Please refrain from contacting Jeff or Christina Wise, you are acting like you’re their friend but it is far from being the truth. You have nothing to do with this at all, and will constitute harassment on your part, which is a crime.

Threatening them that they will lose their children is far from what a friend would do, besides the fact they have nothing to worry about on that aspect.....They are wonderful parents, and have nothing to fear.

You and everybody on that malicious site are condoning and authorizing and making fraudulent statements, by you assholes putting things in writing are only furthering the lawsuit that Jeff and Christina are gathering information on to sue you with.

Quit threatening them with Federal crime, Internet crimes, or that they are going to jail and any other further asinine statement that you can come up with.

It is no crime for a person running an auction to take a percentage of the profit for their benefit of running and maintaining and auction.....Have you ever heard of Sotheby's or Christie's you think they run their auctions for free. The only crime that was committed is you failed to find out what percentage they were taking.

If you feel that you have a civil suit please by all means sue them, but please be aware I have everything in writing by all of you to back up the defense of the civil suit.

All of you have contacted the Flint police department, and have been told the same thing, you need to file of civil suit.

FYI, any of you assholes try to show up at my house, please be aware, I have a ccw for a Glock, 9mm, and a Smith & Wesson 9mm with training on how to use them both, and will in fact if I feel my life or family members including Jeff & Christina and especially their children are threatened.

You have no idea the means that I will go to to protect Jeff & Christina and more so their children.

Please be aware that a restraining orders are in the process for each and everyone that site, especially Maggie, David, and now yourself. The theft of their reptiles that you guys tried to pull off is also on record. You guys are the ones who are doing all of the crimes.

If you do not cease and desist from harassment, stating malicious lies we will have no recourse then to sue each and everyone of you for defamation of character, harassment, stalking, unlawful gathering, unlawful threats against their lives, homeland security, unlawful claims about their children, each and every claim you people are making are all being documented, and have been told, many are a felony, and are prosecutable, these btw are not civil actions.

Please do not think that I do not know what is going on, I'm aware of everything. So do not think you need to enlighten me.

Oh any fellow Texan will tell you they Honor almost EVERY states CCW laws. They actually encourage it according to a officer i talked to few years back. They allow open carry holstered in plain view. Kinda seems why crime levels dropped a bit there.


I highly a person with a CCW would go around making threats like that in writing, as thats grounds to take it away.

Rich its the same here in Oklahoma, last I knew. As long as I wasnt concealing it, I was allowed to carry it out in the open unless it was posted otherwise, like a bank or pawn shop etc...

i just contacted my lawyer. he is going first thing monday to file for a supina for the all Jeff and Christina's aswell as Mr harts IP address. he told me we had a case. i will be following through with the communicating a threat as well as attempted blackmail on all 3. thank you for posting that email

Plenty of states out here in the west still have open carry laws. Some say not loaded, others are OK with it. In Texas, they just eased up on some of there laws due to events that unfolded a few years ago. I haven't read up to be honest. But since I travel the west somewhat, and I never leave home without it, I do brush up on each states laws occasionally.

They contacted Reagan to tell me to email them. I checked with a few people and got responses back from all but two people regarding it so I went ahead to see if I could get them to take care of the problem at hand. All I got was more BS from them so we quit communicating, well... until this email. I figured my approach to the problem was worth a shot but they didnt take to it. Most likely being the advice they are getting from people like Mr Hart.
