    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Dustin, please address the above questions. "J.J. Price" is not a nickname. What gives? All of the other animals you had posted are now sold? Perhaps the buyers can come here and offer some testimony to bolster your credibility.

I still have some snakes left. As far as the snake getting shipped I was going to try to find out if ship your reptiles could do the shipping. I was going on what someone told me about going through them.

1. I didn NOT cut communications with anyone. I have tried to contact some of them back since 5 days ago and cannot reach them. Thats not cutting communications on my part.

2. The pending deals revolved around those who said they were interested in the snakes. When the customer became unreachable for a period of time in which there is no call returned. The deal eventually goes void.

3. "Special method of shipping" in which it's done at night? There is no such thing. I always told people how it was. I work in which case there is obviously other things going on in my life thats not reptile related. I never said I could ship at night. I said I could ship before work or at my earliest convenience. And the method of shipping I was referring to is the following. Ship your reptiles is somthing I was looking into to see if they ship animals of that size. And my Step father works for fed Ex as a mechanic and gets family good discounts for shipping things. And then the possibility of delta dash. Whichever is preffered. Thats what i was saying. No special method.

And as far as the name goes I wasnt aware that it was relevent. I tell ppl what my name is. I have not a thing to hide. Yes I went to jail for having illegal snakes in a different state. thats no secret. look it up online. EVERYONE makes mistakes and noone is perfect. the key is to not repeat your mistakes. Yes I am sorry for making an issue on here. Ive learned from it. What more do ppl expect from me. I did what i said I was going to do and gave him his funds back. The only thing that i am on here for is to share my love for reptiles with others.

Hey, I'm not trying to hound you, but your explanations don't hold up with me. You didn't know it was wrong to use an alias??? Are you kidding??? I started this thread because I thought there were some red flags. Until you adequately address them, they're still flying high! Remind me again as to why you're asking for animals in trade if your wife wants them out of the house.

I'd also like to thank you for showing everyone how effective the BOI can be at preventing less than honest folks from taking advantage of people. You were quite the useful example....regardless of how this turns out. In fact, a good start towards rebuilding your credibility may be to donate to the BOI just so everyone knows how strongly you believe in the community being protected from dishonest dealers. the reason I wanted to trade is bc i am able to keep a few small snakes. And as far as the boa is concerned I had someone who wanted it if i got it in a trade. But as far as the tropic guy is concerned, i had somthing set up with shane which is why he ddnt get the snake.

As for TropicalSerpent, Shane didn't get the snake either. Wasn't he going to take off work to come pick it up? Why was that not acceptable?

What about flackjacketman? Wasn't he going to send payment as soon as an airbill was worked out? It seems you fed him some lip service, and then ignored him to squash the deal. Am I wrong in that assumption?
 
Yes you are wrong on that assumption. I gave Scott his money back. In turn I have to get money up again to pay shipping for the deal with flackjacketman. We have it all worked out.

Now as far as Shane is concerned. I called him and he didnt return my calls. We had spoke regarding him coming to get the snake. Its not that it was not acceptable for him to come here to pick them up, its that my schedule with work gives me little time throughout my day to take off. I informed him that I would contact him and let him know when I could be here to do the deal. And the same applied to the gentleman in N.C. This is a first come first serve basis. Thats how it goes when it comes to business.

I will add a little more to this now that we are on the subject of me supposedly neglecting deals that were in progress.

This goes out to Shane and the guy in N.C who claim that I did not contact them back about the snakes.
Did I or did I not call you guys back multiple times and you did not respond? I can think of over 10 times each that I called to see what was going on.
Flackjacketman is the ONLY guy who has kept contact. So who neglected who? Dont start saying stuff like that when you guys dont return phone calls. Do i need to post up times and dates of when I called? And I can show when the last time you called me if I must.
I neglected no one. I was under the impression that all the snakes would be gone with the deals we were making.

Now lets focus on tropical serpent. he needs to tell everyone the truth on this claim he has.
If I may recall he called me and we spoke on the subject of one of the retics. he said he was interested in it and his dad was in the area. I said OK. I told him about the snake and he said he knew Shane. I then informed him that Shane was going to get the snake and that i needed to consult with Shane and see whats going on with him. I had to do this before i sold it to tropical serpent. Shane contacted me before Tropical serpent did so he was at the head of the line with this animal. So I will tell tropical Serpent somthing right now.
You can post whatever you want when it comes to our messages sent back and forth on here. But you need to be honest and tell everyone what was said when you called me.

I sincerely hope everything goes as you say. Jeremy (TropicalSerpent), can you add some insight as to what he is referring? It seems strange that your version of events differs from the other members that have posted thus far, and I sincerely hope you are legit for everyone involved.
 
Actually, I am curious as to what happened with "our" deal. I gave you my phone number and you didn't call. If it's a simple change of mind, no big deal....but the timing sure was suspicious. ;)
 
Well I did lose your number. And there was so many messages everyday I coulldnt remember who sent what.

I'm not sure how one would go about proving a snake is a 'het albino' anything, but sure, go ahead and post a pic of it with you in the picture as well.
 
Justin, I'll respond to your PM here, by DNBF I mean Do Not Buy From, I hope you get it together, but there are way too many inconsistencies with you methods of business and way too many hard working sellers out there to buy from that don't use aliases.

Dustin...or whoever you are...Yes, you did call me back...but only the one time! You were going to check on shipping and call me back in a few minutes. As a matter of fact, I waited up until 1 a.m. for you to call back! If you called me back several times, I'd like to know what number you called...because it definitely wasn't mine! Maybe you dialed the wrong number, but all I know is that I didn't receive but 1 call from you. I was going to take a day off to come and get the retic...as a matter of fact I would still love to have it...but there seems to be a lot of confusion. I hold no ill feelings towards you, I just hope you find a good home for your snakes...and in the process there is a lesson learned for all of us!!! God Bless...Shane
