Beware of Jennifer Robertson, AKA Ionlylookinnocent805. She claims to run a rescue for reptiles and then places ads here with the most crazy shipping prices I have ever seen.

two from a local breeder, which are ruby eyed albinos (mix of lavender albino and albino) also male/female pair

all are about 3 years old, feed on f/t adult mice weekly.

The ONLY way we will ship via dhl is shipping them in plastic containers inside a box *dhl is very careless with their packages*, if you don’t accept that then pay the 200+ for overnight shipped with ups/fedex, then we can ship inside pillow cases

I cannot believe she rescued animals and charge prices like this. This is not a rescue, but a rip off.

Sorry, but is just pisses me off when people call themselves a rescue for personal gain. They will take all of your unwanted reptiles to sell for a profit.

Is it just me, or is that just wrong?

Do not trust this rescue, she cannot even keep her facts straight.

20 lbs Priority overnight was $225 with Fed Ex. I know because that is what I was invoiced for the shipment.

She is full of it if she thinks 4 kings would run any more than $80 (and that is being generous with the quote).

Allow me to broaden your education.
You place each snake in an individual snake sack, tie the sacks securely shut put padding in the box, add snake sacks with snake inside, add more padding, tape cool pacs to the inside of the lid of the box and close up the single box.
Snakes cannot eat each other through the sacks. No I am not being a smarty pants, that is how it is done.

also i should add i dont have access to buying snake bags, i dont have extra pillow cases anything...

I offered to ship them in sterilite tubs *i have ALOT of them*, in one larger box through dhl overnight and that was like 75-80 bucks..but he couldnt accept that method. Id rather see the snakes make it safely there.
if i ship upd or fedex, id have to have separate boxes for them.

i was just going to use the plastic tubs i have, put one snake in each, put them in a small box from my work, insulate it and pad it then ship with dhl overnight. but the guy freaked out about that way

i dont have any snake bags, pillow cases anything. i would have to go out of my way to buy or order that stuff and i really dont want to... becuase id have to charge him for it

Your way costs a stupid amount, the proper way costs $80 bucks or less.

What I was thinking ship DHL with the insurance and the 10:30am delivery time. I can go to walmart and get 4 shoebox sized (or the 12qt size) plastic sterilite tubs and ship them inside those, inside of a larger box so they are protected well….

Ummm, yet another lie?? So you have a bunch of them, or you need to go to Walmart and get them?

I went to walmart and bought a bunch (there like a buck a piece)...i can also use them for feeding tubs for my kenyans so its not a big deal.
