    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

The only waste of time, Jimmy, was the lies, red herrings, and other deception by your mother. The fact that you seem to think the lack of integrity displayed by her is telling of your own pardigm.

One fact remains- your business practices need some TLC if you are to recover from the damage that your own mother did to your reputation.


Lessons to be learned...

1) If you don't have the proper shipping supplies on hand, don't offer animals for sale.

2) If you can't get the animals/product to your customer in a timely manner, offer a refund. The customer should not have to dispute the charges. As of right now, Allen is out $700 until PayPal collects it from you.

3) Don't lie. I could care less if your mother "meant well." The simple fact remains that her apparent lack of integrity in this matter, as well as the threatened lawsuit, reflected poorly on you.
 
Jimmy, you do sound as if you are able to carry on a rational intelligent conversation. Sometimes. Your mother has destroyed your reputation. Is she on meds or in some way mentally debilitated? I don't mean that as an insult, just trying to figure out why she went off so hard so fast and so unreasonably. You did, as far as all facts presented so far, totally mess up this entire transaction. It sounds like you're halfway trying to take some responcibility for it , as you should, but halfway is nowhere near good enough. You lied, she lied over and over again and those are the facts.

Post the emails you sent telling Allen you were delaying the shipments. Show some sort of proof that you weren't bull****ting the entire time until today. Save that last shred of dignity you seem to be trying to hold on to. Cause if you don't in the real near future, like tonight, you'll never get it back.

You will see what has been trying to be said about Allen stating he had no contact. I have 10 maybe more emails from him and to him. Not to mention the phone call and the paypal info. So how do I post it or can I forward it to someone and they can post it ALL. The truth.

Then why did you offer them for sale, and proceed with this transaction, if you did not have the proper supplies on hand and knew you would not be able to ship?
 
"the truth is the truth" ...........that is hysterical. I said from the beginning everything sounded like bs right from your ads, but now its ovbious the amount of lies that one family will tell. I did NOT touch his money it sat in my PayPal account. I cannot refund the money because the money was reversed. Therefore it is NOT in my PayPal account. This was done on the 12th. So I don't understand what you don't get.

It seems like what ever I say makes no difference anyway so be it.
I came on here myself and have gotten no where. Just more games, circles and just no where.

Refund

Jimmy, if you look back at this thread i stated i was pleased that my money was going to be returned. The one transaction was refunded this morning after your mother told me it would be and the other one is pending. I never once suggested you tried to keep my money and send no animals. I tried to let this thread die about 8 pages ago but your mother kept it going. I think as i said before, enough is enough. It is over, thanks for getting my money back to me.
 
Also, it would probably behoove you to edit your signature line to include your full name, since a full name is actually a requirement for replies on the BOI. Replies without a full name are generally treated as being anonymosu, and are deleted in short order.

You can do this by clicking on the "user cp" button at the top of the page, and then the "Edit Profile" tab. About halfway down the page, you'll be able to edit /create your sig line.
 
Yet another in a long line of way to many statements with NOTHING to back them up. Come on jimmy, post some facts or take your medicine, one or the other but, quit acting like the 10 year old your mother apparently thinks you are.
 
You know Allen this has gone way overboard. This is really not nice and bad. They have posted my moms name, address and phone number. I really think this has gone a bit personal and I don't see anyone elses lives displayed or being dragged out like this.
