So, Fred is supposed to prove that he's not lying?
Firstly, it is nearly impossible to prove a negative without being omniscient, so let's just leave that there where it lies. Secondly, Fred is the accused in this scenario, it is up to those doing the accusing to supply the actual facts of the matter (Landon did, and it was appreciated greatly). Thirdly, it is a completely moot point once Fred makes the deals good! If his customers are satisfied, they'll say so...if not, they'll say so.
Why do you two keep hounding Fred over something that happened months ago, has been hashed out on another forum, and involved neither of you in the first place???? I don't know Fred personally, and I am dissappointed that he let any reason keep him from fulfilling his responsibilities for nearly a year, but he says he was wrong and he's going to fix the problem. What more are we supposed to ask of the situation, given that NONE of us (other than Landon and Ann) were personally involved?
If Landon or Ann does not believe that he is fully compensated, and he wants to leave a permenant "BAD GUY" mark on Fred for his actions, it may very well be deserved, and I doubt Fred will say otherwise. But beyond THAT, I just cannot see what it is that you expect to accomplish from behind a keyboard? The way you chase Fred around the net, as it appears you are doing, makes you look like the electronic equivalent of Ahab chasing his personal white whale! Kind of sad, really.
