If they want to lose their franchise.
But that is IF it's legit in the first place.
Shadera, I am not so sure that the reprocussion would be that severe. As a previous franchise owner, not of a shipping company of course, they do give you some leeway to make your own decisions about a lot of things. Personally, I would think that its in the best interest for a franchise store NOT to refuse packages as thats how they get paid but, I am sure that they are fully capable of refusing packages they feel are suspect.
