There you are right. What is the point of this thread? Other than for you to get the $10 fine and be banned. I am a nobody here and my posting will not give anyone fame. I have done quite a few deals with Alex so I can say he is a good guy. I wish he paid me for all the paise I do give him! I also know that he is a very busy man and doesn't have time to sit in front of his PC and read this post every minute. Which seems to be going in circles...

So far all I've been able to comprehend is that Abigail Gutierrez/James Mareno/Jason Medina/Herpfauna Plus and heres a new one ...Mike Enriquez "part of the Herpfauna plus Team"...stole pictures from my website, used them in their ad after removing my watermarks, misrepresented the animal they were selling with my picture, and want me to apologize .....if I may be so bold to ask, apologize for what ?

Why animosity with Alex. Well, lets see. He tried to get us kicked off of KS, when I did not even know what was going on. He almost suceeded. Now, I do not know about you, but when someone messes with your livelihood it upsets me.

Never occured to you that you did a pretty good job of that yourself when you stole my pics to use in your advertisement ? or how about breaking KS's Terms of Service ? Apparently you dont do too well with your "livelihood" as I've yet to come across any good guy threads about you and the "herpfauna plus Team". Wait, I stand corrected...James Mareno/ Jason Medina reported in a previous thread that you had 2 record setting Months in January and February due to all the negative press you were receiving. Congratulations ! on the record setting months. Oh wait...I'm sorry...you didnt know this thread existed til Rob pointed it out to you after the thread had been in circulation for about 3 weeks...oh well, I guess no records were really set and you guys were just lieing again.

The tortoise is a Blonde Leopard in my opinion. And lets get something straight to correct other postings on the old thread. A tortoise can be a blonde without the parents being a blonde. The parents just have to carry a genetic trait. How do you think the first Albinos of anything were made. I am sure a lot of people would agree that it is a blonde.

So let me get this right...if it looks blonde, it must be blonde ? even if the parents are not blonde nor carry the blonde gene ? am I right so far ? So what I should do is model myself after you and sell nice looking animals for something they are not ? am I getting warmer ? So basically what you're telling all of us is that the first albinos of anything ever produced were surprise babies ?...well crap, then I and alot of other people must be wasting our time and money looking for all of these new morphs from overseas when we can just buy all the normal animals we can and hatch out a Albino surprise baby ! Man...I gotta go call all the big breeders and tell them to stop wasting their money on all of the albinos, ghosts, pastels, hypos, axanthics, etc. etc., that are found out in the wild annually. Boy...you sure know your genetics. Oh wait....I forgot all about the Heterozygous argument, yupper...you're right Abigail...if you breed two Wild Type animals together...you sure can produce Homozygous offspring if the Wild Types were in FACT and PROVEN Heterozygous animals, but answer this question for me...how do you know the parents of these leopard tortoises were Heterozygous for Blonde ??? did you raise babies from this line and breed them back together or back to the parents ? or did Ms. Cleo tell you so ? because the breeder and producer of the babies happens to disagree with you and Ms. Cleo.

On a lighter note.....the people that post "Good guy" Threads about me are customers who received quality, healthy animals,most are first time customers of mine who were happy with my service and the animals I provided them with, I dont and never will ask anybody to say anything good about me anywhere...they do it on their own accord and I do appreciate it, it tells me that I have once again satisfied another customer and fulfiiled my obligations. Much like alot of the people you refer to as "the inner circle" have done with their customers to warrant "Good Guy" threads of their own from their customers.

Its pretty sad when you gripe about people pre-judging the facts and then you come here to make deragatory statements about these people which you KNOW ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ABOUT...its even sadder when you feel the need to resort to name calling.

The only 2 circles I see here or anywhere are...1. the people who see right through you and all the other liars, crooks, scammers etc. and 2. the people that are the liars, crooks, scammers etc...you just happen to belong in the latter.

Now ask yourself.....was it really worth it ??? we're at page 10 or so as I'm writing this and the facts still havent changed from page one or the other thread...you guys got called out and busted.

I'm sure everyone noticed how abigal referred earlier in the thread to another animal broker. Maybe he coached her to use one of his tried and true measures (any publicity is good publicity).
Wow sales must be really down to resort to such drastic measures.But really abigal if you just found out about the boi you should have done a search on your coach and you would have found out why people as you call it Bash him.
Now that i think about it alot of your business practices are the same.If i were you i would FIRE that coach.

I would like to add my observations to this thread, and I would like to clearly state that I have no "direct experience" with Mr. Hues as it relates to a purchase. I regret that Ms. Abigal lacked the intelligence to follow the simple guidelines of this forum, and as a result, got HERSELF banned.

Ms. Abigal was correct in her assessment that there are "inner circles" and "cliques" within this forum/board. That is the only portion of her logic that is not flawed. These inner circles that she makes so much reference to , can be most accurately described as the circles that DO THINGS THE CORRECT WAY.

As I stated, I have no direct experience with Mr. Hues as it pertains to a purchase of his specimens, but to be perfectly honest one need not have this experience. All one needs is the simple ability to read, comprehend, and utilize the ability of deductive reasoning. If one pulls up a search on Mr. Hues within the forum, and one has the education of an individual beyond elementary school, it is readily apparent that Mr. Hues reputation, quality of specimens for sale, and business ethics are beyond reproach.

In my opinion, the only thing Mr. Hues is guilty of is having a conscience. His morals and business ethics are to be commended, not ridiculed.

Others have made observations about the identity of Ms. Abigal, brought into question the age and sex of said individual(all valid observations, I might add)but I think the rationale and motivations of Ms. Abigal can be most accurately described as nothing more than "petty professional jealousy". In my estimation, Ms. Abigal desperately wants to be in that "inner circle" and instead of following the example and business practices displayed by Mr. Hues and others within that clique, she has chosen to pitch a temper tantrum.

In closing, I would like say to you, Mr. Hues, Kudos, when the time comes that I have the resources to procure an above average ball python, I will contact you. Ms. Abigal, please step back, do a search on Mr. Hues, within this forum, READ READ READ, reevalute your stance, and have the testicular fortitude to admit when your wrong.

Despite the fact that Abigail is on suspension, I will post this anyway as I am sure one of her "friends/followers" will tell her about this, and I am also probably going to get labeled as part of the "inner circle" as so many others have been. Now, to my point, I have never done business with or for that matter ever talked to Alex, but after reading these threads (this and the previous), I do know who I will and will not be ordering from in the future. Well ... how do I start. I have been reading these from the begining. Alot of mistakes where made. Mainly on our side but they where made on both sides.

1st The PASTEL BALL

I had no part in this deal but to try and verify that it was a Pastel. Unfotunatly I could not verify it because I have very little experience with Pastels. I did see the animal and suggested that if it was not a Pastel we would find out quickly it was not. Well we did.

It was honest mistake and no one was hurt by it. We got our Tortoise back and this B&T group got there "pastel" back.

The Problem here is the subject was settled...by both parties in the argument and the thread was brought back to life by a third party. Mr. Luna You made the mistake by restarting a thread that I believe to have been settled by both of the major parties involved.

This was a solved problem and you had to restart the argument for no reason. Maybe you should have read the threads and understood the issue was dead between the 2 parties involved.

He bashed a 16 year old and a business without knowing all the facts. And then when I came on to the BOI and explained and admitted fault and corrected the problem, I never heard anything from Alex. Alex lets practice. He we go: Can you say- I'M Sorry, I should have never started that thread and harm someone's business without knowing all the facts!" Own up to your mistake, that is all that I ask. Alex is just trying to make a buck, just like everyone else. Neil, If you are reading this you need to join and become of Alex's group. I am sure that you will be treated much better. Alex, if you pee standing up, I would appreciate your apology on the BOI. Abi
