    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

It seems odd that Jerry would tell one person he does not want to pay paypal fees, and another person that he does not have an acct.
I emailed Jerry soon after he posted, and he never returned my email.
You can send an email address $$ through paypal and even if they do not have an account, they can get the money. If anyone sent him checks, you can not afford to "wait" a few days while his account is verified.
Well he toldme he would be willing to wait til he completed a transactionso I can get a reference from him. Sounds like a real nice guy. Like I said before we'll see next week after he ships those who have paid.

Hi all I'm posting this morning but have to leave soon, so please don't get upset if I do not post until tonight. The reason I am getting funds sent to another place is that is where we are moving to. This is why I am selling, I have let everyone that has seriously showed interest in sending money that that is the address to my new house I just didn't find it necessary to put that info in my ad. Thanks

I'd also like to know who sent $$ and for which animals.
I hate being paranoid, but I am sure Jerry would understand everyone being cautious, why wait till it is too late to stop payment on the checks that were sent, this needs to be explained right away. IMO
 
Lol I don't know if any of you are the ones emailing me saying your a scammer, you prices are to good to be true etc.... tell you guys what, since this is such a big deal I am asking (will email asking also) that everyone who sent funds cancel there payment or I can even get my fiancee to write void on the check and take a pic of the void/tore up check... ill be posting a new ad with "market prices" but not on here look for it on kingsnake.com I have set up an account with all my info and credit card so they know that its really me. Sorry that you guys cant believe a good price is legitimate.the bee will now be 1800 and pastels from 700-850. Once again sorry for those who sent funds and are missing out on the deal but these harassing emails have struck my last nerve. I've tried to be nothing but professional.

As far as the BOI thread, the name Jerry Boyd does not ring a bell. He may have purchased from me at some point in the past, but certainly not in the last couple years. So no, I cannot offer a reference on him. Hope this helps.

I didn't do it (email you/pm you), but wouldn't a better way to salvage this mess be to go ahead and ship the animals to the person that already paid for it?? :shrug01:

It really does set off red flags to require some of those different forms of payment, contradict yourself on the forms of payment, and have a different name on the MO or Check other than the seller's.

I think you will find KS is even stricter.:shrug01:

I would suggest the former, why wait till your fiance has the check in hand? If the deal is done, I would not take the chance that you are just stalling, and want to cash as many of the checks as possible. Just saying, since you have cancelled the deals. I would also suggest you make a good gesture offer of paying everyone who sent a check to you in good faith, to pay for the cancelation fee.
 
Might be a bad business move on my part but it seems my prices are 50% below market value, or so people say so Hell I might as well sell them for more. I could clearly take the money and run, which you will all find out I AM NOT DOING. I hope kingsnake.com is more strick, then maybe I won't have to put up with the horrible emails. You cannot buy from me that is fine. A local is coming this weekend to see what I got. It won't be a problem taking a few snakes with me on the move its the racks and other crap I really need to move anyways. Sorry if I'm coming off pissed but if you got some emails like I have I bet you guys would be a little hot also..
 
If they could contact me that will work. I have had so many emails it would be easier if they emailed me again rather than me try to find there emails. I like cash poof in a flash lol
 
Wow. You've been paid for animals, that you put up at below market value, and now because of some "emails" you're going to mark up the price of the animals and put them back on the market? Wouldn't that be something along the lines of false advertising? That, to me, is a bad guy move. It would be better for your reputation to simply ship the sold animals and let the people who payed comment here.
 
Good job guys, making accusations, and assumptions. If I understand the BOI correctly then there needs to be proof of fraud posted. In fact most of the posts here a nuthin but disccussion of how shady this sounds, but no actually proof of wrong doings. There were the few who requested info and those who posted relevant info.

All we had to do was wait a week, and then we would have had an answer. I understand ppl wanna look out for the other, but u cant assume every guy new is a bad guy. If u didnt send money to him, was not in communication with him, or waiting to make a purchase from him and requesting info, then I really dont see a point in u posting on this thread. So he didnt answer ur emails, last I checked 99% of businesses act upon a first come first serve basis. If he didnt get to answer ur emails then sorry but u obviously weren't first.

I dont know him personally and make no claims to his business practices, but I dont have much of a rep here and it pisses me off when ppl try to be good and build a rep and some ppl just bash them down before giving them a chance.
