In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy Jeff and Christina Wise (Wise Reptiles) Stole Money from Benefit Auctions for Maggie

Tell him, I mean "them" that they need to cease all crap and return Maggie's money or while I'm talking to their landlord (sweet lady) I might mention that they have snakes and rats in the house. You see they don't allow animals in that little hellhole you live in "Wise Guys". If you think the area you live in now is bad, wait to you find yourselves on the street. Try me, thieves. Were moving forward in many areas.

I am sure that she would just LOVE to hear about all the animals in her rental home.;) Then again, they could always move in with Mr Hart-less

Attached are the numbers from the Wises pay-pal transactions and where the auctions monies were actually spent.

The lies of needing money for a $700.00 electric bill and the over inflated number used for the trip to Pennsylvania and $251.43 of what was actually spent was done so at 3 different Walmarts.

Then we have purchases like the $238.48 one at Best Buy or a $279.59 Comcast bill.

The many ATM withdrawals totaling $2,602.50 (guess his drug problem was worse then she even let on).

The money was being spent as fast as it was coming in.

Well, by my math the Wises owe Maggie $4,746.62

I have my comcast info... thanks.

I will be passing this on as well to Dand should he want it. He's going to have fun!

E-mail sent.

OMG! That email from the esteemed David N. Hart has got to be one of the funniest things I've read all week! Thanks, Jeff and Christina - that was a real hoot!

I especially love this part:
If you do not cease and desist from harassment, stating malicious lies we will have no recourse then to sue each and everyone of you for defamation of character, harassment, stalking, unlawful gathering, unlawful threats against their lives, homeland security, unlawful claims about their children, each and every claim you people are making are all being documented, and have been told, many are a felony, and are prosecutable, these btw are not civil actions.
Unlawful gathering? LMAO! Homeland security? LMAO! Unlawful threats against their lives? LMAO!

You and everybody on that malicious site are condoning and authorizing and making fraudulent statements, by you assholes putting things in writing are only furthering the lawsuit that Jeff and Christina are gathering information on to sue you with.
Just so's ya know - many could be working quietly but effectively in the background, it would be wise to watch who YOU threaten with your flimsy BS.

Two Words. Bring It.

I must say I'm impressed, Dave - excellent document! I saved it and will happily go over it tomorrow. You've done superlative work, my friend. Too freaking good!

I'm to computer stupid to get that to open...They where spending money like that I'm surprised they even sent any to Maggie

Don't they have criminal records? If so, they certainly aren't supposed to be around firearms ;) Or drugs for that matter. Possession of drugs & firearms could pose a legal issue as well, and bring all that nastiness back to the foray. I would probably try to distance myself and my CCL from that scenario ASAP.

I'm sure the rental landlord would not appreciate illegal drugs, firearms, and "creepy" reptiles. That's not really good for the reptile hobby, but neither are scammers like this. Doubtful their animals are even well cared for.

If Jeff's "addiction" is that serious, you can bet your ball python collection he's not going without right now. I really think he probably does have a drug problem, they do fit that profile.

I love the email.
So much to poke fun at:
"They are great parents" Yeaah cause they pay their bills on time, encourage honesty, responsibility, loyalty, and caring...and they aren't criminals or drug addicts....RIGHT.
Sell that ocean front property in Arizona somewhere else, please, Mr. Hart.

"It's perfectly legal to take a percentage". That's the biggest crock of crap I've EVER heard. If that was the case, that should have been put in a disclaimer on the auction/donation thread.
Any prosecutor worth his salt would punch holes through that defense. Percentages are allowable by COURTS in the cases of probate auctions that SET the amounts, or a previous agreed upon amount. Its GENERALLY between 10-20%
I somehow doubt 80+% would be considered acceptable in ANY court of law, and I would LOVE for that to come up in their defense!! I bet the look on the judge's face would be PRICELESS.

Your bogus allegation of "attempted theft of reptiles" is not likely to hold water either, Mr. Hart. How many thieves do YOU know CALL you and cooperate to make arrangements for you to come GET their stuff?
Since NO animals exchanged hands, it's moot to even HINT at an attempted theft, and to do so, is LIBEL. Keep it up, and you'll be sharing a cell with the Wise's.

If you have the SLIGHTEST intelligence, Mr. Hart, you would distance yourself from this couple and let them face the legal music themselves and keep yourself out of it.

Even if animals HAD exchanged hands, it's the Wise's word against a reputable member of the site, and with all of this evidence mounting against them, I don't think anyone would pay the SLIGHTEST bit of attention to them. Not to mention if they didn't want to hand them over, they only had to NOT ANSWER THE DOOR. Wow..yeah he was really out to rip them off! He turned around and LEFT after Christina's claim she had contacted the (imaginary) officer.

The ONLY thing I've read from your email worth reading was the advice to follow a civil suit. And I would...AFTER I exhausted EVERY possible CRIMINAL charge. I would seriously push this with the local PDs and have them link with OTHER PDs who have also received complaints to contact the Wise's local PD.

These people aren't very smart and they seem to think everyone else is dumber.
Typical of a drug addict mind, delusional and refusing to accept ANY responsibility.
Not a group you want to toss your lot in with, they are a sinking ship and if you are smart, you'll abandon ship.

I never would have bid on the auctions if they were going to take a percentage, would have just sent funds to Maggie directly. Sounds like they might be getting desperate to come up with something, anything to justify. There is no justification for what was done.

:iagree::iagree::iagree:

The whole thing about taking a percentage is BS. Yes it is legal to take a percentage from a benefit auction but not under false pretenses. What they did was still 110% illegal, and immoral. PERIOD!

Sooner or later somebody is going to take their own type of justice. Please Mr. Hart see what you can do in court with that statement!!!

They think that they must be some charitble organization the deserves some sort of wage to do what they did.

The saddest part of this whole situation is the fact that had they been on the up and up through all of this and needed some money, I am sure that they could have come to a lot of people on this site to help them in a crunch. If I didnt stop trusting them in early March, I know I would have sent a few dollars their way.

Also the dying aunt was probably untrue as well. I think the dying aunt was just a cover to go to Pa and do something else. I do know that they stopped get some donated rats from a member here on Fauna. I seem to remember he and I talking about them and the free rats in chat.

As well I hope nobody forgot that Christina pretty much confessed to stealing money. Not taking a percentage of anything. She apologized, and said "I know what I did was wrong"!!!

She may have forgotten what she had said as she has done so conveniently in the past. She doesn't seem all that bright and I would be surprised if she could retain water once a month let alone a lie she told.

Well if we're getting paid for these auctions then what would my percentage be for all the bumping of the auction threads I was doing? I'm pretty damn mad I was working so hard to put money in their pockets.

Exactly!
They know they are in the wrong, they just refuse to face up to it now, and now that it's too late they are scared and scrambling trying to pin the blame anywhere else to pathetically try to divert the attention from themselves.
Not working.

I am floored by the amount of spending that was done on the donations.
I hope if Mr. Hart is seeing that, he's seeing some fishy actions on their part.
