• Responding to email notices you receive.

In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Herp Enclosures BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I also know there son's where about's. But I can't post, I have kids as I am sure some of you do, and that is just wrong, but it may help to track them, the police can use it. When I hear more, I will pass it along.

i dont think ur gonna get struck ! just trying to figure out how their church is gonna help. i know when i called the wifes' job, that all the teachers will be back in the school on the 14th of Aug. this is getting really fustrating because i dont like to be taken for. i dont care what problem his :censored: has or what he is going through. just want my hard worked money given back to me... i have searched so long & hard to find as much info as i have, i refuse to accept i have hit a wall.... :censored:

I am going to sound like a ragging asshole, but their son also attends sunday school their, and they are well known. Sometimes, it comes to forcing people to see they can't hide anywhere, and sadly calling the church and letting them know you are concerned that something has happened to that family, they will pass the concerned message along, and Rich may get the idea that you guys have found him. Worst case, it may come to sending his son an email looking for his dad. Which I would really hate to see, but it may happen.

tomorrow im gonna call the police station in the town as well as the church. im gonna crack down on him, im gonna feel good doing it and feel good helping all those who have lost their $ dealing with this . whether its $1 or million it doesnt matter. karma will come back to him ! if the police station gets numerous phone calls on him they will see it isnt just one person calling and his is taking peoples $. his wife will be getting a call soon 2 at work.... I WANT MY DAMN MONEY !

I would caution against contacting his wife, her job, their church, or any other person/group not directly affiliated with the business. It could easily be construed as harassment or stalking and wind up backfiring on you. Doing so via the Internet could also land you in trouble under federal laws, too. It seems to me the appropriate action would be to locate him and file a legal suit with the appropriate court.

I was one of the lucky ones who got the racks I ordered from Rich. Albeit, he was difficult to catch and it took longer than I expected. He was never anything but friendly and accommodating when we did deal over the telephone.

I hope for the best for both him and his customers.

Regards,
N. Nelson

Who are you, and how do you know all this? At least I own HerpEnclosures products and have met the man in person more than once. What is your stake in this, and why is it so important that you are tracking down where his kid goes to Sunday school?

Because people were looking for him, and since 3 different police stations have looked for him due to multiple acts of fraud, I thought it was evident that he was truly stealing from more than just one person. I figured it would help to find him, since nothing else has work. All they really need is and address to serve him to be subpoena to court. Theft over 250 is considered a felony in most states. I have no stake in this, except I feel sorry when someone repeated takes peoples money. I am by no means rich, and sending someone 1,000 dollars and then they disappear, not only do I not have the money, now I would have to find a way to buy more, or build something. If you feel it is inappropriate, then it can be removed.

Lisa, there is a right and a wrong way to pursuit something.

Becoming a stalker or vigilante is not one of them.

What is your stake in this?

How much have you lost?

To I don't think a person needs to have lost anything in this matter to help another person try and get there money back if possible. I haven't seen any threats made. Just a guy who wants contact with a man who basically stole his money from him!!!!! Now we know a guy who does have contact with him (lol) don't weeeeeeeeee???????

Lisa ....

Are you an attorney? Are you in law enforcement? I'm betting not.

Why exactly are you bringing a son (let alone a wife, her workplace and their church) into this? I would seriously caution you against suggesting that people contact the wife and son at their workplace and church.

I know Rich is a scumbag, I know he owes people money and I too want to see him make complete restitution to those he's ripped off, but your posting the wife's employer, (a school no less), their church, their son and suggesting that Rich's victims start calling and emailing the school and church with tales of concern for the family, or the son looking for dad is way off base.

I hope Rich does get nailed, and his victims recover every penny but leave innocent kids out!

Lisa

Seriously, leave his wife/kids/church out of this. Its disturbing enough that you have not been affected by Rich's actions nor ever had contact/business dealings with the man, but you've jumped all over this thread like a vigilante and lead the charge against a man you wouldn't know if you bumped into on the street.

Quite frankly, it looks to me like you come here to stir things up.
