I had one exerience with Ghanns and it wasn't good. The main problem was customer service not the quality of the crickets. I had signed up for their breeder program and this was my first order. I was ordering some of the crickets for small chameleons and half of the crickets were too big and because of the size I got shorted on count. When I sent them an email about the problem they took awhile to respond then blamed me for not asking about the sizes running big, and for ordering to late in the week. Being it was my first order and they knew it, how the heck was I suppossed to know their crickets ran big? I figured if I ordered 1/8" and 1/4" that's what I would get. Also I ordered on Friday to ship on Monday you can't order much earlier in the week than that. Didn't have rancid crickets but the service was pretty poor.

Its taken me awhile to respond to this because I was pretty irritated with the length of time it took for a response and the answer. I emailed you on a Thursday about my problems and didn't hear back until the following Wednesday. I understand you are closed Friday but not to hear anything for almost a week is pretty bad. And to be honest it shouldn't matter what the sizes are running if I order 1000 crickets of a specific size that is what I should get. If you can't fill my order with the sizes I order you should call me and let me know. Not to mention this was my first order with you, shouldn't the sales agent have warned me about the sizing? Also you suggest I order early in the week to avoid getting wrong sized crickets. If you would have checked my order you would have known that I placed this order on Friday to ship on Monday. I would think that is early enough. By sending me the wrong sized crickets I had to drive to a pet shop and get crickets because I couldn't wait to get more shipped to me. Which cost me time and money due to your mistake. Probably won't use you anymore for crickets no matter how GREAT the breeder program is. Because paying a low price for the wrong products ends up being more expensive when you have to go out and buy the right one.
Sincerely
Derek Card

Derek,
I apologize that some of the sizes were off on your last order. We are supplementing some of our sizes with crickets from another farm. Sometimes these crickets run large, sometimes small. When you place your order, please ask whether the sizes are running small or large for the week. The sales agent should be able to tell you the status. I would also suggest that you place your order as early in the week as possible. If you wait until Wednesday we may not have the sizes you need.

I got my first order from you on Tuesday and 2 sizes of the crickets I got were not properly sized. I ordered 1000 1/8”, 1000 1/4”, 2000 1/2”, and 1000 3/4” the 1/2 an 3/4 were fine but the 1/8” and 1/4” were not. The 1/8” were really 1/4” and the 1/4” were 3/8”. Due to the crickets being sized wrong the counts were light especially on the 1/8”. I also had to go to a local shop to get properly sized crickets for my animals. I have 6-8 week old chameleons and anything over 1/8” is to big for some of them. I have attached pictures of the mis-sized crickets. Let me know what I need to do to get the sizing correct. My account number is .
Thanks
