Any closure on this yet?

I am assuming this is the same guy. The SPCA return address label adds support that the seller in question is the animal control officer in Lackawanna. Interested to know if your caiman was originally someones confiscated or abondoned pet. I am sure his superiors would love to hear that he is shipping caimans USPS Priority Mail.

Ms. Kaye,
Please forgive me for asking, I am not doubting you or accusing you in any way, but what is your relationship to all this?
I only ask because it is unusual for someone to pop up out of the blue a year later with heartening news especially on their first post.
This is the son of Fred Grasso the animal control officer in Lackawanna.
The Erie County SPCA is aware of this thread and problem with the whole family and their "treatment" of animals.
His father will be going to court on January 6th 2009 in West Seneca for killing the cats.
The court time is 8pm if any WNY resident wants to attend.

Oh, just so you'll know we have even heard of Google out here in the sticks and have used it once or twice.![]()
I think the thread is probably still here somewhere if you care to search for it.
Yeah but, how long did it take to load the page on a dial up connection?

LOL! I wouldn't delete it for the world Chuck. I keep it close in the event you attempt to make it out to be more than what it is. Although, as of 1/1/07, they really are illegal to possess.

Thank you for the explaination as well as the link. As I said I did not doubt you but some clairification would have been requested by someone had it not been me it would have been someone else.
Your news is terrific as far as I am concerned. Though I have no dog in this hunt I am always happy to hear that a dirt bag is being called to task for their crimes.
Were I in driving distance, even for a day trip, I would love to be there just to see it happen but Colorado is just a little to far away.
