Well your a bigger person than me. I would be quite upset if someone altered a pic to sell me a dragon. But maybe because i would never do buss. like that, is why i am so bent outta shape. But its just not right.

You will only get a refund after two weeks if the dragon dose not color back up; this is another members idea as I have no trust in you giving the $75 back when she colors back up.

I did not edit any pictures I do not have Photo Shop which has also been clearly proved and I will no longer take the pot shots you people are making at me.

Nicole the picture(s) were altered or tampered with.ANY PIC OF THE ANIMAL THAT DOES NOT LOOK LIKE IT DOES IN PERSON BEING USED IN AN AD IS FALSELY ADVERTISING.
How about if the dragon doesn't color up as much & you try to blame every other possible reason?

I have no dog in this hunt, as I don't keep beardies. But I do have my own reptile related business, and I can say, Nicole - that your people skills and business skills leave a lot to be desired. I've read other BOI threads on you, and you never admit when you are wrong, it's always the customer's fault.

And it's always their fault to YOUR detriment in how you choose to handle (or NOT handle) the situation. I see very little professionalism, and if I WERE working with beardies, I'm afraid that just as a non-biased observer, I'd quietly mark you down on my "do not do business with" list.

Way too much drama and hassle if anything went wrong with the transaction. I'm simply offering this opinion, because it appears you let your emotions drive your decisions more than your head, and perhaps you might want to re-think how you present yourself and your business, because it's not casting you in a positive light.

I have been housing reptiles for 20 years since I was 6-7 years old and I got my first beardie back in 95' a golden sandfire and have been hooked since I have now been serious with beardies for the past 5 years and with my experiance the only thing I see proven here is that one way or another (with or without your knowlage) the ad pic was altered by photoshop to increase the quality of color the beardie was barring at that time and the fact that you are a horrible buisness women(some very nice gragons though)!!! had that been my dragon I would have Immediatly asked her to wait a few days upon her unhappy e-mail arriving to my inbox and If still unhappy I would have offered a partial refund if she wanted to keep her and If not I would ask for her to ship her back @ my cost and refund her total paying price aside from original shipping and offer a dicount on future purchases with me and a sincere apology. You must always remember in any buisness wether it be a full on buisness or a side hobby "THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT" PERIOD!!!

pictures of stress bars

so here are what stress bars look like and these animals are only half stress.. (there lights just came on)..

Compare Sheena's last picture to some of these animasl i have pictured. you can see the stress bars are not even that dark on Sheena''s dragon. Usually if there are little to no stress bars that animal is close to its full color. the first picture is a RED leatherback with stress bars and as you can see(from the red in the side) that red is pretty predominate even while that animal is "stressed"

I used a red leatherback to show that red doesn't dull out that much even with alittle bit of stress. Yes there two totally different animals. but lets face it, RED is RED. My red leatherback is still redder than Sheena's dragon and is also more stressed out then Sheena's dragon. And in the sales pic of Sheena's dragon the red is much brighter than the red on my leatherback.

So basically Sheena's dragon is not that stressed to be that dull STILL.

I would have assumed that the minimal amount of stress marks in Sheena's last pic was from being taken out to be photographed & handled.They are so slight.

But on topic, i hope this will help i have to start at the beginning witch is long, but i think it will help, so here we go.


ONCE apon a time......i think around 2 years ago, i did my first transaction with nicole, originally i believe it was just a trade for a trans female i got from BB, for some of her nice babys red i believe they where from at that time FLAME & RASCAL(spelling) i also purchased a few, trade/ purchase went ok in the beginning, i got these pretty little red babys(The point of this is one of them was the mom to your girl) i sold a few and kept 2 SOPHIA the mom to this girl, and Ariel her sister, id say around 2 months went by and nicole had posted the trans female for sale on bd.org, no prob to me, then she said she sold and then shipped, next thing i knew she was telling me i owed her money because she died?? whattttt/ so for the next few months we fought all the time over it, i kept saying WHO guarantee's an animal for months? w/e i got sick of her threats and made a small payment(she did post us on bd.org) however there was the evidence to ppl there that this dragon was sold and shipped so it didnt go to far but she kept herassing me and herassing me so i just tryed to make her happy and to leave me alone,anyways all of this settled down some, she also in the 2 months bought another dragon from us who she still has, but we continued fighting with her that how are we suppose to guarantee a dragon for 2 months and you said you sold her and shipped her, she sent us vet proof that we couldnt read so as i said we made a small payment witch we shouldnt have done at all, but we where nieve and her threats to sue us and all this other bull scared us as we hadnt been selling dragons as long as we assumed she had been, anyways a little time went on i cant remeber if she was bugging us or not, but then we learned we where expecting a BABY, witch caused a major change for us, we then decided it was best to sell the dragons we just didnt have the space, or the money for the dragons and what we thought a baby would require, let alone the time, and to add it alot of our close family flipped out that we where going to have dragons and bugs around our baby, so we starting selling them some of you may remmeber she helped us sell them(so obvisally she had decided that we werent so bad with dragons that she would help us sell our stuff) then she fought with us forever about how she wanted sophia back for shipping because of the dragon that died, she kept saying how special sophia was to her because RASCAL her father died...and we kept pointing out that she had his baby(lil flame) but no that wasnt good enough for some reason, so we gave up she sent us $100.00 for shipping and we could keep the reast...wow....this was a dragon we had got an offer of $300.00 on but because we where so attached to her we didnt sell her for that, and had even debated on keeping her but in the end we agreed just to get her to leave us alone, all this time she was threataning us, well i was pregnate, and highrisk(i have highblood pressure) so stress was really not what was needed and corky told her this time and time again, but she just kept threatning us so corky agreed to the $100.00 but was told that she would give him a free baby, at this time SOPHIA was almost a year old, so we shipped her, occasionally corky would im her on aim and ask how she(SOPHIA) was, then we found out about the babys, at this time we had already moved somewhere bigger and had relized we missed the dragons to much, so we wanted the baby she said she would give us, but then she threated with sense we won the bloodbank contest she wouldnt give us a baby inless we payed full price(1st screen shot is saved im of this) well that was just bull, however eventually she posted some wholesales of sophias babys, so we bought them with the intention on keeping some because she had told us she would never sell sophia, then with in i believe a month she sold her....so she was so important to you but you sold her after one clutch....wow that makes sense to me.....then she tryed to work out another trade with us we hade some adult females posted for sale(most of them we decided to keep) and she was very unhappy we would not trade with her, but would you after all of that, we had already decided we would not sell to her, or trade, the only reason we bought dragons from her was because they where Our girls babys, and what we thought was the next best thing to her....well anyways, we payed for the babys, then she said that she couldnt send us the babys we payed for because someone else had talked to her before us and now got back to her and wanted the agreement they had made, she wanted to send us less dragons/ not as nice dragons then we payed for so we fought with her in the end we still got the dragons, however when we got them they werent as nice, not anything like this so we didnt say anything, they did get a tiny bit better once they got settled in and looked closer when wet, but still only one or 2 compared to what we where expecting........but right now i can tell you NOT ONE of them look like that girl, they are ORANGE with small hints of red, but i will include a few pics of them i will include the nicest and then some others, aslo included is a pic of the mom as a baby and then closer to when she went back to nicole.

Here are a few pics of them, 2 are nicer 2 are not, and there was a few that werent as colored and where smaller, i sold them as pet only locally, i thought i had taken pics but i cant find them for the life of me.....but to be honest thats not surprising i have over 12gigs of pictures, and for ppl like me who dosnt know what that means(corky said we had that many) i litterally have THOUSANDS of pics of mainly dragons and my son Nathan.....

I did not enter the bloodbank photo contest, but did see some of the entry pictures. A orange beard on a bearded dragon eating a hornworm is nothing special and it isnt a "high quality" dragon either. And FACT is Josh D. was the judge for that contest not anyone on bloodbank's pay roll. So lets not get carried away with that.

I love your fake story Jamie very well done why don't you tell everyone the truth on how I contacted you right after I got the Trans because it had the shakes and was seizing up and how you told me to #### off? Or did you just magically forget that and come up with that one? Or how about all those awful harassing phone calls? Why don't you let everyone know how sick Sophia was when you gave her back to me it took me a while to get her healthy and that picture you are showing is definitely NOT what Sophia looked like when I got her it took months for her to color up. Also the babies looked a heck of a lot better than that when I shipped them there where no smalls one they where all within a half inch of each other I had no runts in that clutch; and I sold them to Corky because of the whole story about how much he missed Sophia; you where offered Sophia first when she went for sale at a discounted price you kept saying oh I will pay you soon as I make a sale you made tons of sales and never paid for her so don't give me anything about that. And I helped you and Corky sell your dragons because Corky asked me to It was far from me wanting to do it I broke my back getting you sales and then I had to hear it when the red male you sold to a guy was not what you told him it was. Thank god after I explained I was only selling based on what I was told and had no idea the dragon was like that.

If I understand correctly,you (Nicole) originally bought a dragon from them(Corky),owned it for a short period,then re-sold it(Quality not Quantity? ),it unfortunately dies 2 months later & you demand $$$$ back??? You won't even give a refund for any reason. PERIOD.But you bullied them until you got what suited you.

Nope John I never offered the Trans for sale due to her being so messed up when she got here only trans I offered was a while back it was a Yellow Belgium Trans Female about 15" long that I got from a local breeder. The Trans corky sent under went treatment to stop the MBD but her Liver and Kidneys where too far gone she didn't make it the other dragon I got from Corky that I still have was under weight had toe nips and was loaded with parasites she was on Panacur & Albon this is why I stoped buying from Corky as I can not risk that coming into my colony I had to keep the female I still have in another part of the house for a while. He was told about this he never responded so that tells you how much he cares thankgod I was able to save one of the the original dragons form him and get Sophia healthy and happy agian.
