    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I am waiting eagerly to hear Kevin's reply to Ken's claim that the black mamba pictured is NOT the one he sent..... Sounds slightly remniscent of problems kevin has had on this BOI not very long ago. Ken, do you have any pics of the actual Black Mamba you did send? It was prety well established that Kevin turns the animals Ken (in California) buys into venomoids (even though he never DIRECTLY admitted it---he never denied it also), but my point is that IF the snake pictured is NOT the one Ken sent (and Ken can prove that) how would we know that the rest are the same snakes sent, and that he did not actually receive all the snakes that he was to receive? I'm told that people doing their own venomoid surgeries tend to have quite a collection of dead snakes in their freezers. (I am not making any accusations against Kevin or Ken, I am looking for the full truth)

I am not trying to piss people off here, but like I said, it will be interesting to see if Kevin responds to the issue of the Black Mamba not being the same. This does not take away from the fact that the snakes should have been shipped better, but if there is dishonesty going on here with the pictures, lets sort that out as well.

A few replies ago you were going to reimburse him for the dead snakes. Then you were going to replace just the missing snake (according to you just the puff adder). Now you are not reimbursing/replacing anything because he agreed to accept the extra snakes instead.

What would I do? The first thing would probably be having my side of the story straight. At this point I don't think no one knows what was that you compromised in case of a problem with the shipment. Reimbursement? Replacement? Already taken care of due to additional snakes being shipped? As someone else said do what you think is the right thing to do. But remember, you did not delivered what you said you would. On one hand you are spending a lot of money on advertisement ( ...A Step Above...etc. ). On the other hand, you are having plenty of bad advertisement right here. Does that make "business" sense to you?

That's a mute point, as you have VERY CLEARLY stated that Kevin accepted to waive the live arrival guarantee.

Which of the three if I may ask:

1. Reimbursement of the dead snakes.

If there truly was a waiver of live arrival then there is very little point to most of this thread. If there was truly a snake shorted and then additional snakes sent to make up for it and everyone was happy then there is no point to this thread.

So, let's cut the crap.

Were the snakes shipped without a live arrival guarentee?
Was the puff adder shortage made up for with other snakes?

If the answer to the above questions is yes then this thread should be locked.

I agree with Wes, particularly when Kevin, while logged in, is not willing to clarify this issue further.
 
This is the exact email that Ken sent me...

Okay, I am not going to argue with this guy and I find it really funny that when I was on here last, there were only 8 pages, now there are 16+, most of which was lame excuses like " I couldn't find the right insulation". To comment on the accusation that I was in a hurry, Ken was told it was no hurry and I would have never said ship with improper methods, since, as has been proved, I would never have been paid back for them. Just read the quote above from Ken's email, that pretty much proves that he would not have paid anything back anyways. I would have cut and pasted the email, but his emails have a colored background and everytime I try to cut and paste them, they won't come out. I have also told him from the beginning that I was in no hurry, ask anyone else that I have been dealing with at the same time, I have told several people to take their time shipping, I was not in a hurry because of christmas. Kenneth was the one that insisted on shipping right away because he wanted them all gone due to his wanting room for more highend ball pythons. As for the extras animals, there was never a mention of them replacing snakes that he didn't have, he simply said he was throwing them in because he wanted all of his venomous gone. Also, if he didn't have three puffs, WHY WERE THEY LISTED ON HIS AD?? As for the mention or accusation of switching mambas, I never switched anything, there were three of us here when the snakes were unpacked, the pictures were taken right after everything was unpacked and checked. I just find this whole thing really frustrating. But I kind of expected lame excuses after I posted on here, but that is okay, I think with the full detail in which I explained and posted pictures to back up the statements and copies of emails, I think I have done a good job of proving my case about this guy.

the last part of that email is where Kenneth tried to deny me sending him cash, which he contradicted in emails I posted on the third or fourth post where I posted cut and pasted the entire correspondence between Kenneth and I.

shipping methods??? we never discussed exact box shipping methods he needed them shipped right away of course that is his word against mine
truly the no money emails was me having fun with him because i laugh at his lawsuit
