I`m in absolute agreement with you that Rich shouldn`t have to deal with this crap, that Alan Hall looks up to the bottom, and that this is the best reptile site there is. The intent that this particular forum was presented for is one of the main reasons why. It is my belief that this forum is to rate the practices of businesses and private individuals based on actual transactions. I think about all of this thread belongs in HELL or a chat room.

Weak jab, Alan. I called both yours and Randy T.'s bluff about that thread in the Moderators' Forum earlier in this thread, and see no need to do it again. You are simply trying to sow the seeds of discontent and doubt here to take the focus off of your own misdeed.
Quite frankly, I am quite disgusted at what you tried to do. I have already asked that you leave my site voluntarily, but I can tolerate your involvement here in this thread about you. So let me tighten the straps on the straight jacket a little bit more. If I check the Currently Active Users display and at any time note that you are viewing anything else on this site OTHER than this thread, I will make your leaving here an involuntary event on your part. I don't mind that some people don't like this site or even actively hate it. But I see absolutely no reason to allow someone who has made a bonafide, verificable attempt to destroy me and/or my site the freedom to utilize and benefit from the work I put into this site.

1. we got things that are a little vague ----- meaning you can read into it whatever it is you want to see.
2. I did not know we were talking about plans to intentionally get people that typed in "S" by mistake. I thought the discussion was about how people would complain they typed in "S" by mistake and got to a different site. I thought we were talking about how crybabyish people are because they were crying about typing in the wrong name.

3. I thought we were talking about how the name was bought before Jeff filed for a "patent/ copyright", whatever you call it.....for a name that is in common usage.
So I am wondering what else is in there that you see and I dont.
If there is anything incriminating in there (which I do not see)......I was wondering.... You acted out and got mad for something that may have been typed in anger. WOW This is my first day on this site and I can't believe this thread. I've read it all from start to finish and I'm just astounded. Believe it or not I found my way here from Jeff's site Kingsnake, not by typing and "S" by mistake.
As for Alan this thread confirmed my opinions of JH as I have frequently seen him post meaningless "helpful" posts on KS then discreetly, sometimes not so, promote his own business. Especially in cages and habitats forum. I must admit that Mr. Hall is not the only one guilty of this there and I wouldn't give my business to them either no matter the quality of their products. I've yet to see if these posters display themselves equally here.
As to Mr. Hall's actions Karma is as Karma does. At least he took credit for his actions as unforgivable as they are.
Rich as for your situation with KS I've been following it in the trade mags for some time. Yes, I'm in the industry too. I don't find it coincidental that you registered "kingsnakes" and used a redirector to your site, but that's just my humble opinion. Many webmasters use redirectors that may be close to the name of their own site is one thing. To do so with the name of a competing site is questionable at best. I find both sites to be of value to the herping community and we need all the help we can get. I would be more impressed with both you and Jeff if you could get past this and cooperate on something that is near and dear to all of us and forget the competition. By the same token for Jeff to sue you over this and not just try to work something out between you as gentleman would have impressed me more with him.
I know, I know this is off topic for this thread and I'll probably get warning points my first day here but.... I do look forward to the opportunity to view this site further for the valuble info to be had and where I can lend a hand to those in need of help if I'm able.

But what is the point. He dod what he did and has been delt with in a most fair way by Rich in my opinion. Now the future of this site is in everyones hands. We really don't need this site to go bust because of the service it provides us in finding the scam artists and bad business people. Without this site we would be flying blind for the most part. But my thing is Rich here offers free classifieds for his members as do other sites. Why haven't we boycotted kingscam and refused to use their classifieds? You hit them in the pocket book and watch them start screaming and changing the way they treat people. Just an idea.

WEll i first want to say as this is the only place i can post and there was a assumption that me and Kim Fetls were in someway related i need to address something that should please both of these parties immensly.
First since i have already handled this one just now VIA telephone here the scoop
Neil gubitz had claimed that Kim felts owed him $450.00
Today at approximately 12:44 Neil gubits was contacted by me personally to receive the debt owed to him from Kim Felts. $50.00 was paid as was a additonal $50.00 for interest both parties have there issues resolved and debts paid . I have fullfilled my part of this isue between Neil & myself in telling him i would do what i could to get in touch with Kim and get his money to him ...

Greg Riso you and i had spoken on the phone in regards to your priceless snake/s well my friend i told you i would try to contact Kim on this issue and see what i could do for you .I had told you i couldnt see Kim doing anything such as you and others had accused her of as it wasnt her style .And she had sent me many snakes on loan free of charge w/o knowing me long in the process.
Well Kim HAS both your snakes Greg and she will be contacting you very soon about getting them back to you and has apologized for the non contact in this time but due to her injuries and her other issues to deal with she has her reasons which she can explain to you personally . My promise to you is now completed she has the snakes and they will be returned to you she didnt give them away or sale them or anything else .

Well, I, for one, was ECSTATIC to get that news.... the Visa went through without a hitch and I now consider Kim to be PAID IN FULL!!.... It makes me very glad to hear that she stood up for what is right.... I only wish she had just contacted me and told me her story, I am a VERY understanding guy....

im trying to make head or tails of this thread and so far havent totally understood it. i havent been on this website in a year about so ive missed alot. im not related to alan but did speak to him endlessly prior to my injury and health issues.
im truely sorry that i worried some people as much as i did it was unintentional . i have greg snakes here safe and sound and paid neil first thing on my list when logging on today first time in ages.
you dont need to forgive me but in my book its better late then never and i paid with interest to show my realization of what the problem could have caused the other person in wait time.
i will know better in the future because honestly could have used the support through recovery . lesson learned and thanks to all who knew enough of me to know the person that i am.

From my perspective the situation between Kim and myself will not be closed until the animals are sitting here in front of me staring me in the face. I hope this will be the case very soon. So Alan has been banned from the BCF for advertising and other general nonsense. Even so he has created several new user names. But this last incident was really sad...apparently he pretended to be a girl (Jen) who was a "customer" of his own business:

Sorry Randy, but you are mistaken. Jen is a WI resident here by me, It may have been Alan on BC forums, but Jen is a different person here on Fauna.
To the best of my knowledge she did tell me that she had purchased cages from Alan, this was about 4-5 months ago.

Although it's not Alan's fault the case still is not closed between myself and Kim Felts. It's been two months since the "good news" and Kim's miraculous reappearance into the reptile world and I still do not have my animals back. In fact, I am exactly where I was before except for the fact that Kim has openly indicated here her intent to return them. In reality I am still at an impass. How long does it take to pack two animals up, call in a truck, and send them on their way? As the saying goes actions speak louder than words.
