this just more proof that you are Denise Jimmie's mother. Please post the entire e-mails and not just the parts that you wish to post. If you do not have the knowledge on how to do so forward the messages to me and I will post them for you. ( I doubt this will happen) Even if the transaction was reversed it was not sent back to him. Your post even states that the reversal is pending.

One thing for sure, Allen is tired of this thread and the BS that Denise is pulling and Jimmie is doing. I will say this loud and clear to anyone else that is reading this thread In my honest opinion JIMMIE IS NOT A GOOD GUY! He will not stand up like a man and speak for himself but rather has his mommy do so for him. Jimmie since you supposedly can read these messages (even though you will not post) DO NOT e-mail me again about any of my animals, and you will NEVER be getting any of my money..

Hi Jimmy, I spoke with Denise and it made me feel better about this situation. I was beginning to panic that my money was gone. I have been in this business for over 15 years and have been burned many times, more than I would like to remember. I have sent people money and never received animals so I can't be too cautious.

I was happy with the refund and wanted this thread to die, but some other people do not seem to want it to, so here is a chronological list of the e-mails that i have sent with only two responses for an entire week. The first e-mail back and the telephone call that i made.

I have read everything that has been said and I believe some is true but I don't think I deserve everything that has been said. In the past I have had my moments but I have also learned from that. I have long days and do not get home until around this time sometimes. I think it is wrong to expect someone to email 2 minutes after a email is sent I don't sit here waiting for emails all day. I have my lizards to care for, school, anglers and a job.

Someone stated that I use the name Jeff and Jimmy - Jeff helps me out sometimes with caring for the dragons and he has a few of his own as well. He lives a few blocks away and is at my house daily. He is like a brother to me.

I did use the picture but not for profitable reasons - I used it to ask if they had a similar looking dragon to the one in the picture. As other people do the same thing to me. I thought it was alright and a compliment to Chris on how nice they are. I apologize if this has caused problems. But as I said other people do that with me asking if I have similar dragons.

I really do miss a lot during the day... (stupid real job - lol!)
This was just 3 pages this morning - it's hard for me to keep up.
I didn't get any lawsuit emails, (guess I'm not popular enough - hahaha...) People have "rudely borrrowed" pics from our site in past, but he wasn't one of them, (to my knowledge at the time.) I might have an old email from him with an IP address, if anyone's still interested, I'll try to find it.

As you guys can see from the e-mails that i have sent and posted for everyone to see, i was always nice about it and professional. Seriously frustrated but very nice. I also was nice in every post i made in this thread and my business ethics have been getting questioned and i have been accused of slamming on a boy. Enough is enough already.

Chalk this up to a deal that did not go well because of inexperience.

Allen, If I spent that kind of money and had trouble getting info or reply emails, I would seriously question the situation(granted, its not thousands, but neither is it change). Trust me, while you werent getting emailed, I built up 13 or 14 within hours. Amazing how when people want to do something they will. You get the run around, post an inquiry and look what happens. It sheds some light for a lot of people to read. I would in no way think you did anything wrong by inquiring, or reversing this transaction. Chris Allen
 
The fact still remains the same - Allen was notified he knew full well that I was looking for heat pads and they were going to be shipped. My mom talked to him and told Allen that we could not find 40 hour heat pads and that we would let him know. In the mean time all this started and the money had been reversed out on 3/12. I have since order a case of heat pads, boxes and dishes. I used to just go to the sports store and buy the heat pads but they only seem to have the 7 hour ones.

For Allen to post on this like I never responded is a bunch of bull. He knew full well what was going on. And as I see from someone elses post they had a similar problem. I did email him and talk to him on the phone. So honestly why does he state no contact?

No one said that he was not professional but he does not state the truth about being contacted. He was contacted and he was told what was going on. Then the PayPal reversal. I did not ship because of the weather and the reversal. I have bought lizards and crickets and they have not shipped due to weather and the same conditions. I did inform him.

Well, that matching IP explains why Jimmy and "Denise Lund" (and where IS that real info, Ritchie??) aren't logged on at the same time....I think it's about the first time all day that "Denise" hasn't been online.

Jimmy, it's a shame that something that could have been as simple as some poor planning on your part has now progressed to a point that calls your very character into question. Unfortunately, I suspect that some parents go to extreme lengths to protect their children from criticism, and on occasion they provide an extremely poor example by doing so.

It seems that in order to perpetrate this ridiculous charade of innocence, "Denise" has attacked others' credibility, created emails to suit her purpose, and lied about her own name. If she is, indeed, Jimmy's mother, it explains alot about why he doesn't have the maturity to handle things responsibly. When one is taught (by word OR example) to lie, lie, lie, one tends to shrug personal responsibility and accountability.

Allen, I know you wanted it to die. I don't think you did anything inappropriately. At this point, you're probably relieved to have your money back and will rightfully invest your time in finding some saleable dragons.

Jimmy/Jimmy's Mom/Denise Lund/Jeff....please end this pitiful attempt at gaining credibility and proving your case. You no longer have any shred of credibility here. Please learn and grow from the experience so that SOME good can come out of it.

Jeff is a close friend and this whole thing is way out of whack. Not anything that my mom did but the fact that Allen acts like no one contacted him when in deed they did.

You sent me one e-mail on Monday saying you didn't get them shipped and would try for tomorrow. Not until i called and spoke with your mom on Wednesday night was there any communication. When i spoke with her i offered to give her the phone number for Superior enterprises where you can get all of the supplies you need to ship animals safely, she did not want it.

As far as the paypal thing, you can not do a reversal if the transaction has already been completed and picked up. I did e-mail paypal and in turn they look to you to get to the bottom of it. You can not reverse a payment once it has been completed which both of these transactions were. The money is still pending, i do not even have access to it yet.

I am not saying anything negative about you, your mom, or your bearded dragons but the way this was dealt with was unacceptable. If you want to sell animals, get all of the supplies you need for safe transport first, and if you are not sure exactly where to place the heat packs or how many to use, ask someone who does this everyday. I would have been glad to help you if i had some communication.
