I have walked down crazy lane b4, herpfauna, you should just quit this post all together, you are the one keeping it going, if you stop it will just fizzel out. the way things are these days, there will be somthing close to this or worse then this happening soon that everyone will focus on, its an everyday thing. bad guys threads are a dime a dozen now a days. i meen what is going on . how come there are so many crooks out therem, from bearded pets selling fake cb, to herp fauna selling reg. leopard tors. as blonds. to some other guy selling sick boas he adopted as heathy.

The way I see it

There are some reptile sellers that should stick to the pet store quality animals, ie:normal burms, boas, lep geckos, anoles, savannah monitors, etc. If you try to jump into the Ball Python market, and have not a clue what you are doing, you are going to be called on that fact VERY quickly. There are alot of people who have invested large amounts of money to get legitimate Ball Morphs. When someone does not know the genetics of Ball Pythons, or what certain morphs look like, and it is NOT rocket science people, then you should not be selling them. To say that the Pastel(normal) that was for sale, did not sell, and so nobody got hurt is rediculous....your business got hurt! If you do not know the difference between a normal and a Pastel, you should not be selling ANY ball Pythons. I would laugh my @ss off if you decided to sell het ANYTHING, but especially Ball Pythons. If you do not know Morphs, do not sell them, and please stay away from trying to sell hets....it will not work. Beyond the fact that you tried to sell morphs that were not morphs, when called on the fact, you became VERY obnoxious. Note to fake morph sellers: When called out, if you are wrong, take it like a man, admit to the mistake and educate yourself. Do not go on nonsensical tyraids!

Michael...I'm glad you decided to add your 2 cents in a calm demeanor, but let me shed a little light for you as it seems that no one in the "Herpfauna Plus Team" really knows which end is up and I am growing rather tired of these attempts to "turn the tides" by all of you on the "Herpfauna Plus Team".

The Problem here is the subject was settled...by both parties in the argument and the thread was brought back to life by a third party. Mr. Luna You made the mistake by restarting a thread that I believe to have been settled by both of the major parties involved.

Your partner Abigail resurrected this whole ordeal when she decided to attack me, this was all water under the bridge until YOUR PARTNER decided to start this thread, YOUR PARTNER decided to start this thread to attack me and brought all of this back into the limelight...I've just phrased it out for you in 3 different ways, do you follow me ?

Ritchie only brought the other thread back up again AFTER YOUR PARTNER decided to start this thread ? is it clear now ?

This was a solved problem and you had to restart the argument for no reason. Maybe you should have read the threads and understood the issue was dead between the 2 parties involved.

Explain to me in all of your wisdom who this thread was started by ??? I believe that it was YOUR PARTNER...Abigail that started this thread or am I missing something ?

I would not go so far as to call Alex a great guy because he did misrepresent an animal. But mistakes happen and he does have enough support from his partners here and clients he has delt with as well.

Before you decide to "turn the tides" on this thread, let me explain something to you...I DO NOT HAVE ANY PARTNERS in this business/hobby...am I clear enough for you? Everyone that has ever posted a good guy post here on the BOI about me has done it on their own accord because they were satisfied customers and not friends, family, or any other relation but customer/seller based. GOT IT ?

Let me explain to you what makes this phrase just about as retarded as the rest of the comments the "Herpfauna Plus Team" has tried to throw out here....1. Jason Medina received a Tortoise that was measured across the carapace at 6 inches, it doesnt take a genius to figure out that you can either prove or disprove this just by measuring this tortoise and seeing if the carapace does in fact come to 6 inches...you following me ???

2.Jason never asked for a plastron measurement...you following me? I returned his call and discussed with him on the 2 ways that were measured and asked him to send this animal back for a full refund as we measured the carapace instead of the plastron where as he was going by a plastron measurement instead of a carapace measurement....are you still following me ??? 2 DIEFFERENT MEASUREMENTS but both ACCURATELY representing the size of this animal...DO YOU GET IT ??? Do you also understand that throughout the entire conversation over the phone...he was offered a 100%, full, complete, entire, REFUND at least on 5 different occasions and declined every single time...why do you think he did that ??? If I was that unhappy about a animal I received...do you really think I or anyone would turn down a COMPLETE REFUND ??? Instead Jason opted to try and use my sincerity,honesty, and willingness to satisfy a customer against me by having the audacity to ask for another animal altogether and still allowing him to retain the one we orginally sent him. ARE YOU STILL FOLLOWING ME ?

3. Instead of giving him another animal...we settled on a refund of $35.00 which was credited back to him via paypal no more than 5 minutes after the phone conversation. What a bad bad bad seller I am for offering a complete refund when it wasnt asked and GIVING a partial refund when the problem was really a miscommunaction rather than a mispresentation....shame on me.

I do assure you we have delt with many people and have just as many happy cutomers out there. Just unlucky for us not many that use or pay attention to this site.

Quality and great customer service is what gets you here on the BOI as a good guy....and bad service/animals/transactions is what warrants a BAD GUY post. I cant imagine that not a single one of your satisfied customers has never heard of the BOI or Fauna. Maybe your customer service or quality of animals just aint up to par....whoops, I apologize...I shouldnt pre-judge anyone BEFORE knowing all the facts.

Herpfauna Plus and all if its Team Members....I ask you now, how hard is it to read the actual lines rather then trying to read between the lines ?

I believe like the others you must take some reading lessons as well. We have accepted responsibility for this issue. It is well stated...time and time again in previous posts. Oh and yeah...I do not like to being threatened...yes I will sell Hets...because they are apart of a breeding project we have and I will back it up with whatever guarantee a person wants from me. So back off with your stupid threats. Oh yes I forgot...you are also telling me since we know very little about ball pythons we should stay away? What is that about? Some of them are very difficult to see the difference in them(pastels) especially in pictures. We did not know...at least with this whole mess we have a pretty good idea about what pastels look like now.

As for Mr. Hues. I have been dealing with Torotises for 2 years now. Only in the case of someone wanting to misrepresent a Tortoises size would someone want to measure over the carapace. I also know Jason well enough to state he would ask for a straight Line measurment.

As for Abigal...She has been kicked off and never to return. She wants nothing to do with this board. I on the otherhand have chosen to take over where she began and yes the thread I started was also because of her as well. She was taken in by all the bashing going on here and decided she had had enough and took part in it as well.

Also Mr. Hues I think you deserve some warnings on this board. Why would you insult me or my group by calling us Pre school kids. I find that very offensive to me. I have not gone on any childish ramapge against anybody. As a matter of fact I did state myself that you are supported by many of your clients. I also am offended by the fact you call us retarded. I happen to have relative that are mentally disabled and find that very offensive.

Wit the exception of the Leopard Tortoise problem and all the things that went on with that we have not been proven bad guys...I do not appreciate being called bad guys Mr. Hues.


When I said no one was hurt I ment know one in the market...actually business is doing quite well.

One last thing Mr. Hues...Fauna classifieds is not the be all end all of the reptile Market. Unfortunatly for Rich Kingsnake is right now. I have read some of the Forums on this issue and I think Rich likes the smallness of the Fauna Classifieds. I appreciate it as well and will continue to be a supporting member of this site.

Alex accepted responcibility for measuring the tortoise wrong. Right off he did the RIGHT thing and offered a full refund because he made a mistake on a NORMAL leopard tortiose.

You have yet to address the fact that you found nothing wrong with selling it as a BLONDE leopard tortoise even though you knew it wasn't.

I don't believe I heard your appology to Alex for calling him a bad guy and you know he deserves one because you were wrong. You, like your pal neil "The Liar" gubitz seem to have glossed right over that little fact several times.

Once again you speak without knowing facts. You are right we will not be selling any het ball pythons anytime soon. But we do have Hets for other species. Yes we have sold them before and people liked what we sold and we will sell them again this year. YOur aupposed tight nit ball Python community is actually nation wide and people all over the country will be selling these within the next 2 to 3 years. Prices will fall and everyone will have them. What is not being understood is it was recieved in a good faith trade and we where decieved...we where stupid and believed it was a Pastel. We got lucky and got out animal back and the general public was lucky becasue of some of the faithful gladly pointed out to us we where decived.

Read the posts from beginning to end and then re-read them and then goto read the thread I started and then re-read those.

I have NOT once changed anything I've said or done in any of those posts or threads.

From the word go....its been the "herpfauna Team" members who have been going back and forth spewing stuff that makes no sense. I would think that members of the same "team" would be able to at least coincide what each other is saying?

Also from the word go...its always been me that has represented Alex Hue Reptiles that has dealt with you folks, how many personalities are on the Herpfauna Team ??? Were you kinda surprised that I mentioned you were a member in a earlier post? why did you stay quite ALL OF THIS TIME until I mentioned your name as a "Team Member" of Herpfauna Plus? as quoted from the young Jason ...small Industry huh?

Let me explain something to you.....THIS IS NO ONES FAULT BUT HERPFAUNA's ...am I making this clear enough ?

If your young friend Jason hadn't stole my pics and advertised a animal based on that pic with HERPFAUNA's acct. in a fashion other then honestly..... YOU WOULDNT BE HAVING THIS ISSUE !

Actually the only reason I brought the thread back up was abi posted this stuff against Alex for no reason. So apperantly NOTHING was settled.

I just talked to the member that has been suspended to verify what you had said and the times and you are correct. But I think the suspeneded member was justified in starting another thread. Because of the non stop bashing of a problem that has been delt with.

Your logic is flawed. in the first quote you said the problem was dealt with. You even admitted the thread was already dead.
And nowyou are saying This thread was started cause of the none stop bashing? If it was non stop bashing......why was the other thread dead. If the other thread was dead...how can you say that there was still non stop bashing?
The other thread was dead. NO one was bashing herp fauna until abi started this thread.

Plus what I was told and have yet to read was the bashing of a business person that we have delt with and have never had problems with.

Because it is against kingsnake TOS for someone other than the owner to use an account. But then I could be wrong. English is my second language and I could have misunderstood their TOS.

1. Alex made a mistake.
2. he fixed the problem
3. he found his picture stolen and animals being misrepresented.
4. he then started the other thread
5. bashing against herp fauna started.
6. abi came to apologize and explain
7. the thread died.
8. the bashing of herofauna STOPPED
9. abi then decided to start this thread.
10. The bashing of herp fauna started back up AGAIN
11. I saw this thread and decided to review what in the world was happening so I decided to read the other thread.
12. I then decided to bring the other thread back up
13. You came here to say this thread was started because the bashing has not stopped (HUH ?!?!)

Go figure, maybe tomorrow another member will mysteriously come to light and start a another thread...who knows ?

Believe it or not, these "Team Members" started this stupid thread because they were tired of seeing Gubitz being bashed on another thread but one particular person whom I consider a "GOOD GUY" while I was getting good guy posts fairly regularly and even recommended by this "GOOD GUY", it was a 2 part thread...the first part was to make everyone and anyone aware of the "inner circle" that bashes everyone who doesnt agree ( Gubitz ) and the 2nd part was to let people know that if you were in this "circle"...then "you can do no wrong".

And all of this stemmed from the continual butt kicking that Gubitz has been receiving in another thread while I at the same time was receiving praise from the fantasy "inner circle" while the Herpfauna members thought I should've been the subject of a "bash" because of the thread I startet about them.

I just nailed it on the head didnt I Mike/Abigail/Jason/James/Ms. Cleo ???
