    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

well, I finally got done reading all of this --- and now here is my side of things.. If yall need e-mails to read, let me know and Ill post them.

Anyways, I sent a POSTAL MONEY order to the mentioned Fiancee in mississippi ---YES --I know that is stupid - but I like to belive in people and give them a chance. and YES i have been BURNT by people here before --- just once actually.

But anyways -- I sent $650 bucks to dude for an '08 Albino female VIRGIN =1308 grams... he e-mailed me back and forth for 2 days or so --- And he was right on top of it when I e-mailed him ----- MIND this though. I LIVE IN OREGON.

Anyways everything was pretty smooth up until 2:00pm today, when he sent me an E-mail stating he was sending the funds back??????????

You just got my money this afternoon? Anyways, like dude said - someone talked with him and told him what supposed market prices are and most likely, gave him more for the same snake. I dunno.

Like I said, dude seemed cool-- he has my money-- and now I get some drama. What ever.. I WILL GET MY DOUGH back--- if I dont -- I will just have the post office and the FEDS handle it..

No threats, not angry, just want my money--- and I want it how I sent it to him --- OVERNIGHT..

And to anyone wanting a killer snake get ahold of ME! I wont back out on you--- I wont use another site to sell my already SOLD snakes -- no refunds before you even see your LIVE animal. YOU WILL GET WHAT ''YOU'' PAID FOR.

So all in all --- I would say BAD GUY --- DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HIM ON ANY SITE.

Yes Tom, Ashley is the one whom I sent the money to.. I have alot of friends at the post office and at the Feds Building in PORTLAND Ore. So I am not to worried about him spending my cash..

He will make things straight Im sure. I am actually glad he wanted a POSTAL MONET order.. HA HA ha

And, No I will NEVER again purchase a snake from a nobody again. Certain criteria will have to be enforced no matter the great price.

This bothers me also, you buy a female bee 2 years ago for what? maybe $1000-$1400, an albino female for $600 or so, and offer them for sale for about what you paid for them because you did not know the value... another red flag IMO

"Good job guys, making accusations, and assumptions. If I understand the BOI correctly then there needs to be proof of fraud posted. In fact most of the posts here a nuthin but disccussion of how shady this sounds, but no actually proof of wrong doings. There were the few who requested info and those who posted relevant info.

All we had to do was wait a week, and then we would have had an answer. I understand ppl wanna look out for the other, but u cant assume every guy new is a bad guy. If u didnt send money to him, was not in communication with him, or waiting to make a purchase from him and requesting info, then I really dont see a point in u posting on this thread. So he didnt answer ur emails, last I checked 99% of businesses act upon a first come first serve basis. If he didnt get to answer ur emails then sorry but u obviously weren't first.

the purpose of the BOI is to keep you from being scammed you should try to appreciate that even if you feel at the moment that you missed out on some good deal...have you got the DL w/sake pic you requested? he keeps telling people hel send it put noone has gotten one? it LOOKS like stalling...but jerry prove us wrong...? snapshot DL/snake +post = done...
+thats not cool that you would cancel sales if you do infact have the animals the request more, that in itself is BAD...as if you had all these animals and had no idea of there actual value? weird.
 
If I had a decent financial backing I would have gave him a chance, but by the time I got aholdof him he already had people that have sent payments so I figured I would wait instead of just adding to his funds IF he was a scammer by being number 4 or what ever. He expressed he was confident in his dealings with them and was willing to hold the animal til I could ask them for a ref. I figured it would be a smart business move to do so. Which is why I didnt throw my cash up.

Frankly, I would NOT buy an animal that has to be SHIPPED to me but the payment goes to ANOTHER STATE with SOMEONE ELSES NAME ON THE CHECK OR MONEY ORDER.

Even though there is no proof and there's a lot of assumptions, they are LOGICAL assumptions and the conclusions are based on past events that had similar set ups. IF anything went wrong, the buyers would have little or no recourse in getting their money back as the seller can claim he never got the money.

As far as I know, he still hasn't given the buyer a requested picture with ID and we have really have no way of knowing exactly whose name is on the check, he can claim he never got paid...nah, too many red flags..but you go ahead and send him your money and then let us know how it worked. I will be one of the first to apologize.:yesnod:

I think u misunderstood me. I was in no way acussing the BOI of harrasment, just the people he said sent him emails of being a scammer with no evidence. I apologize for wording that inproperly.:yesnod:
 
I do appreciate the BOI and understand everyones point of view, again I wasnt putting blame on this thread for messing up my transaction, but the people who did send him nasty emails. I figured they read this thread and this would be the best place to reach them all.
 
I did get his pic, and he did have a Illinois liscense with the name Jerry Boyd on top of the mojobee but he did have his pic covered, I did ask if he could show his face, and if he would allow me to post the pic up here. So now we wait for his permission to use his photo.
 
I am beginning to doubt much of what "Jerry Boyd" has said, including his canceling of his deals due to "harassing comments" made by members. I have seen nothing that would indicate any members were rude or "harassing" to him. I think he possibly was looking for a way to remove himself from the spotlight, kinda like CJ and his "back problems".
I hope nobody loses money to Jerry
