Criminal Records
Again I find myself reluctantly posting. First let me just say that Corey you deserve to receive the female you paid for, period. End of story (or at least it should be).
Now, I asked politely not to get slammed last time for posting my humble opinion and I'll do so again. Please feel free to disagree with me, but please show some civility to not just me, but all your fellow herpers whether they're right or wrong.
I have absolutely no problem with posting that someone has a criminal record if it is warranted. But, I'm not sure Corey knows what this guys criminal record is for (if you do, please except my apology). All I'm trying to say is that there's other ways to measure a person's credibility then there criminal record. Isn't that what the BOI is for? I could careless if someone got arrested 15 years ago for DUI or something that really has no bearing on whether or not they're an honest business person. If you're going to bring up someone's criminal record do it from the start, not after you get mad at them because you don't like there post, and make sure it is relevant to your case. I don't know if this guy's record is relevant or not here, and I'm certainly not taking his side as I know none of the parties involved.
As for what Mr. Chamber's wrote:

A criminal record is ABSOLOLUTELY in the right place here. Even judges look at past records of unrelated crimes to determine a person's credibility.
I would go as far to say that 99% of the people that don't support the posting of a criminal record as related to FRAUD probably have something to hide as well.....after all.....if you have no criminal record....what do you care if someone looks? If you do....well T.S.!....you screwed up....deal with the consequences!

I just want to say that I've worked off and on in the criminal justice field for almost twenty years as a police officer, prison counselor, and High School teacher for "at risk youth", and without a doubt the biggest dirtbags that I've had the displeasure of dealing with have no criminal record (yet). Some Judges might care about what someone did twenty years ago, but I'm more concerned with what someone did yesterday and today. All, I'm trying to say is that there are other ways to measure a man's credibility.
Unfortunately in writing this I just realized that there is now a 99% chance that I have a criminal record (damn, I was really hoping to vote next November). Oh well, gotta go, the Police are knocking at my door. Tom, did you turn me in for the reward?
Jus' kiddin' Tom, please don't go postal on me,
Phil Frost
