    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Oh, one thing for the record here.  If anyone attempts to post any messages about this situation on KINGSNAKE.COM, Jeff is bound by a settlement agreement with Joe Polanco to DELETE any messages that show up in his forums containing Joe Polanco's name.  Do not refer to him by name if you post a message there, otherwise it WILL be deleted.  I do not want there to be any misunderstandings about this.

You missed that one on the kingsnake.com forums.  Trooper swooped down on Joe and shut him down on that one really quick.  Jopee also talked about a "paper" he had written about "Diurnal chondro behavior".  When it was brought to light, turns out he wrote this "paper" in High School.

Yup I missed the kingsnake drama.
I saw little bits and pieces on the Tree Boa Forum.
I used to go there a lot.  It was even a link on my links page.
But one day someone caught him lying about something.  The next day the thread was gone.  I have not really been back since then.  I don't like to post either.  I had a serious question about the ammy that I had....I was only ridiculed....
so I said forget it.  Then all this dramma started happening.  I just decided to go ahead and take it off my links page.
 
Looking at Joe pukers picture and Tim W picture
gave me emotional distress and cause me to feel nauseated and queasy.  Not to mention the embarasment on having it up on my computer screen when the wife came into the room.

that's embarrassment, emotional distress and nausea.....can I sue him for being ugly?

How can a dealer address a problem if that problem is never stated? This message topic is full of non-specific complaints but nobody ever says anything definitive. Have any of you purchased animals from this guy? If so, what happened, what were the damages suffered and what if any were the results or mitigation of your losses offered by this dealer? Where are the threatening emails and how are those threats structured? What specific viruses were sent and what was the vehicle used? Have these been confirmed via any third party sources and if so what entity was used to establish the nature of and confirm the content of the offending communication? Getting prepared is going to be important and at least these few things would be a start towards establishing some actual facts in the eyes of the court. If this guy is seeking to bring a defamation tort against some of you, you had better put something of this nature together. The facts may set you free if it's not already too late.

I'm sure you all remember that photograph posted by 'Tim Watley' on March 27, 2002  22:42 where someone was pointing up to the ceiling with a single digit on his hand while displaying a sign to Matt and Tim.  Well the IP address from which this message was posted was 65.26.146.206.

Just stating some interesting information here.  You can draw your own conclusions.
 
An interesting point addressing directly the nature and futility associated with vehicles like the Board Of Inquiry over the Internet. This example is well suited to your topic addressing the efficacy and use of disclosure of full names in an attempt to promote veracity by assigning culpability. The down side of this is that it tends to demonstrate the futility of even the most well intentioned effort in the absence of adequate front-end controls leaving censorship as the only responsible alternative to being sued.
