A screenshot to permanently memorialize the ad. I thought that his Kingsnake account was suspended/closed. Evidently they don't care that he still has multiple unresolved claims. People with such claims should remind them.

Is it possible his sellers account was suspended but he still has forum access? That thread was in the forum section of kingsnake, and as far as I can see he has no ads listed in the classified sections.

Yep, I checked. Its also apparent he's not interested in generating a discussion about them as much as he attempting to generate sales interest in them.

See if you can bait him into quoting you a price in the forum and notify kingsnake. Maybe they'll pop his forum posting privileges for inappropriate advertising.

I heard but cannot confirm that Justyn will be a vendor at the Texas Reptile Expo in San Antonio, TX November 3-4.

This would be a great opprotunity for some of you folks to meet him in person and settle your debts.

Randy and Bonnie Berry are the show promoters. I would contact them to confirm that Justyn is going to be in attendance as it could be possible he canceled.

If true, I just cant imagine why they would allow a notorious scumbag to vend a show they are promoting. Its not like they don't know about this thread and the long list of folks he is screwing over.

Relevant, perhaps...

In the past few days, I received an email from Justyn informing me of the availability of various animals, including Squams. I responded, asking him about his situation as detailed on Fauna and if he had made good on all of the crap that he pulled. He responded by saying that alot of it was half-truths and lies and that he was attempting to effect either refunds or delivery of animals.

Way back when he advertised on KS, I responded and actually spoke with him over the phone, however, I did not get a "warm and fuzzy" feeling about the deal, so I never sent any funds. I would guess that he has retained all of the email inquiries from that episode and he is now soliciting from that list.

Just a thought...

"Hi Randal and Bonnie. I am e-mailing you in regards to a possible booth at your San Antonio show.

I am trying to get back in line and get things back together at the moment. I just had one Congo shipment come in and another is expected at the end of this month. Everything is in motion to get people taken care of that I am in debt too.

It would be nice to do some deals face to face with people as well as patch a few holes I've dug myself into with others. So, I am asking for info on your show. I understand if you refuse to allow me to be a vender, no hard feelings there. Let me know.

I replied that he could vend IF he makes amends. I believe giving everyone a second chance.

I have not heard back from him.

I also don't let the Court of Public Opinion, aka Critical Bill, dictate who does or who doesn't vend at my shows. I really don't expect to see Chuck Kimmel there though I would love to see him there..

Personally, a tough call

I certainly don't want anyone else ripped off, and in no way consider myself a supporter of Justyn Miller. But, I sent him money back in March, and I want to be paid back. I realize that his selling these snakes doesn't mean he'll pay me back. I do think it increases the chance that I will be paid back. I guess I would tell someone that, if you are face to face, can see and hold the animal, then you could buy safely from him. Sort of a Hank Molt situation, you know? I guess I'm being mercenary, I want Justyn to be succcessful enough to pay all of us back, then have him disappear from the face of the earth. Is that too much to ask?

I think anyone reading can clearly see its not half truths and lies. People are flaming mad because to date they have not received the animals they ordered or a refund. Abusive emails and poor excuses is all these folks have received. He jokes around on forums about moving out of country soon. Its like an extra punch to the nuts when your down and out and pickpocketed.

Thats just a part of his business side. Forget the number he does on friends. That can been seen clearly thoughout this thread.

This guy is a bona fide scumbag in my book. He shouldn't be allowed to vend any shows while he has so many outstanding debts with people waiting on a refund or merchandise.

Justyn is always saying the BOI is half truths & lies. He has accused me of re-wording his emails & posting them on here. I told him he was nuts & went ahead & started re-sending him the emails in question. Of course he never replied back. He is still pulling the same stuff on people that he pulled on me & many others. It has been 7 months since I sent him cash & I have received nothing but outlandish excuses on why he never sent the snakes & why he can't refund anybodies money. When I talk to him he acts like its everbody else fault why all this is happening.

Please don't tell me your making another veiled threat. You seem big on that lately, threatening people. Maybe I got it wrong though, maybe you really want to hang out with me.

Thats a very nice email. Just the other day he was taunting a person on kingsnakes venomous forum about fleeing the country to DPRC. When he wants something, like your money, he knows what to say. When needs some assistance he knows how to ask. But for a lot of people needing something from him they get crapped on.

Hey its your show and your call. If he really needs you and your show to pay back all these folks than as disgusting as it would be for me to do it I'd say cross your fingers and hope for the best. Personally I don't see these folks be satisfied at all and fairly confident I can check back on the thread by Nov 10th and see folks are still owed. If there is one thing apparent its that Justyn puts Justyn needs first and everyone else can hang.

And I never name sources. They wouldn't be my good sources if I had to share them with everyone. If you need a name thrown out in the air I can make one up if it'll do you. Claude Bawls. He wrote the book called "Revenge of the Tiger". He's got big ears and overhears everything.

I didn't accuse you of doing anything wrong. I only questioned if what I heard was true and for you to confirm or deny it. You confirmed it and explained your reasoning. I think your reasoning is kind but wrong. I would not risk being the outlet for Justyn to insult these folks any further when he doesn't make things right. I don't see him as a honorable person or doing the honarable thing. But again its your show and your call.

According to espo there isn't even any momentum toward progress. Poor guy has been left in the dark.

I just wanted to meet you . Thats all, pure and simple.
I encourage folks from the BOI to attend my shows, I like to meet them.
I got to meet Bobby Hill at Daytona this summer and he was a very nice guy with nice Tegu's to boot!

I don't think he's going to pay anyone else back. It's not my decision, but I don't think its right for a known scammer & a thief to be able to sell reptiles that he did not pay for.
