    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy Jeff and Christina Wise (Wise Reptiles) Stole Money from Benefit Auctions for Maggie

Actually the Wise's had ample time and opportunity to come to this thread and reply, which they declined to do.

And for the record, I have discussed with one of my attorneys in the past the issue of banned members being addressed in the BOI having some RIGHT to come back on and reply to charges made against them, and he assured me that this site is my own private property and I can grant or deny access to absolutely anyone I want to for any reason whatsoever. I needed to know this, because otherwise banning anyone would be a completely futile and wasted effort if they could simply demand to come back at will to respond to anything said about them. So I made sure I had all my ducks lined up in a row long ago.

Trust me, the cost of the Wise's pursuing any sort of frivolous legal action will far exceed any financial resources they can come up with. Just paying an attorney for the time to respond to the flurry of pre-trial motions made will bankrupt them way before the "lawyer hours" start building up preparing for the actual trial. And any attorney looking into this case and reading about who they are representing would want ALL their money up front from the Wises for certain. Sure anyone can pay any attorney a couple of hundred dollars to write a cease and desist demand. But once you throw that in the trash, that's the end of the issue when the sender sees that this is just the beginning of pissing away a LOT of money QUICKLY.

Most people threatening lawsuits seem to think they can get an attorney to do that for free or on some sort of contingency basis. Attorneys will only accept cases on a contingency basis if there is a reasonable expectation that they can actually win the case, otherwise they do a LOT of work for nothing. Generally speaking, stupid people don't get to pass the bar to become attorneys. :rolleyes:

Ha ha, guess what, I have an attorney that will do anything for me for free as he will for you. Tell her to give your her attorney's name and number, my boss will call. Rich, there is one thing you never need worry about, legal issues, for your kindness to me and my children, I got you covered for as long as I know you............which I hope is a long time! Thanks!!!! We have been miserable with the holidays to be honest, would have been our 9 year wedding anniversary on xmas eve and with xmas, kids were a mess and now I need her messing with me. She has been all night and now it's really on..............I or Dave will post about it about later or tomorrow but she is pushing me and i'm passed the point of being pushed.
You are right, she is so screwed up, she will never understand what the words respect or loyalty mean, or for that matter, honesty, but she and her loser husband will get what they deserve, I PROMISE all of you.

Yeah, and I fully believe that Christina only wants access here to cause more trouble, pain, and conflict, probably with you as the target. Quite honestly, I believe she has done more than enough damage around here to you, your children, and apparently many other people in and outside of this site. I am particularly not pleased that they USED this site in the manner in which they did in relation to that auction, and I have absolutely no intention of allowing them another opportunity to do the same thing again by allowing them access here. I personally would not believe any unverified word that either of them would ever say or type in to a post.

Has anyone contacted the IRS about the money they collected through Paypal. I would bet they aren't going to claim the income.

Weren't they also getting some kind of financial aid.

Someone should look into all of this, because they may have violated other terms of service for financial aid.
 
I've been reading fauna for several years, but never felt the need to register before. Until now, I've used fauna (and especially the BOI) as a resource for information, but never needed to join the conversation. After many hours, I finally finished reading this entire thread and I felt compelled to reply. I won't waste a bunch of space repeating all the sentiments that have already been expressed, but I did want to say a few things.

First and foremost, I want to offer my sincerest condolences to both of these families. Most of all for your lost loved one, of course, but also for the way this pair of future chain-gangers exploited your grief to line their own greedy pockets. Based on what I've seen from the BOI in the past, I feel confident that justice will be done... although it does seem to take its sweet time.

Being that this is my first post, I will refrain from addressing Jeff and Christina. I want to make a good first impression on the board and a post full of expletives and unflattering names probably wouldn't accomplish that. I will say this though, which seems all too fitting given your "God has forgiven me" attitude; remember Galatians 6:7 Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows.

I'm sure that this Christmas had to be hard enough for Maggie and her children without this crap from the not so wises! Maggie, I'm sure you've heard this plenty and it may do no good, but I am sorry for all that you're going through. Just remember that you definitely are not in this fight by yourself!!! LOTS of people are not going to rest until Christina and Jeff are in their new "home", accessorized with "safety bars".

Another great job Kevin. The more videos that are posted, the more people are going to see it, and take notice. The more people who are posting the videos the better. Keep those videos coming. Millions of people go on Youtube, and that includes news sources, so you never know what could happen.
