    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

To clarify even further. We agreed(my friend and I) for me to send the money and for my friend to send me money later to cover some of it. As far as that point, it is plain and simple, we are friends and when someone rips off you, your friends will generally get up set also and in this case, Kenneth was not only ripping me off, he is also indirectly rippng off my friend. As far as Ray's post, I agree with you and I do think it was really well said, I was not trying to drag it back up, I was tryijng to simply say that I made a mistake by starting that thread, I guess it did kind of sound like I was making accusations and for that I apologize to Ray. I will not mention it again, because I am sure that none of us want to go through that again, myself included.

Kevin, you are correct,

There are a lot of scammers out there. That is why I am VERY careful of who I buy from (and sell to, for that matter). It is understandable that deals go wrong, or that animals die, but what matters the most to me is how the person handles the matter in the end. And I think that is one of the nice things about this BOI, that it affords the seller to make good on a bum deal, and not only save face, but also build respect. I am reminded of one deal where a shipper (we both know, and have different opinions of) sent an animal that arrived DOA. He, himself, inquired on the BOI as to the proper method of shipping a non-venomous snake under the existing circumstances days before the buyer posted her complaint. He acknowledged that he had used undue care in the shipping, and immediately made good on the deal for the buyer. That buyer has since bought other animals from him. To err is human, to make good on the bum deal is only the right thing to do.

I remember a long time ago...

I had two gentlemen come on here inorder to try and team up and make me look bad. It was kind of amazing, because on person bought an animal from me, I shipped, and about two weeks later, he tried to call me and say the animal was DOA! He then teamed up with another gentlemen that knowingly and specifically asked for B grade animals, then was upset because they were skinny and had regenerated tales? It is amazing what people will do to try and scam people, that is why I tried to answer all the questions on this thread and back my answers up with pictures and copies of emails. I think that is very important. I think that before anyone decides to post a bad guy post on here, they should have all the pictures,emails, and facts ready to go before attempting it. It kind of sucks for me, because now I have to file a lawsuit and go through the hassle of suing someone that is on the other side of the nation, it is a real pain. It is not really the money that matters to me, it is the principal of the whole thing. I want to do my part to stop people like Kenneth,Corey Sawyer,Ed Bingham,ect. My take on these people is that they only try and rip people off when the person is far away, it is kind of like dropping water balloons from an airplane, they will only attempt it if they are far enough away that they think they can get away with it. An example of this is one person that tried to rip me and several others off, he was in Georgia and didn't hesitate to keep the animals I sent and try to not send me anything, but as soon as I had a ticket to Georgia in my hand and showed him, my animals were back to me within 48hours and he was never heard from again. I encourage people to do whatever you can to call these people on their wrong doings, even if it costs more than was lost in the end, it is really a matter of principal and it will make them think twice before they ever try it again.

WTF ,,,, I woke up and read someone died from a Suphan Bite. I called 10 friends who would I think have heard of such a fatal bite and NONE of them had. Had such a fatal bite taken place it would have made the press. So where the hell did that come from. You better back that statement up with FACT. I am still awaiting a few more calls to be returned but as of this time Not one person has heard of it.

You're right Kenneth, I know what this is about. It is about you ripping me off and knowingly shipping snakes to me using improper packing methods. Lastly, it is about you scraping for anything to change the subject and try and put the blaim on someone else besides yourself. Examples:

" I switched mambas", "I deal in venomoids", ect.

Okay, now for the last quote......

Now, really don't know where to start on this, there is so much wrong with it that I don't know. First, those heat packs are no where near 15hours! and they may get that hot, but doesn't do any good when the boxes are so big and the insulation is so inferior. On top of that, there were not heatpacks in some of the boxes, so that is even worse. As far as me wanting them shipped quickly, you were told over and over that it was not a rush, so I don't know how you can say that. Ask anyone else that I have been dealing with around the same time, I told them the same thng and I have had people wait to ship because of the weather and hollidays. As far as the cash issue, I thought it would be easier for you, since you wouldn't have to cash a check or moneyorder. What is so curious about it? I am in america right? I am free to have that much cash at one time right? Or is it just curious to you, because normally people would consider handing you that much cash at one time because of your business ethics??? Curious huh? And lastly for the insulation, you admitted that you knew it was the wrong insulation to use, you were told how to pack the animals, but you didn't want to wait, because you " just wanted rid of all of the venomous, since one of your employees got killed by the suphan". If you knew that it was wrong insulation, then you ARE the one responsible since it had such tragic consequences. I was more than fair with you and you decided to to make it a legal issue, that was not my decision, it was yours.

There is NO EXCUSE! for what you did PERIOD!. There is no way your going to get rid of this situation other than refunding the money on the animals YOU killed

KEN IN CA payed me, made all the original deals, cusses me out daily on my voice mail, kevin never got involved in this until the morning after the snakes arrived and he started his crap. everytime we spoke that first day and the messages i have saved on my voice mail(it is so funny) every message from ken and kevin would have diffrent snakes dead, diffrent snakes not arriving correctly, etc.. there stories never matched from 1 voice mail to the next
