In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

First off, That ad was posted from a list i have of someone that has these animals but does not post ad's on any of the current classifieds online.

What strikes me as odd is that you couldnt figure that out. Never seen that before? People do it all day every day.........

And instead of trying to keep things simple and on a good track, you decided you would try and derail the train. Turn the flames up a little higher? You have my address, come on over and search my home.

This is a way to build capital, it's done every day in HUNDREDS of different industries across the world. Take something of a smaller price, sell at a higher price.

Heh wonderfull, so we have a commodities broker in the reptile world. That concept works wonderfully on items that are certain, stock shares or a ton of oranges. You might not make a profit but you know what your getting. A living animal that you are not knowlegable about. Might not be the best idea.

I spoke to a Jim (supervisor) at paypal today who said that the hold's placed on the fund's for Ken and the other people i did transactions with has been removed so that the funds should now be in place where they belong. If this is right i would appreciate it if Ken could post, stating the funds are now back in his account.

I am wondering what Jim O thinks of this? Surely this will give him another opinion on what a stand up guy this Chris is, right?

Ken....you have every right to be upset. Hope you get your money/animal back. Re-selling an animal that hasn't been paid for to begin with usually will get me all fired up.

I have one word to describe this big mess......BRILLIANT!

Guess i'll post since apparently Ken wont. Ken received his money and here is a screen shot of our paypal screen showing the transaction.

Ken thank you very much for your post i really appreciate it. Again i must extend my deepest apologies for this entire mess. I hope in the future (when i'll be dealing strictly with money orders) we'll be able to do business again.

Did he give you any interest for having to wait a full Month for your Money?
Well let's see, at 10% per annum that would be a whopping $60/year or $5/month. Is there a reason that you are so concerned with Ken's last $5 or did you just choose to throw another dig in there? Ken has made clear that the debt is satisfied.

I can verify that Chris finally paid his debt. Thank you Chris for keeping you word
Since the matter was between them two, how about we leave it that way?

LOL, 91 posts on the subject, little late to leave the matter between the two of them...

Agree with you though Jim that the issue is considered finished by the 2 parties involved, so the rest of us should consider it finished as well........

Thanks guys, glad its over thats for sure. Now i can start building my reputation as a good guy, from the bottom as we always start out.

I know i got in late but there seems to be alot of this going around lately
I think that if the matter was between the two of them i woulnt have been reading it
Hey $5.00 is $5.00 Oh and lets not forget the feds just uped the interest rate...lol
I am not being petty just calling it like i see it,I know i would want some kinda compensation for having my money tied up for a month
But i suppose im not in the majority on that and thats O.K. with me as long as it isnt my money

You are being petty and it wasn't the "feds" it was the Federal Reserve (aka "The Fed" without an "s") which is the central bank and acts independently of all three branches of our government. The Fed sets monetary policy and their decisions are not subject to review by the executive or legislative branches of government, and to my knowledge are rarely if ever challenged in the judicial branch. I used 10% which is well above the rate that they set. So if you want to be petty, let's use their rate and you'll come up with something closer to $3.

Dennis, this is sounding to me more and more like the comments that you made in the $7 LLL thread. Petty. But heh, you keep talking this way and you'll show everyone how much they'd want to do business with you :>poke2<:

I just threw my two cents in just like everyone else in this thread(and in that one)
IMO<---hahah It is wrong to TIE up someones MONEY for a month,And whosoever beleives that it isnt NEED NOT worry about doing business with me
no matter what EXCUSE they may SPEW therfore i will "keep talking this way"
Now i have two people that wont sell to me It takes them tying my money up for a month out of the equation :slamit:
I really dont mind Defending my post(s) or keeping this one going for that matter, Do you? :>poke2<:

I was born with intelligence. Knowledge has been acquired and retained. Wisdom has been gained through experience. Sadly Dennis, you show signs of none of the three. I charge $300/hour for my services plus expenses (and I get it). Still want to hire me?

Galileo Galilei may have said "I do not feel obliged to believe that the same God who has endowed us with sense, reason, and intellect has intended us to forgo their use". I will take your word for it. Now read it and try to interpret its meaning as you have so clearly missed it.

While you are at it try growing up.

I never said it was OK to "hold" someone's money without permission. I said you were petty to think about $5 worth of interest when Ken indicated that the matter was resolved. That's called trying to stir up more crap when there is none to be stirred.

Consider this quote: "Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak out and remove all doubt." You have removed all doubt in your few posts on this site.

But Jim...
"The little foolery that "wise men" have makes a great show."
-William Shakespeare

Although all shows must come to an end.
