    I am still waiting on my developer to finish up on the Classifieds Control Panel so I can use it to encourage members into becoming paying members. Google Adsense has become a real burden on the viewing of this site, but honestly it is the ONLY source of income now that keeps it afloat. I tried offering disabling the ads being viewed by paying members, but apparently that is not enough incentive. Quite frankly, Google Adsense has dropped down to where it barely brings in enough daily to match even a single paid member per day. But it still gets the bills paid. But at what cost?

    So even without the classifieds control panel being complete, I believe I am going to have to disable those Google ads completely and likely disable some options here that have been free since going to the new platform. Like classified ad bumping, member name changes, and anything else I can use to encourage this site to be supported by the members instead of the Google Adsense ads.

    But there is risk involved. I will not pay out of pocket for very long during this last ditch experimental effort. If I find that the membership does not want to support this site with memberships, then I cannot support your being able to post your classified ads here for free. No, I am not intending to start charging for your posting ads here. I will just shut the site down and that will be it. I will be done with FaunaClassifieds. I certainly don't need this, and can live the rest of my life just fine without it. If I see that no one else really wants it to survive neither, then so be it. It goes away and you all can just go elsewhere to advertise your animals and merchandise.

    Not sure when this will take place, and I don't intend to give any further warning concerning the disabling of the Google Adsense. Just as there probably won't be any warning if I decide to close down this site. You will just come here and there will be some sort of message that the site is gone, and you have a nice day.

    I have been trying to make a go of this site for a very long time. And quite frankly, I am just tired of trying. I had hoped that enough people would be willing to help me help you all have a free outlet to offer your stuff for sale. But every year I see less and less people coming to this site, much less supporting it financially. That is fine. I tried. I retired the SerpenCo business about 14 years ago, so retiring out of this business completely is not that big if a step for me, nor will it be especially painful to do. When I was in Thailand, I did not check in here for three weeks. I didn't miss it even a little bit. So if you all want it to remain, it will be in your hands. I really don't care either way.

    And for the record, I will be shutting down the Google Adsense ads on January 1, 2025.

    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

I need my profile deleted ASAP please.

I'm seriously considering invoking the old We just don't want you here infraction/ban. I always liked that one, and feel it is underutilized.

You cannot dictate what YOU want to be done on someone's website that you have no ownership in. Grow up and get over it.
 
When it jeopardizesy my personal information and identity than yes I do have to step in. You guys are just being immature bullies about it.

Jeopardizes... Right. You're the one that put the crap out there, NOT US. So therefore, you did it to yourself.

We are not being immature bullies...We're being mature bullies about it. YOU CANNOT HAVE YOUR PROFILE CHANGED/DELTED.
 
What kind of world do you people live in? If I don't want my personal information on the site than it doesn't have to be here. It's a civil right. Period.
 
Show me exactly where you think it's a civil right. You put your information on the internet it's fair game. You're dense. Have you ever even taken a civil rights course, or know anything about it? You are just spouting off what you think you know, or what you've heard. YOU put it out there, not anyone else. If you didn't want it out there, then you shouldn't have done it in the first place!

Michael, you are clueless. Maybe you are one of those security guards that just likes to try to push people around. You could have just apologized and started fresh, instead you chose to keep on pushing people when you were clearly informed of the rules here.

Michael Chiappini is a hard worker and an aspiring animal enthusiast. Michael started working at the age of 14 at his local Star Market and would keep the job for over 2 and a half years. After resigning, he started walking various dogs around his neighborhood as an amateur dog walker while working various jobs such as landscaping for his local realty company Sillari Realty as well as landscaping on the parks for Somerville DPW as part of a summer youth working program for two summers. During his senior year of high school he was employed with Teen Empowerment Somerville as a youth organizer and had worked for them for several months before his seasonal term ended. He's practically self taught in Zoology and has practiced grooming on his spare time. He owns 3 cats and an adopted shelter dog but has owned several other types of exotic pets in the past including geckos, hamsters, hermit crabs, fish, and a crawdad. YOU, YOU, YOU; YOU'RE the only one who is standing in the way of those 3 things. Not anyone else. YOU willingly put all your dirty laundry out on the internet for people to find, not anyone else. Therefore YOU should be reprimanding YOURSELF. If you aren't happy, then that's YOUR problem. If you think YOUR liberty has been infringed upon, then YOU did it.

I don't push anyone around, I'm actually against that sort of thing which exlains why I've been arguing this whole time. Actually I was going to speak with you on the matter that I was initially going to delete my Twitter and all my other profiles. Especially Twitter, that site is whack. As you can tell by my profile I'm actually a good, hard working human being. I did apologize, all I asked for in return was to be deleted. Instead I have grown adults bullying me and making fun of my patents. Seriously cant a guy catch a break in this world? Also look up self taught zoologist, one of the top lion researchers in the world was self taught.

LinkedIn *is* intended to be professional. Did you just try to say you made it and filled it in like a calzone encapsulating animal waste such that you could use it to fill in online applications when you composed that butchered sentence? You do not give it *to* online resumes.
 
Well I realized my mistake and would have changed the sentence but I'm not allowed to edit my posts. You guys are still arguing with me too over my personal Christ you people are truly pathetic.
