ad's on any of the current classifieds online.

What strikes me as odd is that you couldnt figure that out. Never seen that before? People do it all day every day.........

And instead of trying to keep things simple and on a good track, you decided you would try and derail the train. Turn the flames up a little higher? You have my address, come on over and search my home.

This is a way to build capital, it's done every day in HUNDREDS of different industries across the world. Take something of a smaller price, sell at a higher price.

Rather than sending the money to Paypal so they would have to run it through their processing system, why did you not send a Money Order Overnight to Ken and then put the remaining balance you borrowed in your Paypal account to zero out the overdraft?

If i were in your shoes (though I never would be) I would do everything in my power to expedite that refund.

I guess I was confused by the first sentence in the ad where you say that YOU have the animals available. I read it several times, I still can't see where you say you are brokering the animals for other people......

Actually John, Chris stated earlier that he didn't trust Ken, even though ken wasn't the one who got the animal, then tried to re-sell the animal, then bounced payment to Ken, and still hasn't made restitution, then had the balls to try and turn things around on Ken and make him out to be the bad guy back about 10 pages.

But to hear Chris tell it he is the victim here, he got screwed by his bank and Pay Pal actually wanting him to have the money to cover his debits, if you can imagine that....

The money is already being processed by Paypal. It will be handled immediately once the check is cleared and the few days go by to be divied up.

The reason i stated i have them is so that people didnt ask my source and go to my supplier instead of myself. Would ANY of you tell me the contact information to your import suppliers? (for those of you that do import) So that i could just go to them and buy hundred's of import babies at YOUR cost's so that you can't make YOUR money? No you wouldnt.
 
Hey Gecko, Didnt i already apologize for that post? I believe i did. Since when did you become Judge Jury and Executioner. If you have nothing but coals to add to the fire, leave the thread please. I am already doing what i can to extinguish this properly.

I guess if I knew an importer that could supply me with lemon Pastels, spiders, albinos and hundreds of CB females I would post misleading ads too....Oh wait no I wouldn't.

Tell me again how you have hundreds of CB females? You aren't trying to pass off Captive Hatched as CB are you? That would be dishonest, you wouldn't do that right...? :rolleyes:
 
You say this in YOUR ad:

"I have quite a few 05 Pastels, Spiders and Albino babies available. All eating great on f/k mouse fuzzies or rat pups. "

But say this in your post:

Honesty never hurt anyone. If you are selling animals that you do not have, do not write that you have them in your ads. I would consider that a reason not to trust someone. Just be straight forward....Say that you are selling the animals for a friend or whoever.

That's great Chris but it doesn't answer my question. Correct me if I am wrong, but you had the capability of having Ken paid back within 24 hours of receipt of your boss's check. You cash it, send Ken his portion directly, and send the remainder to PayPal. Pretty simple unless I am missing something. Why did you choose the long way around the barn?

I guess you could call pointing out inconsistencies in your stories every time you post as "adding coals to the fire", I call it trying to get to the truth.
 
First off Same, i didnt say i had an IMPORTER, i said i had a list of someone who had these animals. I posted them as CB, cause that is how he sent me the list, and that's how he said he had them. Being CB. I'll ask him a 2nd time, since i've already asked once.

Suncoast, the check wasnt made out to me, the check was made out to paypal for MY account. So i couldnt cash the check. My boss preferred to write it out to whom it was needed to be sent to so he could see it was used for what i was asking it for. Either way, if i sent the money to ken, then sent the remainder to paypal. Paypal would have still been negative 600 dollars. You can all say "Ken would have..." Yeh and BILL never would have stolen a snake.. Need i say more. You dont know who you can trust in this industry. If you dont trust me, that is fine i understand your reasoning. But Ken had NOWHERE near the reputation that Bill did and... ANyway that has nothing to do with this but the principle of where i stood.

Also Sam, Your not pointing out inconsistencies, your repeating stuff i've already answered, but your asking in different ways. Your trying to play the bad cop in the interrogation room. Scare tactics. I've answered all your questions, honestly, with the same answers.........

I can see where i did not explain myself a little better. Im sorry you didnt understand the meaning i was getting at. But i only meant to use importers as an example of saying most people do not disclose there sources. If it will make you all happy i will remove the ad.
 
I used to work for Wells Fargo.....

We told people all the time, cash your check and deposit the cash, through a TELLER. That way the full amount is immeadiately credited to your account which keeps anything from being held. If the check were to later be found a NSF then your SOL! It then becomes the responsibility of the Depositer to collect the money.
I know when I owe someone I will do everything in my power to make sure they are paid. It just doesnt make sense to, take the long road. So to speak.
I wish I had people send me animals with no money sent first! I pre-paid for my Pastel in May the pipped 07/17 and I still don't have him-Thanks Ralph;) Can't he shed and eat quicker??? LOL!!! Off topic I know, but I am a nobody and I don't want to burn bridges I haven't even built yet.

Be a big boy and sell off some of those animals at half price and pay your debts.

You got a good man in Jim O wiping your nose and your boss bailing you out of financial troubles. Time to be a man. Go drive car service or a cab at night until your debts are satisfied.

Spoke to Bryan Rep ID 6477 from Paypal tonight. The payment was actually received on the 31st (how it was received on a sunday i have no idea)
Deposited on the 1st, will post to the account on the 11th, Bryon went on to tell me a maximum of 2-3 days from the 11th, possibly even the same day, all money will be divied up to the appropriate people.

Ken, I would imagine you can expect your money no later than August 16th, Tuesday. I apologize it has taken so long, and that i was not able to rectify this any earlier. I am also sorry my financial issue's caused you these problems. Being's you only handled this the way 99.9% of other business's would have, i am not mad, just disappointed it came to all this. I wont be doing business with check's, paypal, or any other form of supposed credit for quite a long time.
