    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Letting him walk away with ripping off $8,000 will only help him to think he is untouchable. You should take him to court, let the judge rule, if you win, he will be stuck to pay up.

If he does not pay up, then be creative. Since he sells at shows,you can get a booth there too and hire a collection agent to work at the show with you. When Jeff makes a sale, the agent will collect for you and himself as Jeff will also be paying for the agent.

These "big name" breeders should not be treated like celebrities and should not be allowed to get away with this kind of garbage.

Amen to that.

In addition, if you take him to court and win, and he say, makes a payment and stops. You can go back to court and levee his bank account, and the bank will send you the money, as ordered by the judge, and let him worry about it. (I actually had to do that once. Really pissed the guy off too) :thumbsup:

But don't let him get away with it.
 
I had a lawer going to take the case, but he wanted 2k up front, and then, even though i would have more then likely won in court, he has all his stuff in other names etc, and would have been realy hard to get a dime. I f I had the money to get a lawer, I would do it, just to makes things not so easy on him. A judgement and stuff would be nice. Who knows we will see what happens. He has told me this post and my one on rip off report has hurt his sales...:D
He could have avoided that by doing the right thing. What really blows my mind, is that he wont even make small payment's to me.
We'll see.

I wish I could get someone like the Geraldo Rivera of old, to go with cameras and hound him and ask him the tough questions and expose him on national TV. Or at least some locals out there with a good video camera etc, go find him, ask him the tough questions, and the ones of mine he wont answer, and put it on you tube, at least.
 
Still nothing from this ...person. I know he has made enough in the past to begin paying me back. He wont even answer emails or phone calls. Dont buy from this guy...he is everything bad about the business. The only thing i might buy from him is an UNOPENED bottle of water if i had been lost in the desert for 3 days...maybe.
 
My attempts to work something out still going unanswered. He still after all of this has them on his website adverstised for sale. Lame.
I hope this guy wakes up with a conscience one day.
I wish I never would have seen his ad, I feel like such a moron for buying hets from someone who did not produce them.
Live and learn I suppose...that was a bad year...not only did he get me for 8k another "big" breeder kinda got me for 5k.

Nothing. No phone calls, email, contact of any kind to let me know he is going to try and make restitution.
Still to this day he owes me $8,000.00. He wont even make payments.
If you are considering buying from him. Turn and run. I know he has the means, he just has that attitude of "I dont care".

What I'd like to see, is if you run across him at an expo, show, get him on video and ask some questions, then bring up , "well how come you dont settle your old debts?" etc etc. Make him squirm a bit and then post it on You Tube. Dont let him BS ya either, be ready to fire back follow up questions to his lies.
This would be good to show his true nature.

Finally some justice

It was a good day last week when my good friend Lucas Matlock won his case in court against Jeff Gee.:thumbsup:
Jeff had ripped him off on the same supposed DH albino leopards and Lucas knowing he may not even get his money back, wanted his day in court and got it and won!
It feels sooo good to see the judges final ruling, I'm sure I could get the same ruling, if I wanted to pursue it in court.
Through the whole process Jeff was very aloof and ignorant to the seriousness of his actions. He was offered payment plans, but refused to even discuss it. We both feel Jeff has no remorse and will continue to do business in the same fashion. One day he will rip off the wrong person, and Lord have mercy on him when he does.:reddevil:
I really don't know how he has survived in the business this long.
I just wanted to share this bit of info, that is public information and anyone can look up online on the Palm Beach county clerk of court website.
Now comes the task of actually getting his money.The good thing it is on the record and it will follow him like a lost pup until he makes it right.
Good job Lucas and for anyone thinking of buying from CBWF...run the other direction!

Just curious - Did Mr. Gee actually come to court or have representation? or did your friend win simply because Gee did not present a defense?
 
Gee did not show up himself. He was represented. They did try to argue a defense, but it was absurd and false and twisted facts. The judge saw it for what it was and awarded the plaintiff for which he was asking.

Nothing from this con man yet. He hasnt even paid the guy he was court ordered to pay. He will be a scheister to the end. Steer clear of this guy. He still owes me $7500.
