Well, since it seems that things are quieting down a bit, let me share another "gem" from the feeble little mind of Joe Polanco.

A while ago, a member on my Corallus list noticed that whenever she posted to my list, her post ended up word for word on Joe's newly formed "arboreals" list (which coincidentally was formed after I kicked Joe off of the Corallus list, just like the "Arboreals forum" was formed when he was kicked off of kingsnake.com, see the trend?)  Anyhow, it seems that Joe was (is) present on my list under a fake email and whenever someone posted on there he would not only automatically subscribe them to his own mailing list (without their permission) but he would forward their posts onto his list as well.  When the person confronted him publicly on the Arboreals list...this is the reply she got via email...enjoy.

Notice how he really believes that he is doing her and others justice with his actions...LoL  This poor woman didn't know how to react...

Just to clarify, I posted on my list that if it was brought to my attention that someone was forwarding messages regularly, they would be removed.  Notice how Joe REALLY believes that he is justified...

If you feel you presence there is so ill spent and the information of no value, your need to continue as member seems pointless. I initially invited you to join the Arboreals, because I felt that you could contribute to the list. Many of your posts were insightful and helpful. I still feel that this is the case, however I am extremely disappointed in what appears to have happened here. SEVERAL of our members set out to help you and see that you were provided with all the available information and support for a problem related to our entire reason for being. You have seemingly responded to them with betrayal and placing their accounts in imminent jeopardy.

I am hoping to hear back from you that I am incorrect in this evaluation of the situation. It is very hard to be outside of it and know fully what has transpired. But know this, irrespective of what you may believe about me or Danny Mendez, neither this list nor the other is about either of us, much to Dannys chagrin I'm sure. These lists are about giving people the very best chance they can get to enjoy and revel in our common interest. That is what it's all about, that's why I'm here and the members of the Arboreals list were "CHOSEN" by invitation. Not all invitees chose to join, and I certainly respect that and I don't send them unsolicited emails about our posts. If they wanted to be here, they could be. However, some of the people on the Arboreals list don't have that option where the Corallus list is concerned, and for them the information is still important and relevant.

My practice of posting messages to our list taken from the Corallus list by mutual members who want them posted will continue. If this practice offends you or in some way strikes you as improper, then please either attempt to dissuade me, or politely excuse yourself.

I think I may know why the 2 ETB's that Joe said "died" on him may have really died.  After going to his place and looking around a bit and asking a ton of questions.  I figured a few things out.  He houses ALL his animals in the same room.  He simply uses one area of his @ 12'x12' room as a quarentine section.  So any and all the animals he gets and has, have been exposed to all new comers and visa versa.  So if he has a 'puker' disease running in his colony all his animals are potentially exposed.  Any new comer animal that is a puker has had a chance to infect all his colony before he gets rid of it.  

He "USED" to use a closet in his laundry room for the quarentine room but felt after all his years and expertise on ETB and Pukers he no longer needed to do that as he could "SPOT" a sick animal miles away.  

I find it hard to beleive that as big as his mouth and ego are he never told you they died until everyone confronted him on his "BLACK" "HYPERMELANISTIC" average baby that was one of the four you sold him.  Seeing as how he asked Ben for a refund on an ETB 2 months plus after he purchased it and turned it into a puker too.  

When I confroted him about the puker that I got from him and he said he "CURED"" it I asked him to post a copy of the new feedig chart and the back copy he forwarded me when I purchased it.  He stated he couldnt figure out how to do that.  Seems simply 'copy and paste' was to much for this computer wiz to handle or he was simply lying again.  I guess he just didnt want to expose the fact he NEVER cured.  No wander his computer biz failed.

Just more tidbits on his practices for you all to think about.
 
Well Tim that seems typical behavior for Polanco as does this. Joe posted one of the four emeralds I sold him for $200.00 each. The pictured animal seems to be hypermelanistic now. Noe Perez replied with nice snake who did you get that from? Joe didn't reply. Martin Rosemond replied that the snake came from Matt Lerer and so on. Martin said when he clicked 'Post', an ERROR board came up saying 'The server finds one or more of these words offensive' so the post was unable to go through. My last name was highlighted. This was the offensive word. Obviously my first name could not be offensive because there are too many Matts in this country. How pathetic can someone be to worry so much about someone else posting my name on his forum. Martin worked around it and I am sure Polancos blood pressure shot up when he saw it. He won't kick any else off so what could he do. He replied by saying Martin was correct but then said nothing else about the origin of the animal. Has anyone elses name been put on the offensive list? I know that Polancos actions are part of the betting scene in Las Vegas. Every move he makes there is action on. I've already lost one sushi dinner and a snake at cost. But I have won a baby colored amazon, one dinner at the expo, and a $100.00 credit at a wholesalers place. Thanks polanco! I guess you're good for something, entertainment.

Howdy everyone. They finally let me up in here. I'd like to say howdy to the webslave here. Wassup!

My name is John Reese. I am the latest victim of Puker Polanco. Joe backed out of a deal with me after he already had my money. Supposedly because I wasn't 100% sure of him as a dealer. I have e-mails from him to prove this. Then yesterday, someone posted some derogatory posts on his forum. Joe immediately blames, insults, then bans me. I wasn't even responsible. Yet he doesn't allow me to defend myself. He used his computer magic to produce so-called damning evidence as to my guilt. He refers to it as "it's not exactly rocket science here". Joe P. is a parasite on the collective arboreal and reptile community. Avoid him at all costs.

Thanks for letting me gripe, guys.

Man this fool is even more paranoid than Tedd Bundy.  Chances are the reason he backed out was the baby he was going to pawn off on you was a puker too.  

At one time he was discussing the attempts he was making on breeding two known pukers to see if anything viable would come of it.  Seems to me that greed would have to be his motivating factor on that one, or just good ole fashion stupidity.  

My god, where will his escapades end?  Or will they?

Well that again is Polanco for ya. Don't feel bad, today a very nice lady named Karen posted about her 'new locality' babies she bought from Al Monteo. Her post was great! It told about her feeding attempts and successes. Instead of Joe saying , hey great I am glad your babies are doing well and leaving it at that he added:
"As you know, I decided to pass on the mom. She was a nice animal, but had been down a bit of a rocky road. Anyway although very attractive, I didn't feel she added anything new to the breeding stock worth waiting two years to get at so I think Al told me he sold her to Matt."
This is hysterical considering Polanco wanted the female so bad! I know this for a fact. Why potentially ruin someones day? By the way, I won a dinner on this one! If Polanco keeps acting like a child I may never have to pay for food again. Karen, I am thrilled your babies ate for you and I wish you the best of luck!

Well it would appear that JoeP is at it again.  Now he is attacking, deleteing and banning new folks for asking for help.  Read for yourselves.  After several deleted posts from Pete asking why his posts where deleted Joe finally opened his mouth to say why.  Seems Pete stepped into Joes paranoia and didnt know about him.  But he does now.  Joe was deleteing them before Pete could figure out why.   Keep in mind the original post was a pic of a super nice basin. All Pete did was compliment it.

I didnt find the adjective derogatory, quite the contrary, it is very befitting based on the descriminative treatment in which i recieved for simply asking for help on posting.You have not been in my life to be missed either.  Why would I even consider asking for help on corallus, look how I was banned and deleted for asking for help on simply posting.  If you are having problems with others, I can see why now.  I have been looking over your site and was contemplating buying from you but I will NEVER reconsider that option.  I would rather buy from the KS wheel of fortune than you.  You can be assured of this, you have made another enemy for assuming me to be something I am not.

For what it's worth, I visit that site because I really enjoy the pictures the members post. Now it seems that most of those people are now banned. The "Yahoo" free listserves take attachments. Why don't you guys start a forum of your own? It takes minutes.No Joe P., No JeffB, just arboreal enthusiasts. You can easily get the word out and the list will be very productive and free. Actually there is an even better site that is already up and running.  Its by Paul Huang.  The link is Corallus Forum.  Its already packed full of great info, links and other breeders and dealers.  You guys should check it out.  Its a JoeP FREE zone.  But as ussual his comoderator and good freind Mike H. always comes to his rescue.  Not very effectively but he tries none the less.

Interesting info, Tim. Personally, I erased the TBF from my favorites list, and refuse to visit that garbage forum. It would not surprise me in the least if Polanco is posting under bunk e-mail addresses. But wait a minute. Can I write about Joe on this board? Or do I have to worry about Mike coming in like "Captain Save-a-ho", defending him? Can anyone help me with an IP address problem? On the DGS Forum under one of the Tim Watley's posts, when you put your cursor over "Tim" to e-mail him, at the lower left corner it shows "send e-mail to: [email protected]". Does the e-mail got to DGS or Tim? Tim Watley has been sending me less than favorable e-mails. I did some checking and I found no one knows Tim. Like I said I don't know anything about IP's so any info would help. Here is the IP addys. Am I wrong in thinking they are from the same place?

Well, I guess we have to give the guy the benefit of the doubt. I mean just because he owns 2 seperate businesses, in 2 completely unrelated industries that just happen to share the same initials (dgs), and also happen to share the same initials as his "former partner". There's no reason to jump to conclusions, I'm sure he keeps everything legit and has 2 seperate DGS checking accounts, and files 2 seperate DGS tax returns, etc, etc, etc... Does this sound reasonable?
