    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I believe so.

The point of this forum, The Board of Inquiry, is to weed out bad guys and to pass along to others, just who the bad guys are.

Bad guys and good guys are made by their actions in this hobby/business.

Just because a person makes a bad guy post on a well known bad guy, does not automatically make the person the 'good guy'
Bad guys can be ripped off as well as anyone else can be ripped off.

With what we already know from this thread, is that person 'A' claims to have 6 dead snakes, from a bad guy.
One black mamba and 5 green mambas.
YET, there is only ONE picture, depicting THREE dead green mambas.
With the other informatin that is well known, is that person 'A' deals in venomoids, quite possibly doing some surgeries himself and some obviously done by another garage surgeon, Ritchi Rich (the person in the picture, holding the 'dead' snakes.).

I do not feel that any refund is due, period, without pictures of ALL the dead animals, along with close ups of all their heads and open mouths.
NOONE in their right mind would consider giving a refund on dead animals, without pictures or bodies of ALL the dead animals, not even KY.
Knowing just what the snakes were heading for (now that we can see they were obviously heading for the knife) O'anus has to provide the burden of proof of just HOW they all died.
AND provide bodies OR good clear pictures of all the 'dead' animals for examination, to be 100% positive that they did not die from poorly adminstered medications or surgeries/alterations.

Seeing how high the percentage of negative patient outcome is for voided snakes, I would make every attempt at obtaining pictures from the previous owner, to provide positive identification of ALL the dead animals claimed.
(If I were KY or anyone wasin this situation, I would demand the pictures be done in a certain way, just to be 100% sure that all the pictures are not just the same snake, over and over, posed as all five.)

O'anus has only provided ONE picture of THREE dead green mambas, NOT the five claimed to be dead now, and certainly not the FOUR claimed to be dead on arrival.

Just because KY is a bad guy here, does not mean he cannot be defended in an obviously skewed situation.

Just because O'anus made a claim he cannot prove against KY, does not automatically make O'anus the good guy and KY in this situation.

Even bad guys can be wronged.
Do they not deserve to be defended just as well as others that are being wronged?
 
Yes, if you would like to defend a bad guy, go right ahead. BUT what you are saying is your assumption, not fact. So when you state it as your opinion or what you got out of this thread, not fact. Two way to different things.
Not to mention, it is beginning to sound like you just have it out for these guys and sounding like you would go to lengths to try to twist what you need to twist around. Kevin has explained some of what you are saying. You just refuse to take what he says.
This is only YOUR assumption, nothing more.

Not even YOU would refund the price of FIVE animals (green mambas) when only THREE (green mambas) are in ONE picture and the other two are not shown and all causes of death cannot be verified.

Four green mambas arrived 'dead'.
O'anus says he took pictures of all the dead arrivals.
There are only THREE 'dead' green mambas in the pic.

Go count them yourself.
 
Question!

I have noticed in almost every instance that Smooth Green snakes as well as Rough Green snakes which have a very similar pigment as that of the Green Mamba's, turn a bruised blue color after death. To people well versed in Mambas, do greens turn this color post mortem as well? If they do, this may serve as a make-shift time line as to the death (or life) of these snakes.

Paul, you are absolutely correct. However, i've never tried to keep track of how long it takes for the color change to start affecting the DOA specimen. I've found several green snakes DOR that had changed to the blue. However, I don't know how long they were dead and most were found on very hot asphalt. The temps and time of death are definately a factor. However, I don't have solid facts for that one.

did it here-with his horrible packing. But kevin

of it.

The both are utterly despicable liars. If I were you
ken, I would demand that necropsies be done
before coughing up one cent. kevin has killed many
snakes in his day. he has also told a ton of lies.
Make him prove that it was you who killed them.

And if he does prove it, refund the money. Do not
send more animals to this butcher.

No, Kevin is still dodging that direct question. He is the master of ignoring direct questions. It tells me he has something to hide.

Also, go to SSNAKESS dot COM and look in the venomous forum under the thread"K through12 venomous handling" and see what Kevin has admitted there. SHAMEFULL!

That wonderful admission of his that HE IS PREFORMING THE ALTERATIONS actually made my Christmas. I am certain if enough people flood Oregons Departments with his post they will be more than happy to say hello to him.

By the way I think this also shows his pattern of claimming dead animals that possibly were not. 2 cases now and with admission of his alterations it starts adding up to covering his butt for loss of potential profit from fatalities.

Ken was deffinately wrong in his shipping but now I have to wonder if they did not arrive alive after all. Kevin learned from his first experiance on here and this time might have taken that knowledge to make him look like the poor boy when in fact he possibly was the cause of death.

Obviously brings the venomoid issue up again and does make it relavent to the current thread. So many issues with this!!!!! I do not wish this to turn this into a venomoid thread. Therefore, if I address the issue it will be there. Sad situation... not for the parties involved but, for the animals! I will say this however, IF YOU ARE NOT CAPABLE OF HANDLING A "HOT VENOMOUS" SNAKE THEN DO NOT GET ONE!!! THEY HAVE EVOLVED THEIR UNIQUE VENOMS AND DELIVERY APPARATUS FOR A REASON. DO YOUR "HOMEWORK", GET THE EXPERIENCE THEN IF YOU "HAVE TO" GET ONE DO SO! PEOPLE TAKING SHORT CUTS WITH VENOMIDS ARE MAKING THE ANIMALS PAY FOR THEIR SHORTCOMING'S OR LACK OF BACKGROUND! ALSO, THEY PRODUCE VENOMOUS OFFSPRING! NOTHING SHOULD GO UNDER THE KNIFE UNLESS YOU ARE TRYING TO SAVE IT'S LIFE!!! MY CULTURE BELIEVES EVERYTHING HAS A SOUL! Sorry, my bad! I bet between him and Ritchie they have atleast one of every species in the freezer.
It's good to know that the fry cook at Checkers is making so much money performing these illegal surgeries that he can almost quit his night job.

Someone else mentioned it earlier but if Kevin and Ritchie have access to anesthesia (also illegal)....how hard would it be to take photos holding limp snakes.

Let's see....freezing to death because of Ken's crappy packaging or having your face cut apart by the guy that makes the banana milkshakes at Checkers.
Sounds like these poor snakes were screwed either way.

I NEVER wrote that post that Ed posted, that is an absolute lie. One example of how it is a lie and that I never wrote it is, take a look at how Rich's name is spelled, on top of that, that isn't even his right name, that is an absolute load of crap that I never wrote and is simply a plot by some of the anti venomoid people to try and make me look bad. I think it is kind of funny that these losers have to make up stuff to amuse themselves because I haven't been posting. Pretty funny you losers.
