    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

So a Dragon that has a Tail Nip cannot be 100% Healthy? One with a missing foot, stubbed tail, etc? That isn't health, that falls into the category of cosmetic imperfection. It DOES NOT AFFECT THEIR HEALTH OR MORPHOLOGY. Especially when it was shown in the pics during advertised.

Absolutly could have been done since DAY 1 without all the riff-raff back and fourth and this all would have been my problem. Im not bending backwards, taking a $400 loss 5 months later. Due to neglegance in following up on a case in which buyer thought was a scam. On My behalf it was 100% Legit. That's final.
 
I suppose it is possible that she re-broke it shortly before you sold her to me. Adam where is the conversation where you told me she had a bump on her wrist before hand? I can also try to get the x ray of her hand to prove it was fractured recently. I think the vet knows a little more than you do in regards to medicine. Discrediting my vet doesn't prove anything. I will also try to get the write up about the MBD and if you want to speak to my vet he will confirm it was the dragon in question. I will provide as much evidence as necessary but I do believe all you will do is reject it.

I purchased this dragon from someone locally whom had the Correct UVB/UVA, Gigantic Set-up, which all the correct suppliments/diet knowledge to convince me that this Dragon was Extremely well taken care of. Which is what I seek when I purchase an animal for myself, or one I am going to retail to one of my personal customers under my name representing myself.
 
Or a Spider Ball Python with a kinked back, or spider with a wobble? Or an Enigma Leopard Gecko that continuously walks in a complete circle its whole entire life. Those are 100% healthy and thriving if the breeder gives you his word. Except its either a genetic or cosmetic defect. However, it does not affect their breeding. This was described as a "wrist fracture". That's how I bout her, what else can I say. I didn't hide it in the pics, it was discussed as it was posted.
 
I don't want your money. Although it would have been nice. And I can't say you knew about the MBD. All I know is the dragon you sold me had MBD. And that's a fact. I will get the write up tomorrow. And you can see all the vet had to say. Hopefully that will finally prove to you that what I am saying is true.

Because this should have been DONE A LONG TIME AGO. NOT brought up because Harald woke up today and happened to remind me. No none is going to hold your hand to prove a case. Procrastination will only delay the immediate interrogation by both parties. I would have talked to your vet, without your knowledge, and taken care of my part, recorded conversations, and delivered this as self-back up for a situation like this. P.Y.A. at this point, much of your case could have been altered.

In the end.... If there is No valid Proof from either side of showing the discussion aspect. It however was SEEN in the pics prior to purchase. People just do things in a responsible matter of time, go with your gut instinct, and your Grown Ass folks. If something seems wrong, take it into your accountability to do something about it within a reasonable amount of time, while being aware of the small margin of time frame to get the ball rolling if your are unhappy with a Reptile/Animal that you are purchasing from a Breeder, and in any retail merchandise.
 
Umm...he let you know within 24 hours. We have seen cropped photos and no evidence of disclosure prior to sale. Fall on your terms if it helps you sleep, but this was one shady deal.

That's a stupid question since this turned into a Novel's worth of my explanation. Not when you get a new phone for XMAS (metro) and all Locked messages are deleted as well as ALL OF YOUR NUMBERS can only be manualy Transferred.

Why wasn't it done a long time ago? I sent you an email notifying you of this thread right in the beginning. (I used email specifically because you hadn't been on the site recently)
 
I texted you the issue Adam. Why didn't you respond? Why did you let that drag on so long? Harold said he sent you an email on the third post of this thread which was in September. My texts and email were sent stating everything and you blew them off! Your only argument is that we waited to long to take her to the vet which wasn't an act of procrastination. We slowly realized she wasn't acting right for example she was walking funny and her legs were twitching which are signs of MBD. But you assured us that there was no way and she didn't need a vet. But her symptoms only got worse and she stopped moving at all or eating and was going down fast. So we took her to the vet. But if it was up to you we wouldn't have gone at alll. This could have been resolved the day we texted you and emailed you but you ignored us until this morning. And I posted this thread a long time ago. So it wasn't me waitin around for four months as you say to fix this. You were the procrastinator by ignoring me these past few months once you knew something was wrong with her. You can say we should have sent you all these things but you would have ignored them as well just as you ignored us.

9/20/13 That was sent my hhmoore.

Dragon was received before Aug 1st. Once again NO RESPONSE in Delay of time. The original Post was approx. Made Over a Month Later before I was even notified. Through a Forum in which I seldomly use.

Why did you wait to make a BOI thread so Late as well. Especially seeing my previous sign-on date prior to the discovery of this forum.

We were talking about WEEKS before, now it's escalated to MONTHS.
 
Adam, you know this can only go a couple ways. Your story has been shown to be suspect (at least) and maybe downright deceitful.

1. Fall on your sword. Not your fault. Fade into Fauna Sunset.

2. Swallow your pride. Return OP's money, send him another dragon, whatever. Be a hero.
 
in the text hes asking about the wrist and said he also then noticed it in the picture
IMO it was NOT discussed before hand
so much for turning over a new leaf.
just refund the guy take the dragon back and be done with it
